Punishing the Brats Next Door

Ever since they had moved in at the beginning of the summer, the three sorority girls had been a pain in the ass. Sean and Vicki have gotten even with one of the brats who live next door. Thanks to Erin deciding to seduce Vicki's "boyfriend", they have a sex tape that's perfect for their blackmail scheme. If that tape gets out then Lesley can kiss her hopes of being the next live-in advisor at the sorority house goodbye. Armed with a video of Sean's encounter with Lesley, Vicki sets out to nail the last of the brats - Melinda. If Lesley doesn't want her sex tape to go viral she is going to have to persuade Melinda to submit herself to Sean. But this time Vicki wants to play too, and she's going to make the most of her first time with another girl. Can they fool Melinda into believing that she's alone with Sean?
