This book is not for everybody! It is a somewhat cynical, if amusing tale of the working life of a scientist in the chemical industry. Set in Britain in the '60s 'White heat of the technological revolution' it is a fairly accurate record of how it was to be employed in one of the 25 major companies that Prime Minister Harold Wilson wanted to Nationalise.
