These 2 poems attempt to make brief but pointed arguments in favor of radical rethinks on what national dreams are in the democratic-capitalist world. There's not a suggestion in here how to solve the problems of insane cruelty so rampant in our societies - that is left to the readers' imaginations. "Why a Hermit?' and "The Truth-Tellers" illustrate the effects of the toppling of our Dreams.

Sometimes the words for a poem come all by themselves, triggered by an event, an image, a thought. Something triggers the mind, and words and images suddenly, uncontrollably, flow. Yet it is amid the writing of words, the weaving of lines on paper, decisions made or not, that a life passes. So I give you the demon scribbles across the years: words and images, thoughts, philosophies and visions.

Why My Tears Drop, this enticing collection of poetry, is a fascinating book that addresses the critic and the need to reflect the opinion of a public that misconstrued the attitude and social position of the poet. Poetically, the book was written to engage the audience in a more precise and constructive manner. Despite that fact, the poet remains highly romantic and critical of the class issue.
