Introduction

If we can keep in mind, in this book form, a visual of the whole idea of the OneWorld Solution 2By2, then by absorbing it’s propose and worth and its result, one could grasp and hold that image and be part of its transformation. As one reads along, one would start accumulating the pieces of a solvable planetary problem in our lives that we so need to change. There are only a few necessary things in life that are common to all life and especially human beings on our planet. To name a few: the air we breathe, the water we drink, and the ground and oceans that nurture us.

This is not a partial solution in changing direction towards a better future, but would be a total transformation in an evolutionary way.

One does not have to participate directly in the transformation if one chooses not to, but would still greatly benefit. Everyone would share similar necessities in life: like food, medical needs, education, shelter, local transportation and a secure safe world to live in. There would also be a sense of adventure, happiness and faith in a spiritual life, as well as keeping and sharing all our cultural and social lifestyles. It is all about unburdening the world from extreme poverty, suffering, loneliness and the pollution of our environment. We can all work together to create a better paradise for all human beings regarding our habitat and social structure, which has not been done by a few self-centered controlling individuals of the past and present time.

If we hold good thoughts in our dreams and strive for its realization, eventually it might become an actuality for all to share. Undoing the old and creating a new world is child's play compared to the problematical web that now exists for all life on the planet. What is it that we really want in life’ a better image of what we see in our everyday lives’ a pleasing and satisfying existence for all, or all people happy to the best of one's ability and wishes?

There are things that we don't necessarily have in common and need not necessarily want to strive for in our lavish lifestyle, like luxurious vehicles and toys, watching repetitive professional sports, aggressive television and games, gold’ diamonds, exotic foods and commercialized religion. Most of these wants and desires stem from boredom and addictive advertising. Life does not have to be complicated so as one is absorbed unwillingly into it's midst, the luxury and necessities in life is what we need to do try to balance for everyone’s basic needs and everything else in existence in need of equilibrium.

There will always be someone wanting to be on top, but surely not at the cost of lives and the ecology of life itself. Living should be about replacing what one takes in kind from people and the environment. The equal weight of good and bad behavior does not balance out to a positive outcome in our social structure, but only perpetuates a sense of insecurity.

If you assemble one hundred scientific scholars who were honored with the Noble Prize and are not working under any controlling agencies to sway or impair their judgment, and then ask them to come up with a solution to our destructive and abusive and impoverished world problem, what kind of solution would they come up with? If they were to have difficulty in arriving at a solution, like our organized society seems to have had in the past in directing humanity, then at least let us have them review the OneWorld Solution 2By2.

The 2By2 is all about flooding the market economy with countless $2 in a controlled manner, and then distribute only the interest equally to everyone all over the world, where all people in need would directly receive their share and benefits. This project is also about creating an ancestral databank on the Internet for all people in the world, where families can introduce their information and view there past personal history for eons to come. It is also about providing everyone with his or her basic necessities in life with a seven-part project. Another area of the 2By2 solution is in creating 2,000-person communities around existing schools and senior homes, where we can manage our needs locally. Lastly, and the best part is about physically building 2,000-person self-sufficient dome habitats for our senior citizens, where they can retire and live in peace and in harmony with their own peer group. We will all end up growing old, so let us all, young and old alike build our future, now and forever more.

If there was a solution to our ailing way of life, that is to say to our planet and us, would you participate in correcting its evolution, or at least view the problems and remedies towards its understanding? This is A. Way Out for all.

Preface

What I see, is our children to seniors of the world, starting and finishing their years in happiness. I would like to see the exodus from the asphalt cities to single 2,000-person domed structured and self-sustainable village communities, as well as generating electrical power and surplus for the surrounding area, with its glass embedded solar cell hemisphere. Most would be the size of the base of the great pyramid, not square, but rounded to about 300 meters in circumference. Living inside and outside, at the base of its perimeter wall, whereas the inside center can be designed, to any intentional Eden of choice. Seniors would enjoy these homes the most, while sharing the open space with the same or different cultural friends. Transportation in the area would be by small plug-in electric vehicles, to electric transit system to other similar structures and open recreational park areas. This would give people a large, automated environment, free from the harsh and uncontrolled outside seasonal planetary imbalance. Whether they are situated in the cold climates or hot regions, they would be functional for all human beings on our planet today and in future explorations.

All this is a dream for the few, if there is no foundation for its realization in life. We have conditioned ourselves that money is the solution and the problem in our lives. Ideas, volunteering, motivation and commitments are the keys to the result of this inevitable future, hopefully sooner than later. The result of an ideal social structure has no money exchanges for the basics needs in life. Personal credit would be a form of above-average life goals and business transactions. The answer to this realization would be the 2By2 Solution, that is, a transformation from the old way of conducting our exchanges and affairs, to a base equalization throughout the whole known world.

Starting the OneWorld Solution 2By2 would be by forming 2,000-person village communities around local schools and senior homes in one’s own exiting city and/or country area, all over the world. The starting point would be with the young and engineers in one's area, calculating on maps the best groupings of 1,000 to 3,000-person village communities. These are for getting back to conscious area living and for taking care of one's surroundings, and helping and sharing in each other's needs. A 10-member committee could be structured with a two-year revolving term and volunteering for specific needed projects in one’s village community.

If everyone contributed $2 on our planet, this would be $12,000,000,000, thereby flooding the market with every person’s contribution in a controlled manner. The 2By2 Base Foundation is a simple two dollar solution using a computer program that would be available to all banking systems around the world and linked to each other. In effect, working in unison in keeping an equalizing function to all people in their communities. People in their area banking facilities would put their $2, or more, if they so chose, in their name and village area name in an already specified non-withdrawal floating bank account. If one area has given more then their original two dollar, the excess would overflow to neighboring villages, thereby rippling to different parts of the world. This first and subsequent $2 levels in ones village banking establishments are place in the best and longest savings term deposit interest paying account, waiting for the next level jump all over the world to the next $4 level. If all the individuals from one village have given $2, the total would be $4,000 in an interest-paying account for their village community. The best way to utilize these interests paying accounts is by separating the two dollars interest payment in half. To start the first project “Milk”, the interest from the $1 would stay in the village area for the purchase of milk only, for local schools, senior homes, food lines, etc. People would supply their basic needs with local goods and within their own local economy. The interest from the other $1 would go to the United Nations, with 100% of the monies for the purchase of Milk only. Eventually all the people of the world would have their two dollars functioning in their communities and using those moneys for their village area needs. This would result in equalizing the world in our basic needs, thereby eliminating the need to go through the United Nations. Seven main projects are needed to make this a reality; (food, medicine, shelter allowance, education, local transportation, meeting structure and space). Thereby, we would all have a shared involvement and commitment by all the People of the World. The people with more to give would give much to feed the Rainbow Pot. There are more details and functions at the OneWorld Solution2By2.Ca Web Site.

The starter in implementing the 2By2 solution is the OneWorld Genealogy 2By2 on the World Wide Web. There has to be something to bring us all together and to acknowledge who we are and can become as a collective civilization. Life has to have a constant reward, it may be a pat on the back or a gift or just seeing someone happy, or no one in pain for whatever reason. If we know who we are, we may then pay more attention to those who need our help and in turn help ourselves.

I challenge anyone, economically or ecologically to come up with a better idea or an improvement to the 2By2 solution. First indulge yourselves and absorb what follows in the coming pages. There is no magic or higher power that I know of that can bring this solution to term except us. It is us that have to do this if we are to feel contentment in our lives. It will take everyone involved to move ahead to a higher understanding of what this life is all about and realize our potential future. Maybe there is more to this life but we will never comprehend it until we grow up in our ways and behaviors towards each other and the environment we now live in. So read on and you won’t be disappointed if you care for your future. Don't wait for the other person to do something because that's what everyone else is doing, Enjoy.

I hope you find this handbook hopeful and helpful, informative, and easy to read and use for all ages of understanding. This idea project is all workable if we acknowledge the need for change to our physical and social structure in our evolution.
Enjoy, RNV

Chapter 1a: Our Mess
1a: God Will Fix Everything

We seem to believe that we can continue the way we've been behaving towards our environment, with the sole purpose of increasing our profits.  All that we are accomplishing is the destruction of our habitat with a few Camelot Islands hidden away for the few wealthy individual.  We have been given this paradise by whatever means, or God's, as an extension of our lives. If we all professed that our deity is better than another and that he is all that is, then is this not the same divinity that we all speak of.  If we can say that nature or our habitat is part of our God of all that is, then we are destroying our spirit and our natural living habitat.  The God of energy, the God of spirit, the God of nature, this is the God of life itself; this is the God we're annihilating right now.

Any one of God’s people would not let millions of people suffer from malnutrition and starvation, but this is what seems to be happening. Even God seems to be a stagnating participant by ignoring the suffering that goes on all over the world. Should our deity intervene, personally? No? It is man that has to grow up and evolve to the needs of his neighbors. We all know that there is plenty of food to go around for everyone, especially for our basic needs.

If there was a solution to our habitual lifestyle, would we help in its transformation or would we still be in denial? If any one of us were a supernatural being would we accept the people of this planet into our paradise with our behaviors?  So the solution is to show our God what we can create, and how we can be responsible to our fellow human being and the natural living spirit around us.  By being good stewards and caretakers in our own planetary backyard, then we may be able to move forward in our evolutionary path towards a higher understanding of life itself.

The population is in decline in the industrialized and the well to do world because we are so busy playing with our toys. So let us at least provide everyone on the planet with his or her basic needs in life and the population will decline to a reasonable level on our planet.

All religions teach about a negative life force, opposite to its positive life energy. It's the balance that needs to be scaled up to the more positive side of life. There is also a constant feeling of this created evil and negative energy and power that needs to be suppressed and eliminated. You are what you think in this reality, but not in actuality.

Governments and Religions have their place in society, but not at the expense of our freedom by creating a false security towards our personal and community responsibility for each other. Once you start preaching control and fear, you become corrupt from the very results themselves. When we begin helping each other as a planetary community, and all the good that results from our efforts, Religion and Government will fall into place by providing a higher significance to life and a respectful frontier and agreement for all.

Can we safely assume and say that ten percent of the world's populations are in control of the other 90 percent of the people and the planetary resources, as well own 90 percent of the wealth, and that they pollute the larger percentage they control? Can we also assume that half of these people who are in control are religious in some manner and the other half doesn’t follow any ritual ceremonies? Which are the one's that do not care about our planet, or shouldn’t we all be responsible? This is about change now, not blame, but time to recognize the needed transformation and to act on the solutions.

We have been concerned and preoccupied about a promised paradise and blindsided with the present time on this planet.  We should be perfecting and improving our habitat for all life on this earth, so that we can all enjoy and share its beauty. We are all to blame for doing nothing, like bystanders waiting for change and not questioning the ones who are actually physically doing the damage. We are all responsible for the mess we are in, and thank you for the help to the very few who try, and do make a difference.

We seem to be living for today and not for our future children, and have a limited focus on our present generation.  Is it getting too late or have we gone beyond the point of no return? Let’s hope we have not, however, drastic and positive steps have to be taken in the right direction and for the right reasons.  This does not have to be painful for anybody but adventurous for all directly involved.

There has been a growing problem with people fleeing their counties and crossing borders to escape oppression, job decline, weather changes, food shortages, and over abusive governments, to put it mildly. What people want is a stable place to live, an area where the community is organized in helping each other in times of need and not being taken advantage of from distant and local controlling parties.

By implementing the dome community villages, starting with the elderly, we may alleviate the severe weather that is starting to transform our planet.  The dome habitat would be a self-sufficient, nonpolluting senior home.  These would be built not in the cities or suburbs, but just beyond these parimeters. If there is a God like figure out there, may whom ever help us in his or her own timely way?

Chapter 1b: Our Mess
1b: Waiting for ET's Technology to Improve our Science

We could be in for a lengthy wait from our caretakers in their reveling truth, if it was not for our reckless behaviors. It seems that they have been showing themselves from time to time over the last few thousand years, in one form or other. These beings whether they are Gods or ETs from our past or present history or beyond, have some kind of control over us. Whether this is directed or kept secret from our own governments or religions, we've distorted the recorded observations and information from ancient times to our current childish mismanagement of our humanity. Yes, we have a much longer wait if we continue to neglect our physical and spiritual evolution. We still behave like we need something to hang on to or adore in vengeance, and love.

Let’s take for instance, if these higher cultured beings showed up at our doorstep and we were offered any technology to improving our society, what would we ask for? Would we ask for a way to make more gold and diamonds, faster computers or bigger rockets to traverse the stars, maybe a new planet? Life has to evolve and mature gradually to adjust to its surrounding and change accordingly. It's our humanness and sharing that one would want changed more so than more riches and automation. Technology and spiritual wealth would naturally come later with time.

In a few hundred years from now when we as space travelers explore the stars, would we behave the same way as the ETs of today that are visiting us. While roaming our galaxy we arrive at an inhabited planet, how should we behave toward the human-like life forms? Let's say that these humanoid forms are as primitive as we were 200.000 years ago or even today. Should we leave and let them mature on their own, or interfere in some way technologically or religiously? Should we interact with them and take primitive slaves as we desire, or just mine the planet for its recourses and destroy it as we move along? This may sound a little familiar, but the way we are advancing in our negative evolution, we are going to do much worse than some our gods have done to us.

It seems we are doing exceptionally well in innovative ways. It is our social behavior that needs to be fine tuned to the caring of others with some kind of parity at the human level. These so called higher beings are behaving no different from we maintain our zoos with our lower form of animals. If we could just imagine ourselves in the future and visualize a society with no wars, no poverty, no stealing and killing each other, is that to much to ask for. Are we not capable or willing to provide ourselves with these basic needs? What we would have is equality in every respect, but still keep our diverse cultures.

The people who are now well to do should not feel that they might be deprived of anything more then what they now have. Try to see oneself in a situation as someone else that needs help and they are asking their God for help and one can feel like a God or ET for helping others. It would not take much in goods and volunteer help in transforming society to our next level of humanity towards our inevitable future of equality.

Let us appreciate the noninterference from whoever is keeping an eye on us. There are many people who understand that the neglect of so many people suffering is a way of telling us that it is our responsibility toward our fellow human beings and habitat that needs to be appreciated on our own merit. If we could only understand that the levels of evolution that awaits us have many more layers to develop in our future. Death is only about wearing out our physical bodies and not the toys of life that we now play with and leave behind.

Keeping organized is the key to finding our way through this evolutionary ladder that awaits us. We have to look back at our history and learn what has not worked. Maybe it’s completely wrong in thinking and conditioning ourselves to look at life as a dead end. New age thinking seems to be relying on a higher intelligence that will soon arrive and solve our entire world problem. Would we not be better off solving our own crisis and just build that evolutionary path ourselves that would lead us to our paradise?

It shouldn’t be too difficult to think beyond our present knowledge, if we all follow our dreams. The world of the past is much different from our present time regards our capabilities in forming our future. We should not limit ourselves with our curiosities in building our reality from what we preach to each other, but from what we all dream about and make come true. As caring human being, we are meant to question life and make it better for everyone and everything that exits in this world and beyond if need be. We should not imprison our knowledge and ourselves for a lesser future and as well not make it a ritual of repetitiveness. What awaits us is beyond the ETs and God, but sensitivity to all life itself.

Chapter 1c: Our Mess
1c: Declaring War on Saving the Planet

We had the two World Wars take place in the twentieth century, WW I, in the years 1914 to 1918 and WW II, from the years 1939 to 1945. Now it's time to declare World War III on saving our planet and ourselves from the destruction and corruption in the twenty-first century. This is going to take everyone's helping hands, young and old to accomplish a workable future. We have to put aside our cultures and religions, since the air we breathe and water we drink have no boundaries or preferences as to which it gives itself up to.

Governments, organized religion, multinational corporations and unions are the four main visible groups that control society today, but there is a fifth body and the key groups that direct behind the curtains, called secret societies. We could say more on them and their hidden agendas, but that would be speculative and would waste a lot paper space, besides there are many books on the market on these influential organizations. This is in keeping the population functioning on a fine line so to speak. In other words, make people pay the highest price possible and as long as they can bear it while the few are profiting. All this goes beyond keeping people starving and in need of medication and education. The planet itself is being compromised with the waste and ways of doing business, and in turn human health that is failing and falling behind our controlled and enforced medicines.

Why should we help everyone on the planet earth? Because there are many multinational corporations, that are using all the resources from every country at the three levels of government control? The surface of the planet, the ground below and the space above as far as anyone can see is being exploited by the rich and powerful, for their own profits and extravagant lifestyle. In fairness, the 2By2 would give back equally to the people and the planet what is being wrongly taken.

If we truly wanted equality across the planet regarding basic foods, medicine and education, then you would think a solution would have been found and introduced a long time ago. But obviously, this is not a concern for these controlling groups with the emerging One World Government that is now being created. There is still no agenda to adjust the wealth in the social gap between the rich and poor that is worsening every day. All this information that is being said is readily available by informed survey groups all over the Internet for anyone to see. The 2By2 solution that is being devised would address all these issues to all life on our planet, and then some. No one would be worse off in any way, whether that is related to jobs or lifestyle, but only increasing one's humanity for all and especially at the bottom of the social ladder that we have been neglecting far too long.

There are many conscientious groups that have exceptional ideas for helping people and the planets mismanagement, or even correctting many of our ongoing abuses. The problem is that they are all good ideas, but fragmented in all direction all over the world and no foundation for a total cure and final solution. The 2By2 would indirectly be an institutional foundation and an encouragement to all the other aiding groups in their flight to help man, beast and our home planet. In the end, there would be limited need for our fractionated global support, but mostly requiring local volunteering. We now have many agencies in times of disasters and wars that respond at a moments notice all over our planet in saving people and animals alike. The 2By2 would not weaken the support of these emergency aids that are deployed all over the world in time of crises, but would be a global and local village communication web on the planet. The 2By2 would also have the function of reducing and finally eliminating depressed areas of the world where scarcity of basic needs have been compromised due to recent global weather and planetary changes.

There would also be a way of organizing these 2,000-person villages to work in unison with all other village communities all over the globe. The 2by2 $2 equality formula would accumulate on the planet at the same level and amount for all people in their community villages. The biggest part of the project would be from local help in organizing each village and become a domino effect that will perpetuate to new villages. Once organized community villages start to communicate with each other, you would then have a larger form of a global village working collectively. This may be a way of ridding the planet of rogue and dictator style governments by getting help locally and globally.

There are plenty of resources and people wanting to help each other, but most are spent on wars. By being countless planetary village minds and aiding your neighbor near and far away, you could eliminate oppression from authoritarianism and dominance from a few power hungry individuals.

There would be approximately three million potential global villages once everyone starts getting organized on our planet earth. We can just imagine, once these communities start communicating with each other, what could be accomplished in solving the many global problems we have today. These could be solutions from sharing information to goods and medicines, tools, food, and seeds for planting and cultural exchanges. Weather information would be another benefit in regional areas. Protests and boycotts could be extremely effective in conveying a point across, may it be towards better democratic ways, or even newly organized villages that are trying to get established in areas of difficulty towards controlling governments.

This would be about arranging a global standard for all people in areas of food, medicine, education, housing allowance and transportation and of bringing together our diverse cultures and in what we share with each other. Being a united global family is what would take us forward in our evolution towards a universal modal to be looked upon and praised by all concerned.

Even the collective thought of a better society has an influence in causing change to our humanities. This is a dream that makes more sense then what we have fashioned today in our society that can work to form our future. It is not human nature to destroy ourselves, but evolving together in changing our destiny.

Chapter 2a: The Idea
2a: A four Part Project, Genealogy, Seven Necessities, 2,000-Person Village Communities and Dome Habitat

To introduce this 2By2 idea project into society and its workings, you would need four key ingredients. It would also follow a sequence to have it start functioning properly, to have it happen in this reality. One could say that this book is a guide to the start of the construction of the 2By2 solution. If time permits, hopefully the project would be started by a small group that can direct it along till it takes on a life of its own. Eventually the project will not be dependent on any one person or small group, but would become a world collective organization.

Ancestral information is what would attract people into participating in the 2By2 project and seeing their genealogy information on the World Wide Web as a memorial to their descendants. Sharing and researching information about family and friends would be another reason to spark an interest to contribute their $2.00 to support the start of the OneWorld Solution 2By2.

The next part of the ongoing project is the seven key basic necessities to survive a healthy reasonable life. First are the Food projects and the most important aspect in the series of implementation. Next would be Medicine, the Second most needed from the list of necessities in life supporting requirements. Housing is the Third and is another essential in feeling safe from the weather and secure in ones neighborhood. Fourth and most significant is Education for acquiring work skills and communicating with others who have the same or similar interests. Fifth is local transportation, another requirement to life's well being for job security and socialization in meeting new people. A Meeting Structure would be the Sixth on the list in organizing and taking care of one's village area. Seven is the last and to be the greater in the long run for curiosity of science and life’s ever expanding need for more than just a simple existence through Space Exploration.

By starting and organizing 2,000-person village communities in all existing cities, towns and county areas, people would have more control within their own neighborhoods. This would be for organizing the world population as a single collective group that would be able to come together on issues of planetary concerns on a global scale. With the upcoming and existing communication technology making our global village more of a reality every day for everyone on the planet, we are all just next door to each other. Because of our new neighboring close-knit planet, the time is ripe for the OneWorld Solution 2By2 project.

The next part of the 2By2 project would be in building 2,000-person domes habitats for the elderly people who are in need of a better social lifestyle. This would be in giving the population of the planet a continuing world project to work and build on. All these opportunities would give everyone something to do in his or her specialized area of occupation or preretirement activity. This dome project is also a way of cleaning up a few of our mismanaged affairs and responsibilities. This OneWorld Solution 2By2 would be accomplished by and for our children, seniors and middle-aged adults as a more highly advanced species and civilization that we are so capable of in our time and evolution.

There are many areas of work that people could do for the young and old in starting the 2By2 project. For the ones who first start reading this book and understand the 2By2 idea, pass on this information to friends and neighbors or even point out the fact that they can possibly read the book on the Internet. One could even let somebody borrow ones book, or even buy them a copy since all the proceeds would go towards the start of the 2By2 project.

There will be many people opposed to this idea without even reading this project information, and even more who would read and still not comprehend the whole understanding of what is being proposed. This is not something one person can start, let alone a large well-organized group. There would have to be an acceptance from people and countries from many occupations, rich and poor alike. This would not be an easy transformation as to the many powerful people, groups and governments all over the world who would not want to change the status quo. We cannot keep living this type of lifestyle of abuse and insensitivity towards all life in need of our help.

Chapter 2b: The Idea
2b: Pilot Project

Seeing the 2By2 dome pilot project working and then passing it on to others is what this is all about. With anything new, one needs to create a prototype, which is a workable and functioning solution to any idea. There is no reason why the project shouldn't work, but there will be adjustments and changes that will have to be made along the way. The research and construction of a self-sustained 2,000-person dome habitat and trial period will take time to fine-tune. All one would need is a labor force and local sand for window glass and fiberglass, plastic that is reinforced with carbon fibers for the skeletal frame, rubber for the footings and concrete for the housing area. As one starts, there would be new and existing research and development that would be implemented in the creation of the dome. The size of the dome will be approximately 300 m in diameter and 1,000 m in circumference. There is a similar existing structure that has a 228 m wide oblong dome shape. We would have to make sure that a good percentage of all the materials would basically be available anywhere on our planet and relatively close to a construction site. The elevation for constructing the dome should be at least thirty meters above sea level in prone areas, due to weather changes effecting rising sea levels from global warming and seasonal flooding cycles. Sand and aggregate material is available mostly anywhere on our planet.

Winnipeg has been at times thought of as a testing area for various product and innovations. This is a city that has approximately 600,000 people and another 400,000 in the rest of the province of Manitoba. It is an ideal area that has both weather extremes, from plus 40c to mines 40c for testing the dome structure. This is a 2,000-person dome habitat that 6 billion people may want to adapt in their own living areas. Due to the openness and nature of the 2By2 project, the acquisition and possession of any patent properties would be made freely available for the intended use in advancing society and not in enriching a few.

As a caring society, we could build communities that rely on each other's individual skills towards a form of exchange of goods and service for each deed that is performed. There is now in existence in some communities around the world a secondary form of local credit exchange with good results. Many would oppose these ideas, as one's wealth would be less appreciated. We are talking about sharing tools, toys and services, where there would be repair shops in every community. These communities and villages would be a 2,000 person intentional communities that could be organized around a few city block area in every city and rural areas all over the globe.

This would all start with a genealogy on the Internet to raise funds and inspire the interest of the people. The goal is to provide everyone with their basic necessities, like food, medicine, shelter, education, local transportation, jobs, and security. The OneWorld Solution 2By2 project would be all on a volunteer basis from the start and always ongoing. If we could start and continue this idea of helping each other, then we would have achieved the ideal society.

Getting people’s attention and interest in any project has always been a challenge. A promotional delivery on a topic of any idea has to be put together to get attention on the key points of the project. Sometimes it takes a few hours to explain an idea, like the 2By2 project, so people could understand its scope and worth. Some may say it has all been done before and would be a form of communism. The 2By2 would be more in line of half capitalism and half collectivism as a form of giving people control over their lives and providing themselves with their basic needs. This, on a wealth scale would be below the average life style for the people in need all over the planet.

Some people are just not interested in anything that anybody has to say if it doesn’t relate to their topic of interest and lifestyle. There wouldn’t be too many, if any, individuals or groups that would not be affected in a positive way by this project. On the other hand we are all being affected by the depleting environment and degrading social structured by the few who are in charge and only concerned for themselves, their money and power.

Sometimes we see life and ourselves like little children playing and enjoying the happy times without a care in the world. Most people who are well off financially do not see their environment and their habitat as having any problems that needs to be addressed. They may get a glimpse on the news or documentaries, but those are fleeting moments to be soon forgotten with a bit of caring and no hope for the needy. It is no one’s fault except short of a solution, only then should we feel guilty when one is found, like the 2By2 Solution.

There would be many areas of the project that could start at all levels of OneWorld Solution. The information would be available on the Internet and in book form if need be. We can all be creative in our search of a better society where everyone is happy and well and inspired by the results from their efforts.

The 2By2 seed has to be planted somewhere, anywhere would be just as good as most places. While volunteering and dedication would be needed for all levels of life for the growth and direction of the project, the selection of the dome prototype site could be situated in Winnipeg.

The truth on whether to implement the 2By2 project is that there are no more choices left for us to craft in continuing our evolution towards a healthy planet and realistic social equality for us all.

Chapter 3a: The Approach to Informing, Why & How
3a: New Age People

The definition of new age people may very, just like other sectors of the population. To quote from a dictionary, "A complex of spiritual and consciousness-raising movements of the 1980s covering a range of themes from a belief in spiritualism and reincarnation to advocacy of holistic approaches to health and ecology." Many are involved with nature and science, separating them from religion may not be appropriate, but the truth seems to point in that direction. From research and time spent in the past in chat rooms, they seem to be more involved in ET areas of communications and waiting for them to make worldly changes. They are more outdoorsy, creative people that are involved in fitness and recreational activities. Again, they also seem to parallel religion, waiting for ET to fix the system, instead of God.

What's wrong with this waiting for higher beings and their innovations? It gives us the wrong impression of good things that may come our way and creates a laxest responsibility. If we spent as much time picking up after ourselves as we do procrastinating our differences and a wait and see approach for someone else to fix the system, we would be much farther ahead in our evolution and more appreciated by whomever seeded us. Yes, there seems to be a false hope in science as well with these magic solutions in feeding the world when most can't afford to pay for the crumbs. We are still continually ignoring the abuse of our ecology by trying to justify our mediocre effort to fool ourselves in our mainstream belief. We will always be a generation or two in reversing the damaged that has been done in the last few hundred years to our ecological environment, once we consciously and seriously start the healing process.

How much longer is it going to take with the deterioration of our planet and in bringing out all these solutions that we've been ignoring, because of our existing job security? We all so much want to live in a paradise, yet we disfigure the beauty we see and use. If trees are what are needed to improve the quality of air and cooling of our planet earth, then let’s keep what we have left and plant some more. If it's fish that we consume more of and is beneficial to us, then let us properly control our oceans to sustain a high quantity and quality. If it's clean water we need, then let us not pollute our rivers and lakes and not use them as waste outlets. If it's good and better foods we hunger for, then let us not put chemicals on our land and products and keep our diversity in our crops. If it's our type of energy that we use that we need to improve on, then let us use solar cells, wind, hydrogen and water for our electrical power needs. If it's meaningful products and service jobs that we require more of, then let us not let corporations and the like grow too big to a point of destroying small family business. If we do all this, and do it not for money, then we may have time to save our children’s leftover paradise. This is what new age people could be doing, and not just wait for more advanced beings that may eventually come. Whether it is the Gods or ETs that come to meet us, they would arrive and greet us on the merits on what we have accomplished in their restricted absence.

My apologies for the written outburst, but with the understanding that hopefully not everyone or group is just waiting for ETs and God, but only that time is short of a global solution. There are many sincere organizations that have successfully inspired people at times to organize themselves locally and globally on the Internet on various discussion and projects. They have talk and gathered and started small ventures in areas of helping understand the world and its ecological problem.  It takes timing and the right people and a long while to organize a similar interested project. Sometimes people loose interest after a while, but many times there are successful stories but some seem to be short lived. We need to implement a mega project, and the 2By2 could be the one to initiate.

One would think that most people in this new age would enjoy living in a paradise that we could all take care of. The thing is what would constitute a Camelot or an Elysium type paradise? Someplace where we could be comfortable living-in and yes, we still have to be part of that reality partaking in its upkeep and its ongoing changes, just like planet earth. Everything needs to expand and grow, like traveling to the stars and having a life of adventure. There is so much ahead of us that if we could only stop putting up limitations in this lifetime, we could get rid of our greed that keeps plaguing us.

It seems that we are looking for some kind of father figure who has a haven waiting for us. Well, we have been given a paradise and it is our home that we now have, planet earth. From what is known, there is no upgrade or trade-in to replace this home we now have. Yes, we can still wait and someone will eventually show up and offer us a new home for us to live in, but wouldn’t it be more mature to clean our mess up first.

The New Age people today are more related to the younger generation, as oppose to the elderly who have lived through the first half of the twentieth century. The baby boomers that were born after the second world war should be more concerned for their future and the future of their children. Maybe its time to teach the new generation of the twenty-first century about a change that can be accomplished towards a better future that they can work with. One would not find too much on the Internet regarding a total collective global solution, like the OneWorld Solution 2By2.

Chapter 3b: The Approach to Informing, Why & How
3b: The Web

You have to take the bad with the good, the tool of all tools, the World Wide Web as the ultimate library. One doesn't have to look at the negative or undesirable web sites on the Internet. We will never stop the hypocrisy and gross freedom of speech and writings, but maybe find a place for it, like on the other side of a fine dividing line. One would have to agree that the industry is not doing enough in developing software in making it easier to detect certain words in a web page that is being downloaded into ones browser. This would be password protected, so that a parent could add words and make active this in the preference property area of one's browser application. One would rarely come across any objectionable web sites, if one never went looking for them, but occasionally some do with close or related key word search patterns on one’s topic of choice.

The beauty of the Internet is that all the information in the world is as close as one’s fingertips. If one is doing research on any subject or project, this is where one would find that knowledge and much more than one could imagine. There are many companies that have added web sites to promote their products and services; some beneficial ones are dictionaries, encyclopedias and the likes. Some are specialized in areas of sciences and medical to a child’s levels of understanding. This has all come a long way from the small paperback book to the large 20-pound mega books and then in digital form on computer disks. Type in a few words in the computer search window and one could get more answers than one has bargained for. Individual people and business are adding information to the web every moment by leap and bounds with no end in sight. There are information databanks of good topics in all areas of concern that is also expanding to quite a few categories. Most of the entire web as a personal assistance to come will make for a new communication device of the future, which will be a great show and tell for business, and children and seniors alike. One only needs to know basic computer and internet commands to be proficient in searching for what one wants in ones specific area of research.

The sharing of information between individual has become a concern of government and corporation that is fast becoming too late to stop. This is where people all over the world are sharing files of all types between personal computer, eliminating the need of going through government and corporate servers. This is leaving these big market giants in the dark and no way of regulating the sharing of files between individuals on the Internet for years to come. This seems to be a natural evolutionary process of the development of free open-source information in an open society, the personal right to food, shelter, medicine, transportation, education and information in all types of formats.

People are also communicating many ideas on how to correct our ailing planet and the solution towards its cure. This is where many individuals and groups are trying desperately to make people aware of the grave ecological situation that is quickly getting our attention. The OneWorld Solution 2By2 project has gained information from suggestions and solutions in understanding where our thoughts are in this entire planetary dilemma from researching the World Wide Web.

The point of all this knowledge is that people can be better informed in areas of the freedom of information act from governments and companies, thereby having them accountable for their actions. Nothing has to be kept secret anymore. Anything that should be public knowledge should be available for all to see. This could be information on specific projects and expenditures on environmental issues and where this is all being performed. Live or static pictures could be available 24 hour a day. They already have a limited amount of information and cameras in place called web cams, with the quantity and quality improving everyday. People are also concerned about their intrusion of privacy, which is the downside to open information. This should not be applicable to individuals, but more towards corporations, organizations and groups of individuals who function in society.

What is being proposed here is that to save and correct our future ecology from abuse from large organizations and individuals, we would also have to resort to many kinds of partial solutions. The 2By2 project would do all this accountability on itself and more than any one person could design and dream of. There could also be outside agencies keeping tabs on the progress and openness of the 2By2 projects. But most of all it will be ideal for the 2By2 idea as an informational part of the process to implement the OneWorld Solution 2By2 project. People would view on the web the progress as time moves forward in the development of this worldwide planetary solution. The genealogy on the web is also going to be a large part of the solution with the 2By2 project bringing people together in showing how we are all closely relate to each other. If individuals were kept better informed in life and the truth on world affairs, they would be more willing to participate in their contributions and benefits. Seeing the good that develops from their efforts will be a reward in itself. The web will also be commonplace on everyone’s television in a few years to come, hopefully at a much lesser cost than now.

The World Wide Web will be the eyes and ears for all to listen and see what is happening with the project and everything else on planet earth. There could be picturesque countryside scenery viewed in polluted areas that will be acknowledged and corrected by the defaulters. What we need are watchdogs, like television stations and web sites that show past and ongoing destruction. One will only need to type or speak into their devices to bring up one’s topic of concern for one to see and read or listen to the truth of our state of affairs in the world.

Chapter 3c: The Approach to Informing, Why & How
3c: Religion

This is a very touchy subject, almost suicidal if one chooses any side and this is all a limited religious path that we have been pursuing with more negative results than positive ones over the centuries and millenniums of the past. The future does not seem any brighter in finding a solution or compromise between the choices that are presently available. There are many people who are disturbed and sympathetic to the suffering and abuse all over the world that do not belong to any religion or cult that surpass the caring of many religion groups. Upbringing and values is what makes most of us good and caring individuals. Yet, this negative lifestyle we manufacture today for ourselves is the largest contributor towards our spiritual social degradation.

We seem to be teaching ourselves that we can be forgiven in our misconducts with our religious teachings, yet there are no consequences for our actions except a prayer of hope that never seems to mature. Religious belief seems to teach us that there will always be another world, no matter how we live this life. This neglect and abuse also extends to our politics, business, and unions. They all condemn positive activists for their concerns of the destructive social and ecological changes that are being introduced by these controlling groups. Some of the more active organizations for social and economic change in saving our planet from pollution and abuse are the ones that challenge the system to bring attention the public. There are many more people and organization trying to get governments and industry to listen to them and understand that what is being done to our planet’s habitat is damaging to all people equally, with little results in their efforts. The majority of concerned people that are being difficult in life toward corporations and states are defiant because of the greed of industries toward increasing their profits at the cost of the welfare of the planet and the people. Activists are behaving this way because of the lack of choices, and not necessarily because of born temperament and dysfunction, but concern for all life. Above all, religion does not seem to have an agenda with the planet earth, but only with God’s kingdom yet to come. As religious organizations we are also less likely to be confrontational on world affairs by protecting our vested interest of donations and tax breakes from business and governments.

Years of control have caged us in our repetitive ways from learning and evolving into an expanding awareness of our senses. How can we accept that the highest spiritual being would not give us the choice of being creative? We haven't begun our journey in relative terms to time, because there is no limit to life itself, which is our own spirit. We have to stop restricting our humanity, and start teaching an ever continuing and expanding collective individuality. In reality everything is interrelated and intermeshed; it is just that we have not discovered it yet or are not aware of its totality, or it may be easier to keep the populace ignorant and under control from the truth of our evolvable spirit.

We should not dispute the idea when people say that God sits on his throne in judgment, because that is what is being fashioned in our reality, just like we can be creative here on earth with sharing and helping each other in building a paradise on our planet earth. When we speak of the Supreme Being that promises everlasting life and riches, we limit our understanding and the fabric to this physical world, and God itself. There is so much more that we do not know and will never know, because there is no end to knowledge and truth. So let us not stop looking beyond what we do know, or told where not to venture for verity of our reality.

If you have two armies that are at war and they both kneel down in prayer to their God for help in defeating their enemy, is this not the same deity. There has always been only one choice for God, nonintervention. Only man has made it a point to rule and control other to his own belief system and in not giving them the freedom of choice.

What is it that religion wants to give us that we do not already have, or is it a matter of what they want to take away from us, our freedom of choice. It seems that they want to build you a box and say do not venture outside your enclosed area. Are we back to the forbidden fruit again? Does anybody stop to think that we may have it all wrong? Our past egos thought us that earth was the center of the universe and our planet earth was flat and that our spirit is limited to this plane of thought. Only our body and ego and experiences seem restricted, that is to say as a collective spirit we can evolve to that next stage if we so choose to. It’s like being confined to an area with our latent curiosity that needs to learn how to swim, with no guidance. We are either a conscience physical individual that gains knowledge and practices sharing or we are constantly filling our pockets with things that have no spiritual value, except the burden of the weight being carried around and no place to go.

If we had all the same riches, with no restriction on possessing gold, diamonds, food, housing, travel, education transport, etc, where would we be, in heaven? You would still have two dissimilar groups, the ones who like to control and look good to others and the others who just want a normal life with no undeserving hardship from inequalities or being in a depressed region. In the end we have to be our own slave and master in life by having spiritual faith in the truth.

Once you create opposition you manifest their realities and open the floodgates of opponents that would defend each other with their energies and fear and become even more powerful in their hunger for revenge. We need to create a commonality where there would be no questioning or dispute at our basic level of survival and needs.

Chapter 4a: The Solution to All Life on our Planet Earth
4a: Ecology of a Planet

By trying to identify the struggle between nature and its people, we may reach a balance for all. What is it that we want out of life and can we demand more than can be given? They say that the laws of nature have four known forces: Strong Force, Electromagnetic, Gravitational, and the Weak Force. Some of these forces are not well understood, let alone others that we do not know of yet, like the unified theory that unites all these four forces.

Strong Force: A force that holds atomic nuclei together.

Electromagnetic: An energy wave with both electric and magnetic components.

Gravitational: A force of attraction between objects that pulls them toward one another.

Weak Force: A force present in some nuclear processes.

All these energies and forces are at play for us to harness and mould for our needs, but in a limited way because of their own laws that they have to maintain for their own existence and will only release what it can to keep a neighboring balance. As intelligent human beings, we could manufacture many, if not all of our dreams from these living energies. We can either underestimate their power and get scalded from their forces, or misunderstand and ignore their own directional existence. If there was no order to the universe we would not be living within its defined calm spaces. In itself, the universe gathers in clusters to interact within to mold the shape of its being. Once we map its total collective energy, then we may see its true self. Computers are only now plotting and displaying regions of stars and galaxies in 3D image of the universe. Atom particles also have a place in their known structure, just like a grain of sand that makes up part of a sandy beach. Our universe also makes up a structure of different depth and shape far beyond comprehension from our present limited knowledge and perspective of our world. This is what makes life worth living, the pursuit of the unknown for some people, but most are content to live a simple life, yet still meaningful to a spirited mind.

The people of the planet have also created four societal forces in its evolution, Governments, Religion, Corporations and Unions. There are also hidden forces that are less understood, like secret societies that rule and control from a distance.

Governments: Are in control of borders and people within their rulings.

Religion: Are in control of your spirit in life and death, for evermore.

Corporations: Are in control of goods and services, things that you eat, drink, breath and use.

Unions: Are in control of groups of people, the work they do, and how much money they earn.

As individuals and communities we see these four groups and say do we really need these controlling organizations in their manner of function? Yes, to an extent we do, but like all things in life, there is a commonsense limit to duplication and bureaucracy. Just like a child once it starts maturing; eventually it’s time to loosen the reigns. Too much control suffocates the intention and purpose of evolution, whether this is attributed to individual people or community living. Governments should limit their authority over the basic level of community affairs. There should still be three levels of governments and maybe a fourth as a village neighborhood at about 2,000 people in charge of their individual community.

Religions are typically sacred social groups organized as a force to manage the population and  messengers from God above. A seed in any form has miraculous life potential just waiting in its tiny structure to address a uniform religious deity or matures to countless changing facets. Evolutionary life seems to need a father figure to look up to, and admire its greatness and for what we are assured it created. The boundary we put on God as a human figure, does not justify life as a never-ending truth, but only limits our curiosity and needs.

Should there be a limit to the control that multinationals have over our foodstuff and the liquids we consume, to machinery we drive and use. We are letting a handful of individuals direct our future lives with the sole purpose of their profits. They have a force of lawyer and lobbyist to push their goods and services without proper or lengthy testing. Yes, we have regulations in place, but they seem to find or make loopholes to benefit their stockholders. If all the people were the stockholders, then it would be much different, as in having the enforcement on safety and health concerns for all the people equally on the planet. This would also apply to the environmental concerns, and so on.

The people themselves have rallied to protest against the abuses from these other social forces by forming labor Unions. The times were right at the beginning of the twentieth century and still are to a point, but the unions have safeguarded only half of their brothers and sisters. The other half of the people will never have a chance to achieve what the labor unions demand and receive above the average social lifestyle. To some small degree they are demanding and achieving equality for all their own local people.

As for secret societal groups and who they are, and are they really controlling our lives and at which level is this all happening. It would be interesting to know the truth if one would dare to explore. Many people have investigated and wrote books on the commonsense truth, but most people do not want to know the facts or venture outside their mainstream reality. Yet we are gradually feeling the side effects of neglect towards global and regional-scale ecological change as atmospheric change, ozone depletion, soil loss, ground water depletion, deforestation, collapsing fisheries, loss of biodiversity, etc.

In reality, our behavior is no different from the way we take care of our physical bodies than we treat our planet. We take care of our transportation vehicles and homes better than the organic body that sustains our mind and spirit. In treating the symptoms and neglecting the cause, we keep hiding from the source of our problems, whether that is our bodies or our planet that we live in. This unhealthy lifestyle is finally catching up to us.

We need to unify our resources and talent and create a collective force that will address all our social and planetary needs with the help of the existing societal ruling forces. We have to find a common ground where all four would be content in their function. We as people are part of the planet that has enough of an awareness to keep itself balance and for us to cohabit with it. We have crossed that fine line of balance that has been breached many years ago. There can be a period of correction and growth in the right direction if only we could wake up to the crises ahead of us. So let this 2By2 proposal stand and be acknowledged to the ones who are listening.

Chapter 4b: The Solution to All Life on our Planet Earth
4b: The 2By2 Economy

Changing the status quo in the market economy to any small degree would never be easy, let alone at any great extent. Regulating the interest rates to controls the market would seem to be the fine-tuner of the financial system. If one would try to alter the monetary system, one would have all kinds of law enforcement at one's doorstep and skeptic in fear of change. It's not that there is anything wrong with the established markets, but unfortunately many people end up at the low end of the unbalanced global wealth. It seems that not everyone can be on top of this mountain of greed and grasp for more. The perspective on world economics is not a matter of who is at the low end of the scale, but that there are many people at the bottom that require help and that the balance needs to be a lot more just.

We could provide everyone on the planet with their basic needs and this could all be accomplished without affecting the exiting market economy in any negative way with the introduction of the OneWorld Solution 2By2 project. On the contrary, it would boost and strengthen the economic systems, with everyone benefiting on an even scale for everyone's basic survival and social needs, and still provide the incentive to play and prosper on the market economy for those who feel the need for wealth.

The 2By2 solution is a simple and essential remedy to solving and evolving to our higher humanity. It is merely about flooding the market with countless $2 in a controlled manner. For a simplified explanation, lets us all give ourselves $2, which everyone on the planet would deposit at their local banking establishment which would have already been registered for the 2By2 project. Some would give more for those who could not give. Once everyone has acquired and established a $2 account, it could never be withdrawn. The interest would then be spent in their 2,000-person community according with the overall project theme by the committee on the first food project, and the first item would be milk. The milk would be in a form of whatever healthy animal milk is available in one’s community.

Now we would have 6 Billion people all over the world with 12 Billion dollars, ready to jump to the next level, from a $2 level to a $4 level to $24 Billion dollars. In ones community, this would be 2,000 people times $2 equals $4,000, jumping to $8,000, again, never spending the $2 donated, but only the interest in a controlled manner for everyone's basic needs. Keeping this formula in mind, the jump from $2 to $4 to $6 and so on would happen equally all over the planet. All these $2 that are deposited in these financial institutions will always stay in a long-term interest paying account never to be taken out, and again only spending the interest.

A computer program would have to be developed according to the banking and credit union industry to coordinate the development of the 2By2 foundation's function. This would all have to be agreed upon by most if not all the countries in the world.

These two dollar injections into the economy would have to come from someplace and be redirected without disrupting the markets. For most people in the developed countries this would be pocket change that would not alter the financial system. For developing countries it would benefit them the most in many ways. Half of the two dollar would most likely come from individuals and the rest from lump sum contributions from business and wealthy individuals.

Initiating the 2By2 Foundation locally would form and organize 2,000-person community villages around local schools and senior homes. Computer programs would be developed to coordinate the $2 bank deposit in one's community village. The 2,000-person community can fluctuate from 1,000 to 3,000 people. Once it reaches either extreme, it has to divide in half at 3,000 or dissolve at 1,000 to neighboring communities. The idea of the two dollar is to have everyone in recognition of equal $2 amounts. When someone passes on, his or her two dollars are put back into the pot so to speak and dissolve locally and globally like any other large sum given. Having a larger village community would not be any more beneficial then a smaller one because they receive their interest monies accordingly on the number of people living in one’s community.

Many people all over the world will need help organizing their communities into 2,000-persons villages. Whether these are impoverished countries that may not even have a proper monetary system, Credit Unions would be ideal to implement in these areas of the world. Many countries could use a form of a stable monetary system for their local use of exchange for their goods and service. There are some intentional communities that do use their own credit notes as a way of trade for deeds they do for each other without relying on the fluctuating markets, thereby keeping local villages active and friendly. The idea is to have small amounts of monies in use for micro loans and to be used at the basic level of personal and family business needs.

In the end, the 2By2 may be more about supporting good companies that are nature minded toward the good of humanity and its environment. It may take many years to reverse the degenerative lifestyle that corporation and multinational companies are imposing on society. The tipping of the balanced scale is so large that it is going to take an insight of awareness by all of humanity to awaken to our wrong doings. What we have to show is that the process can be reversed by listing the good compared to the bad situations in life. An appalling case is our oceans where all countries are over fishing and polluting, which is three quarters of our planet surface. Nobody is paying to much attention except in fighting for who is going to get the leftovers. Our estuaries are the access of all the rivers flowing into the oceans, which are polluted with whatever people and companies are dumping in them, creating algae growth and suffocating everything in sight. Some good points are organic growers being established and resisting dominating companies from altering all our foods and buying out seed banks to have total control of the industries with no regards toward people’s choices. Science and technology give the people the means to communicate with each other over the Internet. We now have all the information we need from the largest library in the world to communicate the wrong and the means to share corrections with each other on the scale of millions. Once one researches and sees the whole picture of our social structure, from the controlling few to the many in poverty, one wonders where is the justice in the supposedly wise men in charge, in their pockets playing.

Once the 2By2 economy gets going and functioning properly and people start accepting the changes, there would be no limit to what humanity could accomplish. Most people would say that the populace would become lazy if we supplied ourselves with the basic necessities in life. Our present day impoverished conditions has created this very problem that we fear would happened or worsen, but we would still all need to be involved in one way or another in our communities and in our own individual ways for it to function properly. From many backgrounds people would start participating once they see the results from neighboring and faraway places on how they are managing in their communities. We all need a positive reason and an adventure in life to start and continue in our evolution so we all benefit equally in the end.

Chapter 4c: The Solution to All Life on our Planet Earth
4c: Greed and Poverty

Getting rid of the diseases, greed and poverty, seems to go hand in hand as a problem and its solution in its balance. In every field there are systemic breakdowns of our environments, our economies, our health care, our family structures, our schools, our cities and us as individuals. There is also an abundance of basic foods in the world, yet most are starving and get sick and die because they don't have the monies or the education, or are unfortunate to have been born in an impoverished area and they are just hoping and praying for help from our same God above. Even people in the industrial world that are well off keep their poverty at a manageable level, thereby enriching their lifestyle beyond hypocrisy. One can imagine hungry and sick people walking into stores where there is food and medicine but have no money to buy these essentials in life. Only if you have enough money, can you get proper hospital care and an acknowledgement of being a worthy human being through the eyes of the well to do. It is to be hoped in twenty years from now, we won't have to fantasize this situation, but celebrate its solution.

There should be a way to harness all this power and wealth and concentrate on a solution towards the elimination of needless starvation and malnutrition in the world, even in our own local backyards. Sometimes, the condition of global poverty is purposely maintained as a type of control for the well to do in looking good when they do contribute at various times. Independence and self-sustainability for all would benefit everyone, rich and poor. I'm sure most people who give monies and goods sometimes feel their contributions do not make a difference in these disasters. But to someone, who receives their packages, it makes a huge difference, and they are very grateful for the help.

Most of these people in need would like to be self-sufficient and organized in times of natural disasters and free from non-democratic governments and multinational corporate deception. Regionally, when we have our own catastrophes, we see on the news the immediate helpful results from our neighboring providence's and states. This is what these third world countries would like to do for themselves. What is missing is organization in a form of sustainable local credit exchange, and an end to local disputes, wars and dictatorships.

Corporate businesses say that they can feed the world with their science and innovations. Most individuals would say they've been repeating themselves for decades with negative results to small business and individual people, while only themselves profiting. Everyone has to be part of that wealth and innovation, and not treated like a consuming market animal. One needs family farms, small local businesses and creative novelties, not corporate control from a few individuals.

The food that we now eat in the industrialized countries is getting nutritionally compromised by multinational corporations and thereby giving a negative representation to the rest of the smaller businesses. The industry have been inserting unnecessary fill to make items appear appealingly superior and addictive by changing the natural structure of our foods and items by devising a market scheme before a product is even thought of. By having a popular national and world product one could make millions by making small changes to the ingredients by reducing a costly ingredient and supplementing it with fill that cost less and thereby increasing their profit line worldwide on the markets. The sad part in all this is the compromised health of the people and especially our children to make and extra few dollars by riding the tolerable regulatory fine line in business.

It seems that the best way to control the populace in the world is to have addictive properties in the products that people need purposely added to them. The most needed and controllable products today is oil, oil for cars, truck, airplanes, homes, buildings and for created products. There are many more needed commodities that people require to live, like medicine, food, plant seeds, clothing and housing to name a few. Oil is the most cherished by government and corporations, who do not want to lose the control in the world economy. This is why any new alternative energy technology is suppressed with threats, buyouts and death. We have been on the verge of developing free energy for generations that is being kept buried in secrecy because of fear of losing the status-quo of a paying society in debt. Hydrogen fuel is one of the main energy forms that is being suppressed and hidden from the public, that is going to transform society in the future. The people will only need to buy a personal environmental friendly machine to separate the hydrogen from the water for use in ones car, home or small business. Thereby, people would start achieving self-dependency from controlling corporations and living in a healthier environment on our planet.

Some areas of change that can make a difference are efficient household light bulbs that use one-fifth the power, but put out the same brightness. The governments could supplement the cost of efficient light bulbs and flood the market, thereby saving energy. Solar roof shingles could also be supplemented to spark interest from some areas of the population to introduce them in their homes. Free local transportation is another area where there can be a reduction of personal vehicle use that could be adapted. Another area concerning the health of the population is lighting in building where full spectrum florescent bulbs could be used to reduce health cost. These are just a few areas of the reduction of energy production and pollution that can be addressed to better our society.

This is an issue that spreads to areas of our goods and services, putting at risk our health and safety. There has to be a way where there shouldn’t be a balancing choice between the cost of a few lives, outweighing the cost of the many, or saying there will always be some of people at risk against any product on the market. We are talking about the needs of the people, when there is so much more we could give in a way of transforming society where all would be provided for, at ones basic level of need in health and welfare.

Chapter 4d: The Solution to All Life on our Planet Earth
4d: Sociology of Self

How does one look at life and judge what one sees, and not see a need for change and fairness for all. Are we not all the same human beings, having the same needs and desires? Some individuals are born with better motor coordination and/or mental processes, and even fortunate in being raised in a richer family with more opportunities.

Do we not all need food to survive? Some people have wealth and access to more and better foods than most, while others have little or none, let alone anything to share with each other. It's the necessities for all people that we should all be concerned about. We know that there are plenty of the basic foodstuffs for everyone on our planet to survive. It is only a matter of realizing our grave situation and implementing the basic needs for all humanity.

Throughout the industrialized world, population has stabilized and/or declined and only through immigration have the well to do countries increased the populace. It is only with one's independence from family and state that one could feel secure in ones elderly years, thereby managing population growth and harmony on this fragile world of ours. If everyone could become productive within one’s own capacity and not take advantage of one’s neighbor, or strive for all one could get out of life beyond reason, we would achieve a better balance for all people. Just being satisfied with an average way of life through learning, helping and sharing with each other, life would be more rewarding for all.

What makes man so insensitive to the suffering of his fellow citizen, out of sight, out of mind works for a while till things start catching up to our life style. Still, the repetitive bombardment of seeing the same scene of anguish and request for help does not increases the attention for aid past a certain percentage. We have to get beyond the never-ending agony and pleading for assistance. The well to do side of the world has become numb to the suffering people. It is time to finally solve this world wide social problem of ours by implementing a OneWorld structured Solution.

We have in the past come together as nations, when some thought themselves more superior to others, and rallied to the help of the many in need. This dilemma is no different from the wars and famine and natural disasters that plague us occasionally in humanity’s evolution. We have to assemble the proper personnel in their field of expertise and come up with a solution to our continuing self-destruction.

There will be many innovations, social and spiritual changes along the way as we progress in this new century that needs to be addressed. We say to ourselves that our lives are short lived and there doesn’t seem any reason to be concerned for the rest of the suffering world that will never go away in one’s lifetime. We have to see ourselves and speak in a perspective of the past and into the future as if we are preparing the world for our own return. Whether it is Judaism, Christianity, Islam or whichever of the nineteen main religions that you aspire to, this is our heaven and we need to take care of. It can’t get any better than we can make it here ourselves. The return here on earth could be a willing spirited conscious evolution that we could learn to remember as we progress in our hearts. Just like the dreams we can’t or barely remember, parallels our return to paradise earth, not yet completed. We should be thinking of ourselves as ariving at an end of a cycle as a self-centered human species, ready for the next leap in awareness of oneness.

The truth and nothing but the truth, this is the way we should be behaving toward each other.  Yet we outwardly lie, deceive and go out of our way to take advantage of each other. Sometimes, one does not know how to relate to a situation, because of a false reality that is being portrayed. People may not realize that any physical and verbalize speech, sets off exteriorizing energies that eventually have to manifest. Lies or not, what goes around, comes around.

Chapter 4e: The Solution to All Life on our Planet Earth
4e: Boredom

If you ever watched television, you would have noticed that during all these years, they've kept playing the same plots and saying the same joke and running after the same balls. Worst of all, is the increase of violence on television, and if this does not make one malicious, it would surely at least make one aggressive. From what is understood about aggressive television, North America produces the most valiant showings compared to other countries that have very moderate entertainment.

What kind of life are we structuring for ourselves? Where is the incentive in humanities struggle for betterment as a species? Are we destined to play out a repetitive lifestyle, with no goals as a collective community? Are we also being kept ignorant, and arrogant towards each other, from a purposeful malignant agenda? Suppressing our senior citizens and especially our children with pills to calm us down is not the answer to our monotony, but should be in building creative communities to expand our awareness.

If we were taught the truth of our potential goals and hidden permanence in life, would we behave with less violence? Are religions and governments so afraid to lose control over the population? We seem to be competing towards our destruction, instead of building for the good of everyone.

People on average who are more moderately well off seem to be in a higher energy mode than the one's that are less successful, who seem to be stagnating in their lives, without many choices. Money seems to help motivate our lives by acquiring choices, so take away the idea of money as a barrier to all our problems and replace it with more creative activities to keep people occupied. This is in regarding to children’s activities after school; seniors who have a limited space to live in and sparse or no community crafts shops for them in their immediate area. Whoever is left in the middle between our children and seniors are busy working at a few jobs, and long hours and no time for their families.

We need to organize a lifestyle of activities for our children and seniors and participate in their play, and not always strive for more money to compete with our neighbors. We all start off as children in life and end up growing to seniors in our communities. Should we not make life the best we can create for ourselves? Let us not forget that it will take our created money at the beginning of the 2By2 project and guidance to accomplish these village communities. We will also have to help other neighboring communities that are not so well off and who are less informed about the 2By2 Project idea.

If one takes a look back in time, one need not venture to far back and take note of how we have progressed and regressed due to the changes that have taken place. Take a look at the most important influential device of our time, our television, and assess the quality of its output and see that it has changed in both extremes, from educational science and beautiful nature scenes to more aggressive and violent programming. The former is aired 10% of the time, compared to 90% for the latter. If given the choice between a cooperative or competitive lifestyle, most people would chose a helpful world to live in, but from our present world condition of corporate control and temptations, we have chosen otherwise.

So do we say life has progressed in a worse way on one hand and better on the other? Is the answer in separating our two extremes and give people a choice as to which side they what to live on? Or do some of us, as young adults, start on the bad side of life, and eventually mellow out over the years and cross over to the good side. Regardless, we seem to need a separator in our society, so we can choose which side to live on? The television has become more of an aggressive advertising box in itself, like increasing the volume and constantly moving the camera to get the viewers attention. You may be asking, what constitutes bad and good, apart from our TV portraying our culture. An example is professional sports facilities, when group fans start brawling with prior intention of doing so, sometimes with fatalities. Wrestling is another aggressive theatrical exhibition that the young take seriously, with more victims as the results. In-your-face advertising on the Internet is very tantalizing when the young see something blinking deceivingly, only to find out it was something they were taught to avoid, but were mislead instead.

What is happening is that it is getting more numerous and more gross, and harder to avoid for our children and the rest of the good and relatively civilized population. People are getting bored in many repulsive ways, and it seems that the worst is yet to come. Most would live in a quieter and less violent world so to speak, had we the choice.

Most people would create a world of intrigue in science and nature where the road to discovery is what would generate and inspire the building of humanity where all could participate in its design.

Chapter 5a: Starting the Future
5a: Getting Permission

The only requirement for the acceptance of this project would be the total involvement of the people.  With the start of the genealogy on the web and the organizing of 2,000-person village community, this would generate a progressive awareness of the projects and should merit the permission for the 2By2 creation. The OneWorld Solution Book sales and group discussions would be another indicator of interest in starting the 2By2 project.

There will always be naysayers, people who are always on the other side of any issue, protecting their habitual life and never wanting to change the status quo. Most people are afraid to try something new because it feels threatening to one’s lifestyle. It takes a few individuals to accomplish small projects, but it will take everyone on this planet to create the 2By2 evolutionary change. We have to give this idea a chance to start a transformation to our society by breathing life into all of our good intention towards a positive future.

This project is not about any opposing views or beliefs, but about what we all have in common for our survival and well-being. If we need a go-ahead for this venture from the populace, then we have to take a few areas of interest and categorize them appropriately. To leave a legacy to everyone that was ever born, the 2By2 project would creating an ancestral database identifying who we are as individuals and families from our past to our future children. Second is providing everyone with the basics in life and insuring that it would continue forever in the future. Third is creating 2,000 person village communities so that everyone can feel safe and content in having a somewhat standardized society, and building 2,000 person self sufficient dome villages for our seniors to live in. This would give all of us an incentive to build a better future.

If anyone has any good expanded ideas on the 2By2 project, then suggestions or improved version of this idea are welcomed. The whole point of all this is that everything can be built with the help of our existing community leaders, volunteers, and residents in our neighborhoods. Everyone would have a role to play in the reconstruction of our society and especially with the help from our young and senior citizens. This will also apply to any person, in all areas of the planet that is willing to participate in equality at a personal level of need.

The 2By2 social transformation idea would not only be acknowledged from individuals but organization and groups with varying interests. Positive acknowledgments would most likely come from places like world aid programs, governments of the world, businesses, unions, and religious affiliations. Opposition may come from banking establishments and large multi-corporations to countries that are dictated by individuals who have no form of democracy in giving people free choice. Yes, there will be the odd individuals who will not see the implication of its total benefit to humankind. The children will be the most excited as they will benefit the most in the long run. It will give us a chance to build a future with some direction that can be visualized and appreciated by everyone with enthusiasm about participating in her or his future destiny.

We could conduct surveys and ask people if and what changes to society they would like to see. We would have to have varied questions from different areas of the populations from their level of income and social and health needs. This survey would have to be addressed in all countries to get an average assessment concerning their needs for their continued existence. Together we would all basically get the same answers and request for better health, food, education, housing, and local transportation. The truth is we’ve always known the right answers to what has to be done to improve our lives.

Chapter 5b: Starting the Future
5b: First Steps

The first step in the OneWorld Solution is to research one’s area with others and to make it known what is happening, by publishing in the local newspaper a small advertisement, what is being done and requesting help for the 2By2 project. We must come to a mutual understanding and respect with others in the surrounding area in collaborating to calculate the most appropriate and common sense division of the 2,000-person communities. These would be structured around local schools and/or senior homes to best have the results function for the desired 2By2 effect.

These 2,000-person divisions can be designed and calculated as a school project, community club or similar community involvement. The idea is to have some kind of division by using existing streets or apartment buildings or rivers and the like. We now have, in any city or town, separations of areas that can further be subdivided into 2,000 person divisions. Even in rural areas of the country, we have many square kilometers to achieve a 2,000-person village community. Not all situations will be ideal to any one area, but can be improved upon with the 1,000 to 3,000 fluctuations. Think of your 2,000-person village community and other potential neighboring villages and their situation, so all is relatively fair as possible. One can also compare one’s area with another in a different country and visualize what one has compared to their village who have much less, and thereby everyone helping to achieve a basic need for everyone else. This global cooperation and help is achievable and needed in either the developed counties or in developing countries that are in grave need of local organization. The Internet will also be a hub of village information sharing and organizational learning process for a 2By2 community.

Within one’s community, one can allocate a starter committee to later establish an official ten-member committee. The next step is communicating with neighboring community committees to establish an area division concerning each other. Building on this growing village pod structure and having meetings together with adjacent communities should slowly set the stage for the next level of the 2By2 project. There will be no money exchange or establishment of this part of the project until all is ready to continue to the next step. Once there is an assured percentage of participation, then the time will come to continue to that next level.

In the meantime, the organizing of leaders can continue with the ten-onehundred community leaders and helpers. The ten onehundredd formulas is an extension of the 10 main member leaders who have 10 helpers below them. A name should be given for every 2,000-person community village. This title name should be unique to one’s area and eventually entered into the 2By2 registered village name databank on the web.

Sometimes life may seem impossible and difficult, but if we persist and never give up, then in the end the results will be achieved. There may be times when someone wants to dominate the leaders. In this case this person or persons should back away and let the 10 equal leaders continue with the project.

Once we have started our 2,000-person community, the ones that have organized themselves appropriately should be patient and give neighboring communities a helping hand. All this will take some time to manifest and helping each other and other villages would speed things up. What would be working at the same time at a different level will be the genealogy on the web, which will generate $2 from each individual that starts participating in the 2By2 project. There would also be donations from individuals and business with no tax credit receipts, thus reducing government bureaucracy.

Anyone directly or indirectly volunteering help for the 2By2 project should have an objective of assisting others and not for personal gain. Whoever is involved, my highest appreciation to those helping others in the OneWorld Solution 2By2.

Speaking at local schools and seniors’ residents is another way of getting involved by asking in which way they would like to see improvements in their surrounding community area, and if they would like to participate in the 2By2 project. The young would mostly ask for more and better facilities for evening activities with added parent involvement. Our seniors would also ask similar requests as the young, such as additional and improved facilities to keep entertained, and as well more family gatherings.

Later on there would be a meetinghouse built in every 2,000-person village to gather with member committees in keeping ones village organized.

Chapter 6a: Ancestry
6a: A Memorial to All

The 2By2 Genealogy Tree Search Program is the engine to start the OneWorld Solution 2By2 Project Idea. Administrators would submit their individual family names and extended information in the database, making links to other families or related individuals. Thereby expanding an Ancestral web all over the known World of whom and how we are linked to each other as family, friends and neighbors.

$2 for every person entered would be collected and donated by The Family Administrator to the OneWorld Genealogy 2By2 not for profit Organization. This money would be used for the upkeep of the genealogy database facility and the research for a dome habitat prototype. This would be an all-volunteer project.

The two dollar that is collected would stay in the banking facilities, never to be withdrawn, thereby only spending the interest. There are two projects involved, one for each $1. The interest for the one dollar is spent on the Genealogy Project. The interest for the other dollar would be spent on R&D (Research & Development) for building 2,000 Person Dome Habitats for the elderly. We will all end up retired, so let us all work together for a better future with something better to occupy ourselves with what we are doing today.

We really do not have information on people from our past in any one place. There is a place in Salt Lake City U.S. that has records of people’s names and some dates, but no real information on their history. This existing genealogy information would only be a fraction of the population and mostly in the industrialized world. What we need is a centralized database for the people of the world to access information on their descendants from anywhere on the planet through the Internet. We also need to get away from charging people fees to submit and ask for their information. A one-time cost of $2 will be all that is required. Again, only the interest would be spent from the two dollars, so what we will have is a perpetual upkeep of the database.

This ancestral relationship could also be expanded on the World Wide Web, where family groups and representatives could be responsible for gathering and inserting their family genealogy information, whereas any errors or omissions would be their responsibility. From basic information, this can be extended to pictures and stories for each individual life experience. What this would accomplish is a memorial to all people that have lived and are living, to the ones yet come.

There are now 7 billion people on the planet, and 10 times more than that number has also lived in the history in our world, which equals about 60 billion individuals. Some people have records of family descendants going back to Roman times, but these are rare, compared to the rest of the population. Some people can only go back a few generations and others do not know their biological parents because of closed records and feel a lost by this. Being raised by adoptive parents is just as important as being raised by one’s birth parents. It’s the upbringing and guidance that matters, not the genetics, but knowing ones medical conditions from ones birth parents would help in times of medical needs. There is a small percentage of family information discloser in various parts of some countries that do provide this service. Maybe the 2By2 ancestral project would soon help in these matters of non-discloser of adoptive records.

There is an association of close family ties that is being eroded as siblings grow older and part their family ways. We need to somehow keep and continue having friends and family gatherings and visiting the older generation who need that communication. This is the same involvement and sharing we have with community participation where we share ideas and things of need for our social functions. Knowing who we are in our communities is another step towards our well-being and security. This also gives us a chance to air our disputes and difficulties where we can come to an agreeable understanding with each other. There is nothing more interesting then sharing our ancestral information with each other’s where our children and friends can be proud of whom they can relate to in their lives.

Chapter 6b: Ancestry
6b: Becoming Aware of Who we are and Who We Can Become

We've always struggled to find out who we really are in this shrinking world of ours. As we age with our expanding knowledge around family and friends, which we seem to be so attached to, it brings many questions of our identity and how we all relate to each other.

Ancestral information could be a way for all of us to get to know each other and our many different ways. Some of these differences could be cultural knowledge, social habits, to economic challenges. In our curiosity many of us may find that some rituals and customs may not be agreeable to some people, yet fascinating to others. This is what makes us unique in wanting to exchange cultures by visiting each other all over our planet. We also have to, not only find the respect for each other, but also appreciate a new way of life together. We as an ever-evolving human species should now be able to live together as long as we are not physically or mentally hurting or abusing each other.

We have a long way to go in our future evolution and what awaits us are many surprises and mysteries to what life is all about. As evolving human beings we can’t keep depleting our resources like we have in our history. It is now time to change our ways and have a different outlook in our lives. There is a larger reality, sort of an actuality and permanence that exists and we are part of a totality of everything. It’s like going to sleep at night and waking up in the morning and never really progressing up to that next conscious level that we are capable of and haven’t yet evolved to in this physical world of ours.

The main reason for our social violence is that there is so much temptation in the world, which is being offered by the market economy that many cannot have. With many people in need and wanting some of these goods, most are only left with a few choices to acquire these goods, they beg, borrow and steal to get along in life.

Man has been evolving and progressing negatively and in many good ways as well, yet we have to see and experience the benefit if we take the right and best road ahead. As the human species we need to realize that we cannot survive if we do not consider nature in our formula of evolution. The material world we are building is mostly made up of inorganic and inanimate material. Human beings cannot exist without organic substance; because that is what we are all made of.

It’s all about our will to truly see ourselves other than an ego with a physical body, but a spirit and soul with a destiny to do better for us and others that need the help.

Chapter 7a: Seven Necessities
7a: Food is First

If given the chance to speak to the world population and the planet as a total collective body, these would be my solutions in solving our needs for change. The interest from the $2 would be used to buy these foods and goods that would change our social structure for the betterment of society. Regarding anybody who feels offended, anything you see is changeable for the good of everyone.  Progress is change for the better, and with a little commonsense we can all advance in the right direction toward a viable evolution. The first category of necessities on the list of food is milk, which we all need to survive, especially at a young age. Whether you are the planet, a plant, animal or human being, we all need nourishment. Some may question the planet as a food absorbing part of the chain, but compromise and destroy that link and nothing would exist. Everything in life is only tolerant to a degree when deprived, with visible degrading results when burdened for survival.

Milk, the most needful, would be the first food item on the long list of necessities that the majority of people and especially children need as a nutritional substance. We know that there are  some of people that do not use cow’s milk, particularly because of the lactose-intolerance. They’re are substitutes to cowss milk that other people use all over the world, like goat, camel and other animal milk.

There is also plant base milk, like soy milk and rice milk, etc. Some of these plant-based milk products are just as nutritional as animal based milk, but many have been sprayed with chemicals and genetically modified. As opposed to plants, animal based milk, growth hormones and penicillin are sometimes induced for growth and profit. Both have their negative and positive benefits for human consumption, the choices are ours to a degree. Both animal and plant-based milk could be available in ones community, so one may have the choice from the two. In the end, it’s all about how well we raise our animals and grows our food as small family farmers and local distributors that make us healthy.

The next and second on the list of food product after milk would be a local grain and cereal-based food of choice, like wheat, corn, rice, etc. Third on the food product list is the vegetable and fruit-based staple from ones local area, for example, potatoes, carrots, apples, bananas, etc. The local community would determine this in fairness to local foods markets. There could be food and medicine packages available in deprived areas of the world at the start, under the 2By2 food and medicine $2 project formula.

A short form of the $2 formula is that half of the interest from the $2 food and medicine project would go to and through the United Nations to areas of need in the world. This would only be for a limited time, until everyone’s basic food and medicine requirements has reached a balance all over our planet, whereas these $2 interest monies would no longer need to go to the United Nations.

The committee of ten in ones 2,000-person villages would be responsible for the interest from the $2 in buying and distributing items on the list of goods. These goods can be distributed accordingly to the needs of the people in one’s community. For instance, children at local schools, seniors’ homes, food lines and families in need would be taken care of first. There may be meager supplies at the beginning of this project, but as it grows the results will be astonishing in the long run. For the ones who receive this food, they should not feel belittled because everyone, however small in portion, would have contributed to their own receiving.

Whether one is rich or poor, the long-term plan of the 2By2 project idea is to have everyone’s basic needs satisfied, all over the planet. As an example, have milk freely available in all local stores for personal use only. This could eventually extend to all areas and items of the 2By2 project. Some may say that this would never work. With all things in life, given time to adjust in our evolution, the people could make it work for them in their local social structure, but never for any individual or group with a vested interest with personal greed involved.

We should be teaching our children and ourselves that food is the single most importance area in our lives in improving our health, physically and spiritually. We should be paying attention to what we eat and how it affects our health on the type of food we ingest. There is a great difference between fast food, which has been heated and denatured and rendered almost useless and unhealthy, compared to live foods full of life’s elements like vitamins and enzymes for assistance in digestion. Gardening would be a great benefit in appreciating this life giving food for everyone in good health or not.

To understand this project idea, one would have to visualize a hundred years from now and see what kind of society we could have and work towards that goal and the 2By2 could accomplish that end.

Chapter 7b: Seven Necessities
7b: Medicine

Universal health care without charge for all individuals is our second necessity on the list as a basic need for future human survival. We have to start taking small steps towards the physical wellness of all individuals on our planet, with the medicine as a key ingredient in that movement. More help is needed at the beginning of the project in helping the developing countries, more so as opposed to the industrial regions. These emerging developing countries are far behind, medically speaking, and need the help quickly. The $2 interest formula does this specifically, yet does not ignore anybody in the theorem. Everyone at the beginning gets half of the two dollar interest, and the other half of the two dollar interest goes to the most in need, and in the end, every community village receives their total two dollar interest once the need is equalized. This is why the 2By2 has a different starting formula than its eventual equalization, as the project gets going in its advance stages. The 1 to 1 split formula is what directs more need to these depressed areas of the planet.

In the beginning of this 2By2 project, interest from the two dollar monies will not accumulate to any great amount in one's community, but where it is needed the most, it will amass to a great number, which will go to and through the United Nations. The people in need in the world would receive 100% of these two dollar interest monies that would go to and through the U.N. As time progresses, the two dollar level will increase by a factor of the world population every time there is a $2 jump, thereby having more monies accumulate to be spent in one's community and the United Nations. These monies that would go to the U.N. would also be handed over to longtime establish none profit organization that are already helping countries in need.

The monies that would go through the U.N. would pay for medication and would not necessarily be specific to any one country or particular drug, but to keep with the fairness of the large amount that could accumulate, there could be certain medicines that would be paid by the 2By2 project foundation. There could be in theory as much as one billion dollars in interest acquired per year for every two dollar level jump. Once everyone deposits their next $2 for the $4 jump, then you have two billion dollars globally in an interest paying account perpetually every year.

Once a large percentage of the people in every country and village area have been 2By2 organized all over the planet, then they would get the interest from both halves of the $2. That would be $2 x 2,000 = $4,000 and approximately $400 per year in interest for one's 2,000-person community at the first $2 level to pay for the community medicine. If one can imagine the potential awaiting every jump of another $400 for one's 2,000-person community needs. We would then be on our way of realizing our dreams of a universal basic need, supplied by the people’s efforts and not from government and industry.

As all this progresses, there would have to be a list of medicine that the 2By2 project would support for the community. The list may consist of immunization drugs, penicillin, etc. From the young to the elderly, the people of the planet could have their medication needs eventually provided for. Like all things in life, we should be treating the causes in our lives, not only the effects of our sicknesses.

Some countries are having problems with nurses and doctors being enticed and recruited by other nations with the promise of more money and benefits. There’s always a tradeoff in the balance in any situation when a monetary goal is pursued over the needs of the health of individual. Supporting and devoting oneself in a country where the medical system is fair to everyone equally, should be more rewarding than money alone. The system is wrong in teaching us to go after the mighty dollar, and in not looking after our own fellow citizens. There are many countries that support the training of individuals in the healthcare fields of one’s choosing that are in the pursuit of helping people live a healthy life.

There will always be flaws in any formula, but the good part is anything is correctable. To state an equalizing example, in the industrialized world most people already have either full or partial medical provision. In having this extended 2By2 medicine project supplementing extra needs for the people in the industrialized world, would greatly benefit other areas on the planet to people not covered at all. In the counties where there is no or very minimal medical help, the 2By2 would be most beneficial in these developing countries, because the dollar value would go much farther. The 2By2 would again equalize the people’s basic needs, rich or poor and in many different ways, the results would be fair to everyone. The hope with the 2By2 project is in seeing what can be accomplished and in turn we would all want to participate in the change to our future health.

Chapter 7c: Seven Necessities
7c: Shelter Allowance

What is being proposed is to achieve for our future a stable social living structure for all people on the planet, but mostly at the start of the project for the ones that are now in greater need. We can create a mutual agenda where there is no dispute what choice we make at the basic level of our needs. When the answers are obvious, then there is no argument whom and what is right, in any given situation.

To make all this work in fairness towards the results of this project, the interest would be split in half from the $2 shelter allowance. The interest from $1 would go to each individual while the interest from the other $1 is directed towards a dome construction in one’s local and regional area. Half of the two dollar interest monies of a collective of about fifty or so 2,000 person community villages or 100,000 population area would go towards building a dome habitat for the oldest 1,000 seniors in the area and their 1,000 senior support helpers. This would be a start toward building many seniors villages, using the dome idea. In accomplishing the desired goal in providing an open living area and against outside weather extremes for our eldest citizens, we would actually prepare for our turn toward our retirement.

If we all contribute into the 2By2 shelter rainbow project pot, we as individuals should receive something in return. This is the only basic need that out of the seven necessity projects, everyone would get a personal monetary return. This would be the community shelter allowance account into which all individuals would deposit their two dollar. An adjacent account would also exist so that the interest for the half of the two dollar would then be transferred into it, which then would go toward ones shelter expenditure.

Interest from the accumulating $2’s may not sound like a great amount of money, but over time it would add up and perpetually double its value approximately every ten years. There would most likely be large contributions from the wealthier areas of society, like governments, corporations, organized groups, and individuals alike. Once the 2By2 engine is understood by the people and promoted for it’s worth, many avenues are possible.

The shelter allowance would be an addition to one’s own living accommodation, however that may be a choice to each individual or their guardians. Again this would accelerate and motivate individuals and groups to help people in need in countries where more help is required than the developed countries. This formula would work well regarding assisting people in economically depressed areas where a little money goes a long way. Everyone and their communities would receive the same amount of monies and benefits so there would be no disputes as to people saying that some received more than others. It is how much that can be bought that makes the difference from county to county. As an example, a dollar in the richer nations would buy a loaf of bread, whereas in the developing counties it would pay for ten loaves of bread or even a sack of flower or grain to feed a family for a week. Some of these illustrations may seem like exaggerations but the fact is that a little money will go a long way for many people who need the help the most. The whole idea is to make these 2By2 projects self-perpetuating and sustaining for all people of the world, for as far off in the future as needed for humanity’s survival.

Chapter 7d: Seven Necessities
7d: Education

Knowledge is our most important form of communication and motivator to go further in the pursuit of the truth. Much of the population on our planet has no access or is not being taught any basic reading skills, numbering system or science and history of one's own culture. Many children and adults are too occupied just trying to survive from depressed weather, fleeing from hardship, involuntary local fighting and regional wars, or stagnating in a dictatorship style country. Education gained through study or experience gives someone respect and challenges in life, where humanity prospers if every person is given this opportunity.

The cost to someone receiving an education is mostly from teacher and administration salaries, then of building and maintenance, or textbooks and supplies. If only the need to inform and educate people was as great as the need and passion to make money above the average wage in one's area, we would all be knowledgeable. Today in the industrialized world, teachers are reluctant to participate with their students extra curriculums in their advancement without some compensation, regarding evening and weekend activities. These students are themselves children of the teachers who need to share the time with adults in their learning experiences, and to stay out of trouble in this tempting world. That is not to say, that there are many teachers and parents who willingly, and without complaint, spend many hours a week in many activities with these children. It is just that these after school social activities that teachers were involved in are now being eroded from the demand for payment for their time spent in their communities’ toward their children’s well being.

Many of the problems today are from having too many children in a classroom. Twenty or more pupils burden the teachers, and in return the teachers are demanding more monies and not volunteering at after school activities. The answer is more teachers with only an average of ten students, and a local average wage so not to burden the educational system.

The fourth necessity on the list of seven is another of our most needed requirement toward the social advancement in our lives, so that we can all enjoy what is available to us. The 2By2 would help in this area of informational needs, starting with the continuing contribution of $2 to the Education Project. By this time into the 2by2 project, theoretically, there should have started the food, medicine and shelter allowance projects, working for some time now. The interest from the two dollar education project would approximately be $400 per year from the first two dollar level for one's 2,000-person community. This $400 would be the interest paid from the $4,000 for each two dollar level rise, increasing in theory another $400 pay out every time to the community once a year. To clarify these two dollar level increases, $2 = $400, $4 = $800, $6 = $1200, etc. This is all based on a 10% interest return on the two dollars submitted by everyone.

These monies could be spent on books and supplies in one's community until a greater amount is being paid out. The ten community leaders could be more specific on the items to be bought for the education project. This would also be accordance with the 2By2 project idea and common sense to any situation. The following sequence of expenditure, towards the education project would start with, books and supplies, learning desks, building maintenance and building construction. There could be volunteer teachers and helpers, where most of our experience could come from, our seniors.

School needs of industrial nations compared to developing counties, would be quite different regarding learning materials because of their supposed advancements in their educational system. Most educational systems in the developed countries supply every one of age with learning facilities and teachers at no direct cost except through their taxes. It is also mandatory for all children and teenagers to attend schools. This takes up a large portion of a county’s wealth for these learning institutions. The returns from this cost of educating the young are manifold to ones county, from being informed and productive in keeping a standard and being productive with the rest of the world. This is what needs to be done by richer nations in helping develop poorer nations so they can be productive and independent of the rest of the world. The interest paid from the two dollar to communities would help toward the material needs of the educational system, like previously mentioned. It does not take a great deal of resources to teach children and adults with volunteer educators, but what it does require is help in organizing an educational system. Whether that is help from volunteers outside ones country or internally structured from a few people who are themselves educated and willing to participate in eliminating illiteracy. Everyone in the world would be farther ahead in our evolution if we can reverse the erosion of true knowledge and intelligences.

We teach our children what to think, whereas we should be teaching them how to think and let their creative spirit develop into something unique and special. Children should be educated with their individual talent and not only as consuming organic market clones. Education and information at all levels should be freely available in whatever form that may be, to everyone from children to seniors at anytime in one’s life as an advancement and investment to ones spirit and physical life. Young students today seem to be learning less science and technology but more on commercial sports and making it big in the world, money wise. We seem to be losing the intellectual curiosity aspect of living and are more involved in a passive role than an active social lifestyle.

Chapter 7e: Seven Necessities
7e: Local Transportation

This is another of our most needed necessities in our lives. It takes us to our work place, recreational areas and especially our friends. It would be enjoyable and convenient if we all worked near our place of living, but for many that is not a reality. With our large and over populated cities and suburban areas, maybe our future planners for work and living areas will design an almost ideal community habitat that benefits the planet, humans and animals alike.

Having free local transportation would reduce the number of cars and pollution that we are all getting used to. We are all getting conditioned in having and wanting a personal car, while adjusting to the smog and the lack of quality of air we ignore or have no knowledge of its long term consequence for ourselves and our descendants. This is a planet wide problem which has a world collective cause, affecting everyone locally and globally.

Many countries already supplement 50% of the cost of their local transportation. It would not take much more of an effort in imposing the other half of the 100% of the expense to the taxpayer by one's local government. The people who use the local transportation should support the tax and more so the ones who drive cars back and forth to work. These people usually are the ones who travel by themselves when they drive an average five-passenger vehicle. If these individuals do not want to take the transit system, then they are the ones who are more responsible in the pollution and should not be exclude from paying the transportation tax. So let’s have everyone pay the tax and this way we may reduce the local and global pollution in the interim while we introduce alternative energy sources and solutions.

In the meantime, for those counties that have no transportation or the cost is not subsidized or even the ones that are partially paid for by their government, there may be an answer. The 2By2 Transportation Project for local implementation would alleviate the burden of paying those taxes. What would be accomplished is the reduction of the use of cars and thereby lessening the world pollution. The project would slowly eliminate the cost of the present transportation by reducing the fare that people pay as they board the transit. There could be a 10% per year reduction until the cost is nullified. The project would only support local transportation systems at the start for inner city and suburban transit use and where existing passenger transportation facilities are situated. Eventually transportation for town and country areas could be implemented, if feasible. It is hoped this would encourage the use of alternative transportation.

There is always the question of wages being paid concerning the 2By2 project idea and its overall goal, which is all about volunteering where ever and whenever possible. In these situations, the wages would still be paid by governments and private business, but in keeping with the 2By2 spirit, salaries should not exceed the local average wage, and not counteract what the 2By2 is trying to accomplish towards a just and fair society for one's basic needs and necessities. This would also apply and serve as guidelines for newly developing transit systems in developing countries from the 2by2 Transportation Project.

These would not be laws but guideline that would be changeable to improve our social and ecological structure to benefit everyone equally. A way that the 2By2 could help is with the interest received from the two dollar project, is by paying for transit vehicles with the agreement of reducing fares.

If people could just as easily board a transit system than drive their personal vehicles because of the convenience and cost, then having a local transportation system near their resident, might work to change our local traveling habit. Having the convenience for the people would be the second reason in getting people to ride these systems next to the cost of the fares. The third motivator for having a free transportation system is local and global pollution reduction. Fourth is the upcoming future high cost of fuel for personal vehicles where people may have a difficult time paying? Filth would be the reduction of traffic that plagues so many large cities. Next is the scarcity of oil in the ground that is taking more energy to extract and will only get worse?

Chapter 7f: Seven Necessities
7f: Meeting Structure

Of all things that are important, organization should be at the top of any list. Without proper leadership and an adequate place to meet and discuss concerns with others, the results would not be as productive. This is why a meeting structure is a priority in organizing the 2By2 project in each 2,000-person community.

The building would be no bigger than about 2,000 square feet/222 meters square, as in a cross shape and evenly shaped wings. The center would be a ten-chair person-meeting table and the four winged areas would be used for reception, storage, and washroom area and kitchenette facility. These structures would be alike all over the planet, for all 2,000-person village communities.

A ten-member committee would be assembled to organize the village needs. All ten members would have equal voting rights and influence. A leader may be recognized, but this is the extent of ones authority. Any of the ten community leaders cannot repeat or exceed more than a two-year term for each ten position. This is for protecting a community from individuals dominating a true democratic social structure. Each of the ten-member community leaders would also be responsible for a distinct area of community need, with the help of a nine-member subcommittee, bringing the total village volunteer leaders to one hundred. These areas of community needs may be listed as, seniors, Young Adults and Children, Education, Security, Administration, Social Committee, Area Maintenance, Construction, Recreational/Parks, Etc. Different regions in differing parts of the world would have similar needs, but the basic structure would be the same in all communities. Nothing is irrevocable, but to keep an organized structure all over the planet, this 2By2 project idea would be a requirement to succeed.

Everyone, with his or her two dollar donation would help start the meeting structure development project, thereby establishing the sixth of the seven-necessity on the list. Like the other projects, the two dollar would be split so as the interest for the one dollar is distributed towards building and managing a meeting structure for one’s 2,000-person village community. The other one dollar interest would go towards the building of one’s area senior dome structure as like the other half of the two dollar interest from the shelter allowance.

The meeting structure could be open 24 hours a day and could have volunteer receptions during the day and evening and security personnel at night. As time progresses the organizational project rules and regulations could be adapted to one’s own area. There would also be global standards implemented to conform to all areas of the planet that would benefit each village community equally. The ten onehundred volunteers for each 2,000-person community may seem like many people to organize one’s village, but this is only a 20 to 1 ratio. The more people involved as community leaders in specific areas of community needs, the more likely for replacement and turnover of new volunteers. This is also in getting as many people involved in preserving ones communities.

Chapter 7g: Seven Necessities
7g: Space

There's great deal of room out there, enough for the greediest people in need. To think that only a few hundred years ago we had the most self centered egos. How can men imagine that a man is more elevated or superior than a women, let alone mention, race, color, culture or even speaking of the new age genders that are getting recognized today?

The point is, our ancestral knowlage of that time, to who they were are much different today, and will be much more dissimilar and changed tomorrow with new found information. Our ancestors had the thinking that the planet earth was flat, yet there was information available to the contrary that was being ignored for political reason. Then again, there was the religious theory that the earth was the center of the universe, a naive statement, or was this yet again for religious and political controlling reason. Now and again, we have the theorem of the earth being 6,000 years old. What took God so long if our planet is 4.5 billion years old and the known universe is 13.5 billion in our dimension? We are only seeing the cosmos with the finest eyes we have ever built at this time.

The truth is we have ancient text written on stone tablets stating all to the contrary and then some. The fact is that the bible seemed to have copied, almost word for word, quotes from these Sumerian texts of the start of the making of man and his world, the flood, etc., dating back 7,000 years ago. To quote from a dictionary, "An ancient country of southern Mesopotamia in present-day southern Iraq, that archaeological evidence dates the beginnings of Sumer to the fifth millennium B.C." Some say human beings, that is to say, man has been on the planet earth for millions of years. There is also evidence of writing on clay tablet of extraterrestrial gods being here 400,000 years ago and who have seeded with man 300,000 years past.

Human life cannot be stagnant to any group or anyone’s belief or else it festers as a disease, duplicating itself and ends up running amuck. Our minds keep expanding, reaching and discovering the unlimited and never ending smallness of particles and the accelerating endless universe. Only of late have we started exploring the mind in its unknown and far-reaching dimension, and now time and space as a unified singularity of life giving force, existing in every energy particle. Just like a broken glass hologram, showing the whole image in every piece. Should we believe what our governments, religion and scientific scholars are telling us. Only if we are permitted to question, debate democratically and acknowledge that there is more out there then we can imagine.

Exploration of the cosmos will be a great part of our new future to come for ourselves and especially for our children. We have a whole universe out there waiting for us to venture out into and to expand our humanity. We should not forget and leave anyone behind in physical and mental poverty and clean up our mess that we have made and still continuing in full force with no sign of stopping in sight. The 2By2 would correct all this, and then some for good luck. Everyone on the planet deserves to be part of the riches and technology that has been discovered and created. All should share in the results, just like nature in the animal and plant world that has developed and adjusted to a symbiosis way of helping, and of being dependent on each other at different levels in life. Man has to do the same with all people who need help and create a sustainable ecology with the surrounding life force.

Physical space is for the distance that we can travel to new worlds, and the atoms are the inner space where we can control our evolution to cure and create our material lives. The dimensional space exists in our spirits and minds to elevate our souls to higher awareness that comes from God in whatever shape you see it as the life of everything that is and will be to our knowing.

Chapter 8a: The 2By2 Working Engine
8a: The 2By2 Foundation

It only stands to reason that the OneWorld Solution 2By2 was formulated to be a basic equalizer to all the people of the world and beyond if need be. Continuing in that direction of everyone's necessities in life, the 2By2 Foundation Project would be a Not-For-Profit organization to benefit all life in the world.

We have to change our mindset and evolve by creating a world where everyone participates and benefits in this fast changing socially structured planet of ours and build an environment where we all have something to contribute, and not resort to loneliness as we get older in our retirement years. Instead, we can construct a place where we can live and breathe in a wide-open area, enclosed year round, and not in a 4 meter square dwelling that we now have for most of our seniors.

Starting with the top-level ten-member committee, which would be responsible for specific areas of the 2By2 foundation, would be as follows.

1 - Genealogy on the web

2 - R&D for building the Dome

3 - Community villages around school and seniors home

4 - Seven basic necessities project

5 - Financial banking organization

6 - Communications and news

7 - Meeting structures

8 - Planet ecology

9 - Structuring Committee

10 - Etc

This area of the 2By2 Foundation and all aspects of the OneWorld Solution 2By2 would be all on a volunteer basis, no wages would be paid. Rules and regulations would have to be formulated for the 2By2 foundation by the committees and people in what direction we all would like to take. The basic rule for all submitted $2’s are that they are split in half in their function, and only spending the interest that they generate in all the banking establishments. As time progresses, all the two dollars in the financial institutions will be owned by the people in equal amounts and as equal investors in their future.

Starting the 2By2 engine will be by organizing people on the World Wide Web with the contribution of dollar for everyone’s genealogy information on the Internet. This will generate funds from everyone and interest in getting involved in the 2By2 project. Again, only the interest would be spent from the monies that are submitted for each individual’s ancestral information on the Web. There may be lump sum monies donated specifically for equipment and facilities to start the OneWorld Solution 2By2. What would be needed is a building or two for housing of the computers for creating web servers to access the Internet. This is required so people can interact and insert their genealogy information and view the results on the web and television. This is also needed to keep people informed of the 2By2 daily progress.

The 2by2 foundation would be built by the people and for the people and the environment they live in. This is in reconstructing a new ecology where humanity will have a last chance to correct the wrongs that were made in the past from the abuse of their fellow citizens and life in nature’s depleting paradise. All this creation is possible only if people of planet earth want to put the effort into changing their lives. There is always a way, but seldom a will to change. This new direction into our future eliminates the ownership of wealth in the world from the few to everyone being equally responsible by eliminating ourselves of the greed and suffering in the world. All this should take approximately a hundred year to accomplish and no one should complain today of tomorrow’s change.

If there was ever a grand plan to our planetary problem that people are waiting for, this is my proposal that makes the most sense. There is room for improvement on any of these ideas in these pages that you are now reading. What is needed in the 2By2 solution is motivation by the few that are aware and the many that need to be arouse, so all would benefit.

Chapter 8b: The 2By2 Working Engine
8b: 2/4/6/8/etc. Formula

These incremental 2 plus 2 formulas may be the most challenging in having the 2By2 engine work in unison all over the planet. Once started, and given time to adjust through its growing pains, there would be nothing like it around. One would think, once people see it in operation, most would be interested to participate in inserting their $2 to see the tabulation change as it progresses.

Tabulating reader boards could be displayed on the Internet and eventually on the television for everyone to view the results with updates of the progress on all the projects. There could be a number of displays in areas of how many people are involved, village names, total amounts of contributions, how much to the next two dollar jump, which projects are active, and at what level each project is functioning, and so on.

There would also be the opportunity to contribute more than one's two dollar requirement. People can also contribute more than their normal two dollar to their favorite project out of the seven main necessities. Individuals may favor one project over another, because of various reasons and the democratic choice would be easily selectable. Some people may not have at times two dollar to give, but still showing their two dollar has been added, because someone else somewhere in our world had given more than they had to for others.

Before a next two dollar jump to be started, there is always a waiting threshold for everyone to have his or her next two dollar ready until the actual jump happens from 2/4/6/8/etc formula. If all the people on the planet participated, this would be six billion times two, equals twelve billion dollars at the first two dollar level. The next two dollar jump would be a total of twenty-four billion dollars and so on to the next two dollar level of a project.

There would be newborns and elderly in transition, and as well, accidents that will be constantly in progression all over the planet. It would be the responsibility of the community leaders to keep track of these changes and to convey the information to the central foundation. The newborns would have to be registered to keep an up to date tabulation while seniors who pass on would have their account absorbed back into the Rainbow Pot. Again the rainbow pot would be for any one of the seven project, or all of them.

By the year 2050 the population on planet earth is supposed to stabilize at 10 to 12 billion. The average population increase per year is about 100 million, so this would be an increase of 1 billion people every 10 years. With proper planetary management 10 to 12 billion inhabitants should be feasible to sustain a modest lifestyle as well as the planet and other life forms. The 2by2 $2 project should help people adjust to a reasonable standard of living towards one’s basic needs. That is not to say that people will not have the chance to surpass one’s basic lifestyle. On the contrary, there will still be a market economy for everyone to participate in if one wishes to. There would still be freewill beyond ones basic needs in the market economy to pursue one’s life in the area of venture capital beyond an average lifestyle in riches if one so desirers, because of a market economy that would accommodate everybody.

If people want to pursue a profession in any field of choice it would be more so available to many in need than without the 2By2 introduction. The OneWorld Solution 2By2 would change the current economic system of having 90% of the populace living in poverty and oppression, to none at all. It could take from 20 years to 100 years to achieve the elimination of poverty, depending on the people being informed and their motivation. The 2/4/6/8, etc., would be a slow but assured direction towards everyone’s basic necessities and a correction of planetary abuses of human, animal and ecological life on our precious terrestrial home that we all equally own. The result of flooding the market with this incremental $2/4/6/8, etc., formula is to also equalize the market economy and stabilize this fragile ecological planet earth foundation, which is being kept as a toy to play with by the few in charge with no regard to the other 99% of the population.

When any one of the seven sequential 2By2 projects comes up for approval, there would be a way of having an acceptance process. As an example, the 2By2 meeting structure, the sixth project, and if more than half of the people give their two dollar, then the project goes ahead, if not then the money goes into the rainbow-pot. This formula would apply more so to projects beyond the seven main future projects.

Chapter 8c: The 2By2 Working Engine
8c: Rainbow Pot

If ever there were a way that people can work with one objective, this would be the design with seven area choices. This Rainbow Pot, which everyone would contribute into is not imaginary, but is a holding account that gets distributed evenly to neighboring communities for the next $2 level jump. To put this in perspective, (1) a two dollar incremental level project, (2) a two dollar threshold in waiting for the next jump, (3) a distributing holding account called Rainbow Pot.

This Rainbow pot could be kept flowing in three different ways, (1) the normal two dollar individual community involvement, (2) when seniors pass away leaving there two dollar accounts to be absorbed back into their local Rainbow account, (3) large donations. Local community accounts fill up first in the threshold in waiting accounts for the next jump, and then the excess two dollars flows into neighboring villages first and then continue regionally and globally.

Getting other counties around the world involved and registered would be by the closest village community for confirmation of size and area. The idea of sizing local communities to around 2,000 is so that they are more manageable by the people and responsible for their area by their 100 term leaders that are involved in the maintenance of their village. The two dollar mostly works in the background so as not to have anyone or group control the rest of the people, thereby eliminating any potential abuse. Keeping these monies relatively small and secure would keep regional areas stable and safe and not dominated by a few extremists.

The Rainbow Pot may be collectively large and fragmented all over the planet, but still circulating at will because of its structure. The challenge is in finding a balance monetarily equal all over the globe. In the end, there would be equilibrium and fairness to all.

This Rainbow Pot, that is the total accumulation of all the two dollars in every village on the planet that hasn’t reached the next level jump yet, will be tabulated in its total amount and called the Rainbow pot. These are the two dollars that will be waiting to be put into the next jump threshold.

First level two dollar is earning a high permanent interest paying account.

Second level is waiting for the next jump account.

Third level is the total of the world two dollar accounts called Rainbow Pot in waiting to fill the second level jump account.

New 2,000-person villages will be added to the 2By2 project on an ongoing constant basis. To reserve monies for the new community villages that are not yet organized and recognized in areas on the planet not yet reached, the Rainbow pot would be kept balanced with the population. Meaning that before a jump to a $4 level and subsequent levels on any of the seven basic projects, there would have to be a total of $2 x 6 billion people = 12 billion dollars at the two dollar level to continue for each basic project. So there would have to be another 12 billion dollars in waiting to jump before it is inserted into the permanent high interest paying account. This part of the project would be easier to implement at the start than trying to catch up later. So, if the food project is at level two dollar with its 12 billion dollars and still growing, then we can start the medicine project at its first $2 level for it to continue to pass 12 billion and then on the next project shelter and so on. Now people have the choice of depositing extra monies into three of the projects, food, medicine and shelter. Before the shelter project has its total 12 billion dollars, the food project could jump to a $4 level, into which people insert more monies in their selected basic necessity project. People will have the choice to make what they deem most worthy in their belief of support.

Chapter 9a: The $2 Solution
9a: Owning and Owing Not

If we took 100 years for the 2By2 transformation, would anybody object to the change? One would hope not. From a few owning everything to all being relatively equal, this would be a short time to elevate humanity. There was a time, a long time ago when people did not have the idea of possessing and owning anything from the planet that gave them everything they needed.

Over the last few thousand years, especially the last few hundred years, the idea of owning property and minerals, and recently water will be the most wanted commodity. When will we realize that what comes from nature is given freely, like the wind and the air that we breathe, to the ocean waters and creatures that live in its depths, from the ground we walk on that feeds our hunger and to the knowledge that inspires our minds?

There has to come a time in history, when we must work for the good of each other, like the governments of the past where civic projects and provinces got together for the good of everyone, young and old and the needy. Now everything is being sold to the highest bidder, when these things should not be anyone's to sell, but shared by all of society.

Workers sometimes had the opportunities to buy out their failing companies with some successful stories. It should be the trend that the ones that work at a company should be the ones benefiting from the profits. This should be the situation without argument in respect to entrepreneurs that have the foresight to innovate but the spirit to shire. We should all agree and believe in the small business, from the fishers and farmers, to the mom and pop corner stores. Granted that the starter of a business should be rewarded, but there should come a time when it should be passed over to the workers. Workers also have to understand that the more one demands higher wages and benefits, the more the cost of the goods and services goes up and the more that many people cannot afford to buy the products. This is especially troublesome for people at the low end of the wage scale whose income cannot keep up with skyrocketing inflation, because of unions demanding and getting large yearly wage increases.

There are many areas all over the globe with fewer choices for people in need of opportunities. We should build towards creating small and medium size companies, which are not necessarily owned by anyone except workers who would benefit toward and above one’s basic needs. Thereby the 2By2 engine would provide everyone with their basic necessities, and work would be extra income above ones basic needs. This way everyone is able to attain an education at any age in ones lifetime, with his or her basic necessities provided.

Being in control of any natural resources for any company is a formula for abuse of their bottom line and nature’s life giving existence to all of humanity. Lately, there has been a backward trend towards what is called deregulation. What this is about is a hand over to the private sector of government’s longtime ownership of public utilities. The results have been far less beneficial to the public, for prices have double and tripled from previous costs. It usually ends up with a few collaborating companies controlling the prices.

As we continue our current possessive abusive lifestyle in this dysfunctional society that we have created, and continue trying to own everything in sight and owe everything in return to the banking establishments, we neglect our good stewardship. Does all this make sense, it seems not? There has to be a better way than being abusive to the outcome in our profits, and to the cost to our society as a whole.

When we speak of well to do individual and corporate and government possessions, like our homes, factories and vehicles, etc, these are all detached personal wealth and worth, compared to all our vital basic needs. Some of these items may be individually damaging to the environment, but are collectively destructive and regulated by government and industry that should be more at fault of its negative results. Attached wealth is where people should be equally responsible as in nature and its environment that we are so closely interconnected in our behavior. These are not directly controlled or abused by individual people but by government and the industries that neglect it’s limitations in good stewardship, in effect compromising ourselves our children and our environment that sustains us globally. Stewardship is what’s needed by the people for the people, with no personal gains to play with.

Chapter 9b: The $2 Solution
9b: Banks

Being the largest players in any business gives one the edge of dominance and monopoly in the industry. What we are going to be left with, are a few profitable and controlling corporations in any key areas of economic life. A question of morality in this day an age, is business as usual right for the times we now live in? In the past, it may have been a service that was being performed for the people at large, but today it only serves a few controlling stockholders who have the majority of the shares.

Today with automation and the reduction of human tellers, cost to personal banking should be declining, but the opposite seems to be happening. Local community banks have also been greatly eliminated and sometimes reestablished and are operating in neighboring chain stores malls. There are always enough large commercial banking establishments, usually about a half dozen or so dominate in any one country that compete for the top, and eventually at times merging and leaving only a few choices. Competition helps to reduce cost, but also compromises quality. The personal touch is slowly being eroded towards this trend of a self-serving society. We still need to confide in a real person now and then to feel a sense of community involvement. Today the usefulness of banks for the consumer is in debiting ones account to pay bills and for buying goods and services, thereby reducing the need of visiting one's bank. These transacting can now be viewed and controlled from ones own phone and the Internet. The same function can now be applied to loans and investments without leaving ones home; eliminating the necessity of visiting one’s banking establishment.

All this elimination of personal physical contact makes it more difficult to establish a line of credit for loans and credit cards. As young adults call to inquire for credit, many fall short from not having worked long enough, or have not lived long enough at a permanent address, and little or no equity. Yet these banking establishment are going to College Campuses and Universities and giving the students unlimited credit, who are going into debt for many years while being in the work force. The latest is having banking personnel going to local schools and teaching children how to open up an account to save money for their retirement and how to use the stock market. Some of these ideas may be beneficial in some respects, but more so for the profits of the banks themselves. Teaching that more money and being competitive is the road to happiness may be a false social structure society we are building for our young children today.

Small loans, called Micro-Loans, are very popular among developing countries where lifestyles are more moderate then the richer countries. Some have established Credit Unions, which would be better served for everyone in the long run, than large corporate multinational banking establishments lacking the personal touch.

The idea of having banking establishments lend out monies at a reasonable profit would seem good practice, but not in increasing cost, reducing services and the elimination of local service and community jobs. The other usefulness is in keeping one’s earnings in a safe place where it can generate a fair interest payment. The third value is in having an account where one can perform transactions either manually or on a debit system where bills are automatically withdrawn from one’s account. All this is becoming automated with our advancing technology, which is just a matter of initially selecting these procedures from the start. After an initial banking setup is done all future transactions can be done automatically with no more need of a human teller. Today, any bill or monies received can be setup with one’s local banking establishment. To name a few capabilities, rent and mortgages, car payments, phone bills, taxes, and gas and electricity payments.

In a few years from now we will only have a few individuals at the larger malls and a few more people at the headquarters managing information and transactions. Lately, new emerging corporate banks are being established by advertising on the television and radio with no physical bank buildings and tellers with their transactions being conducted by phone and on the Internet. Costs reduction to our banking institutions should be reducing our costs, but quite the opposite is happening because of tempting profits. A change is needed to our banking system and the credit union may be the total answer. With the computers doing most of tabulations and if one does not qualify with the right numbers, good or bad check marks or net worth, then one may be rejected by a machine and not by one’s personal merits or previous total history.

Maybe our banking facilities should be added to the list of local community services that is being eroded from our self supporting jobs, like our small family grocery stores to our neighborhood farmers, fishers and local fisheries, etc.

Chapter 9c: The $2 Solution
9c: Credit Unions

From researching different banking establishments, Credit Unions would be the first choice for the long term successes of the 2By2 project in its formula, to benefit the people of the planet. If this project is to take 100 years to unfold and succeed, in the end it should be the people’s bank that will function as a monetary service-station establishment. Whether these are called Credit Unions or banks, all except a few ex-traditional bank owners would welcome the transformation.
The idea behind the credit union banks is that the people who use the bank equally benefit, and not a handful of stockholders who control and profit for their personal monetary gains.

Today we have workers who profit from credit unions that have started and established an independent Credit Union Bank through and with their companies. If these personal banks were more established and the population informed of their value, many would use these credit unions with less reluctance to traditional banks. They would have better regards for themselves as being part of the system, because the bottom-line profit would be theirs, and would go back into the maintenance of the facility and overall reduction in costly repairs.

The few stockholders from these corporate banks make the decision in steering the direction of their establishments for their common good as a company. If there were a standardization of the people’s credit unions, there would be no need for most top level directorial, because of the sameness across the institution. Every year we are reducing banking staff because of automation and cost cutting. In a few years down the road, we will have almost no staff working at any bank.

After everything is said and done in a hundred years from now, all this should give us an almost 10% repair charge and a 10% saving, in any borrowing cost and interest savings account. Should we direct our future for the majority, if not for all of humanity’s interest instead of the few controlling individuals on our planet that have outgrown the interest of the people of the planet?

This would go well and good for developing countries that need a better banking establishment. Credit unions would be ideal in starting small outlets in many areas. There are many forms of credit unions around the county in Canada and elsewhere that have established themselves in small towns and in the big cities. It would not take much of an effort to transform the idea and function to other countries, and mirror the workings of these credit unions.

The idea of having small loans available in one’s community and in all parts of the world would be beneficial in establishing a secure area to live in and running small family businesses. This could be from supplying meals, laundry and cleaning, to family farms, fishing, and manufacturing of small and limited products.

These individual credit unions that would be established in one’s local area communities for a few thousand or more people would supply credit exchange for their goods and service operations. This form of exchange is necessary for supporting one’s culture and socialization and helping each other where there is always someone in need. Once the credit union is established in one’s community the loans and profits can be shared by the entire village, thereby reinforcing a sound relationship with each other.

Chapter 9d: The $2 Solution
9d: A Pension for All, Young and Old

It seems that from recent observation that the whole business industry is doing away or watering down their company pension, thereby effecting present and future pensioners. Some of these changes are compulsory and encouraged by government, while some people prefer to invest in an area of preference, and others do not see the benefit in the changes. Some governments are also trying to phase out old age security pensions and letting individuals invest part of these contributions as they see fit, and who knows what else the governments are devising. It seems Governments and Corporations are getting ready for the flood of senior people to come, so they won't have to pay out any longer then they have to, or not at all. We are talking about people living to maybe 100 years of age on average by the middle or the end of the twentyfirst century, compared to now, 80 years approximately.

The OneWorld Solution 2By2 would be somewhat of a pension so to speak. We could in theory create a universal world pension with the people who now have money. Just like what we now have in the industrialized world when everybody contributes in a company pension and the employer matches the monies that are put in by the employee. This could be done on a world basis, but again only the rich would benefit and the poorer people would again fall farther down the ladder. The OneWorld Solution 2By2 goes further than the former statement and provides for everyone on the planet their basic needs, rich or poor, young and old.

There comes a time in our evolution as a human species that we should be taking a long look to why and how we should be providing everybody on our planet with their basic needs in life. There are no negatives to this long needed proposal, only positives for the present and future generations in our evolution. It seems that the best answer is the simplest in this situation in our failing ecology and the well being of everyone on this fragile planet of ours.

They say that people from the developing countries can survive on a $1 a day, hardly enough to have a cup of coffee in the West. Here in the West, one can buy a four pack of soup for a $1 and two cans of vegetables for another $1 to make four meals, which some do. The point is that most people in need would be content to make do with the basic needs in life, with the opportunity to better one’s self. This is what most people in need ask for, the basic necessities in life, which are available but not affordable because of the demand for high profits and wages from the well to do.

Keeping medicine and food from people, when there is plenty for all, is a crime against humanity in it self. For any conscientious person who has that control, yet ignores humanitarian needs for more personal wants and profits, is beyond understanding. All this basic need is not about money, but about being properly organized and functioning as an interactive community group.

A pension is a way of providing for oneself as one gets older and prepares for retirement after years of regular employment. There are many forms of retirement funds, such as government pensions that people pay into, which is mandatory when someone works at a job, and a percentage gets deducted off one’s work pay. There is also another government pension in some parts of the western world that everyone receives even if one has worked or not. A company pension is another way an employer would match what the employee contributes to one’s pension, which has a preset amount. These are all contributions for pensions that one can get tax deductions for. There are also government investment bonds, but like everything in the market, it is always a risky business if one’s government does not support it. The 2by2 is also a long-term pension where everyone would pool his or her resources to help everyone else on the planet.

All this pension talk goes beyond supporting everyone in the world with the necessities in life, which we desperately need to implement. It is about presently forming our future for ourselves and our children and their children forever more, so we now need to get it right the first time. Just maybe we are doing all this for ourselves; to be again in our choosing in returning in another life time, but only if we educate ourselves now.

Chapter 10a: Working Together
10a: Building Our 2,000 Person Village Communities

Some of the vital functions of a community are the environment, health, education, economics, science and technology, arts, culture, communications, and the most important the social structure. There are many working model ideas like the Intentional Community ideas that has been around for many years, but more so lately. This would be like giving local volunteers the accountability of taking care of their community clubs and the likes and being totally financially responsible. This way, the high cost of wages could be reduced or eliminated, while more control is transferred from the government to the community.

Because of want and need for change in our social structure, we are evolving rapidly without any appreciable boundaries. This is a strain not just for our cultures, but also the age conflict from individuals of the young and old, free will and the freedom of speech, to name a few. As people get older, many cannot appreciate today's younger lifestyle and vica versa. Do we separate from each other by law or do we create a willful choice to be segregated from noise and smoke and violence and especially the rhetoric? When there is no way to walk away from a situation, let alone choices to choose from, this is not free will in itself. So by creating true democratic intentional communities of choice, we may find one’s place to live by.

We've always had areas in cities where people lived in fear and uncertainty. Then the well to do started building gated communities. These are areas of around 5,000 residents who only have a few entrances and exits with embankments and fences. Some also have security guards patrolling and/or guards guarding the entrances. Even this has not helped because many of the social problems are generated from inside of these living areas.

Is it so difficult to see that we are both the children and seniors as we age in our lives? Many individuals struggle to understand how we can be so selfish in our rich western lifestyle, while we neglect the poverty at home and elsewhere. It's more of an unbalance economic problem that we have, not necessarily social or cultural. If we could solve everyone's economic problem for the basic needs in life, then we would solve 90% of today's social difficulties and conflicts. All one needs is common sense to see that all children of the world need proper food, medical needs, proper shelter, education and a safe and secure environment to live in. Adults need jobs and a social structure to support their families, more so then mega-businesses need to profit from their investments at the cost to small family businesses like corner stores to non-city living in farming and fishing. Then you have our seniors, who have worked and lived a long life, just to be place into small confined living cubicles before their time. They should be treated no different from our children, starting their lives with their needs, and respect as they leave this physical world.

Being organized and informed is the most important area for our survival, especially as a group of people that can share their needs and wants. These intentional communities are just a way of extending a similar interested group of people, to a family clan size village setting. Genetics is not the most important trait as who we are, but sharing and taking care of each other, whether we are related or not. It is making sure that our neighbors are living up to a common standard. If many people were not living a common lifestyle, then they would be in need of help, so why not provide for everyone in a village type surrounding to their choosing.

What is needed is to reduce some of the government involvement in one’s local community. Any concerns at the local level should not warrant the authority of a distant government. The same should be true for regional governments where much of the concerns are related to the main roads, hydro, water, etc. Top-level governments would be anything that has to do with a county’s infrastructure and laws, education standards, business practices and health issues.

People can accomplish many things, if given the right tools and freedom at the community level.

Chapter 10b: Working Together
10b: Democracy

There are many forms of new democratic thinking emerging for want of a better life, and not necessarily related to monetary gains.

Today our democratic society mostly means those who have the influence at the top of the corporate ladder, and not necessarily in the pursuit of only money but also controlling power by a few leading group. After being elected, governments today have become self-centered and controlled by big business and through their whole term are preoccupied with their own needs, and in turn neglect the majority of the people who they serve.

There are now typically three levels of governments; it may be time to add one more tier to the three-ring circus, called local community volunteer management. The four levels of governments could be respectfully called first at its highest level, country, province/state/district, regional/town/city, and local/village/community.

Reducing some of the responsibility from the existing three levels of government can be accomplished with local care and governance. The democracy of 2,000 residents would be more affective for one's local needs. Discussions can be made more quickly and effectively when situations develop in one's own community. Forums can take place as to the concerns of any changes to public property or additions to accommodate the people's needs, or any event that may conflict with village concerns. Children and teens’ weekday and weekend activities can be adjusted with the democratic choices that are available, locally and regionally.

The people of the planet need a change to couse stability and choice in their lives. There are many countries that are in the control of dictators and militant governments. If we could somehow slowly implement responsibility to 2,000-person village communities that would be in charge of their basic needs and somehow weed out these rogue governments. To put a perspective on the four levels of governments and their governance, duties could be as follows.

First is Country, (Boarders and Securities, Education Standards, Monetary Affairs, Health Issues, etc.)

Second is Province/State/District, (Parks and Rivers, Mineral and Property Rights, etc.)

Third is Regional/Town/City, (Transportation, Water Works, etc.)

Fourth is Local/Village/Community, (Schools, Street Maintenance, Social Concerns, etc.)

This government summary would change with further consensus on their wording and function. Change is progress at any level of any agenda and the will to improve the way we live is proper evolution for all. This is not about attacking individuals or in eliminating programs or jobs of any kind, but to transform society from repetition and duplication in the way we manage our lifestyle at the cost of our health, our environment and our social structure.

Giving responsibility to local people such as volunteer helpers in organizing ones immediate surroundings, which most of our life we really never venture to far away from our local communities. There is a large growing senior population that wishes to have a voice to how they want their communities structured to their needs and wants. These upcoming senior citizens will demand a better health care system and involvement in building themselves a secure environment.

Chapter 11a: Intentional Villages Communities
11a: A Ten Member Committee

Having local self-government with a 10-member committee and answering to their perspective appointed two-year position; intentional communities would have a proper voice in their local environment. These 2000 people would have the choice of organizing and structuring their physical and social surroundings to suit their needs and wishes. One member in each ten-member committee would be in charge of delegating in an area of community need.

Some of these existing intentional communities and their progressing results range from a few hundred to a few thousand people that can be found on the Internet called Intentional Communities or planned communities. By being different from each other, one can select a community and location to suit one's needs and desires.

They say that most people do not venture more than a few city blocks or kilometers from their homes. Their interaction within their local area would include shopping for their foods and goods and services. Activities would include prayer houses, professions and jobs, educational building, sport facilities, outings and entertainment with family and friends. Still, we seem to keep our streets busy with motor vehicles, going back and forth when everything is just around the corner.

We now have community clubs with recreational facilities from skating to ice hockey for winter sports, and for summer we have baseball, football, floor-hockey, soccer, etc. These are mostly for large team activities. There are also libraries for some, and not much more for our young children in things to do, let alone the parents to participate with them. There is also community clean up, and creek and river stewardship by the young and adults. A pass-time in the evenings and weekends does not have to be sports or the like, but can be community responsibility. There are murals to be painted, and graffiti to be covered, to observing and requesting needed repairs and safety issues. There could be community gardens to tend to and craft and workshops in all areas of interest to participate in.

Local business could also reward these people for their efforts by whatever means are available. By getting the young informed at an early age, would make a difference now and later in their years as local and global caretakers of planet earth. It is all a matter of habit and conditioning individuals, so when they are in the workforce their sensibility to nature will not be in polluting, but in carrying for life itself as a collective whole. It is to be hoped over time this would change the mindset of young adults today, and the ones to come who will be in control with conscience of the environment and the life within.

Getting parents and teachers to participate in helping their children in the communities in extrcurricular activities seems to be in decline because of want of compensation. We are the same as teachers and parents, whether we are educators at schools, or politician and law enforcement, bus-drivers, construction or factory workers, or retired seniors. If more volunteering during and after school is what's needed, then lets us not put a price tag on our children needs. Business can also take the lead in helping support these activities, but hopefully not towards their benefits.

It's the same with nurses and doctors and health care aids that are helping their friends and families and neighbors in care and welfare. We are the only species that bucks the system for more money and rewards of some kind and if we don't get what we want, we walkout from our jobs and the one's we care for. Does life have to be a constant reward to get motivated in helping sustain our society, or can we not do things that are pleasing to the heart for everyone and everything in life?

Each member committee leader would have a special task of organizing an area of community need in ones 2,000-person village community. At the top of the list would be the children’s needs for daycare facilities that accommodate all children equally. Safeguards have to be addressed for security and health, and abuses of all kinds. These preschool impressions for children are a necessity in having them start off their years for their future growth to adulthood. Schooling is another essential towards their growing needs as they go through their grades and need personal help when they fall back with today’s limited assistance.

Next on the possible list of committee leader’s task and just as important as our children are our seniors who need the same kind of support in their semiretired and transitional years. Social gatherings are another community involvement that would be beneficial to everyone that a member of the 10-member committee could be in charge of. Liaison to neighboring community villages would be helpful to the welfare of one’s community area in sharing cultural experiences with each other.

Chapter 11b: Intentional Village Communities
11b: Village Politics

One would think the politics of a small 2,000 person community village would be more personalized, compared to a far away control of a federal, provincial, state or city responsibility. Areas in total size of a community may range from a few blocks to a few kilometers or a few hundred kilometers and consist of approximately 2,000 people. The people that live in the area are there for a longer duration of time than business, therefore, should have more of a voice and control in the environmental aspect of any situation. Businesses would have to practice better management towards the environment to be trusted with our land, air and water issues.

Governments and big business have suppressed the will of the people with the control of their monies and power for themselves and not humanity as a whole. When an opinion is being voiced there should always be someone listening to take time in investigating a person’s concerns. Do we ever listen to children to what they want and to how to enhance their surrounding environment? Do we say to ourselves that we always know best what they should do and how they should obey and behave? Then we wonder why our youth are rebelling against their peers and adults alike.

Advertising in the future could be carefully chosen towards influencing children's social and physical growth. Publication of goods and services on reader boards and the like could be selected for the benefit of regional and local interests, and not always for profit.

Choices could be made towards one's abilities and desires for one's growth with a few changes to the present-day learning systems for children and seniors. What would be the incentive to participate in learning and teaching a better way to exist in this life for adults and our children? We would be happier and more secure and caring for each other and towards life itself if we had worthwhile short and long-term goals in mind?

There are more than a few reasons why our children are so aggressive and defiant in their behavior. For some, it is the violent television programs and games they are subjected to, others are the drugs that pharmaceutical companies have developed to alter their behavior, the junk food crave that the industry and regulators are neglecting, and are letting all kinds of chemicals into our systems. We see the failing struggle against the illegal drug wars that has 50% of prisoners on soft drug use charges. Their needs to be some kind of deregulation implemented to stop the use of hard drug as chemicals mixtures, solvents abuses and wide spread drug trafficking business that is harming our youth. What is being observed is the lack of regulation of industry and pharmaceuticals that should be more closely monitored in correcting our environment and in getting our health reversed and not dependent on drugs, but instead on natural foods and medicines?

We seem to be advancing in technology where cameras are being installed, with more to come on every street corner that would be automatically monitored for activity and face recognition. One would think that this should be limited to areas of extreme need with the consultation of the community on privacy issues. We don't need a big brother society with prying eyes, but a just social structure where people would not have to resort to unlawful behavior to survive.

One way of being responsible for one's area is by knowing what's wrong and what needs to be done to correct the situations. Another caution is in not letting outside influences dictate until discussions have been held with the local community. Business can be supportive and cooperative in many related matters. There is also the quality of water and land that should be independently monitored towards conscious living and especially the air around us that is being sprayed without our consent. This is in response to low level spraying and upper atmospheric chemical spraying that eventually falls on the communities and their inhabitants. Some of these are for atmospheric and human experimentation on climate change; disease control, chemical warfare and terrorist threat inoculation.

What we need is a better-informed society as to the rights and needs and choices on what is being proposed and planed towards any changes to our environment surrounding our living spaces. Just like when we go to the doctors, one should get involved in what is really ailing oneself and knowing the root cause, thereby having a mindset towards the cure. It is no different when an ailing community is having difficulties where a forum is the only way a village setting can function to reach needed goals towards a healthy society. We have secluded ourselves from each other by reducing our communication that we had in the past in our local community involvements.

Chapter 11c: Intentional Village Communities
11c: Local Care

From the young at birth, to the elderly approaching their transition time and beyond an existence unknown to most people, shouldn’t we know by this time in our evolution what happens to us at death at a scientific level of understanding? Is there information that can be found what the elderly should be told or are they being informed religiously only what to expect at physical death? We cannot be certain at this time in history what will or could happen at the time of dying, but there are many ideas at a spiritual and scientific level that is not being openly expressed to the public. If we haven't come up with a consensus what to say and why, why haven't we? Our way of educating ourselves seems be so archaic and stuck in the past, and afraid of a self-creating future. Life seems to be a mystery why we are born, to just die a few years later and a waste to end with no memory or continuing goals and dreams. There’s no need to die alone and in loneliness when there is so mush to see and do and so many good people to share it with.

Some say, you are what you think. Then why not create something good, with no extremes. We can say we have three basic groupings in our long life, starting as children, then adults and seniors. The young need extra activity after school and weekends, just like the adults, after a day at home or work, while seniors need both of these support groups and vica versa.  Some areas of good participation are group gatherings and club activities.

Today we have many forms of care, like child day care to seniors care. Many people go to work and leave their children at registered and none-registered daycare facilities and with well-known friends. These governmentally and none-governmentally controlled facilities may have about one attending staff to a six-child ratio. Some parents may also have access to viewing cameras that are situated in the daycare activity room so they can view their children from home and work. They could view their children's progress among dozens of other children on computer monitors or telephone systems that are now emerging as new technology. This monitoring is becoming quite permissible in having the parents feel at ease in seeing their children safe and active. This is a start of a completely different social structure that is going to expand in the visual and in other meaningful areas of life.

Do we want, or should we have similar care as our children for our elderly in senior homes? There have been recorded abusive incidents that where adversely disheartening to see, to say the least, so maybe yes to some degree. There are many seniors who are semi dependent and live by themselves or with a few friends. Some seniors also have the opportunity to call for transportation to get around for their personal and social needs a few times per month. These situations may seem centered on the developed countries, but to be sure they are practiced in many different ways in all areas of the world concerning developing countries.

As the ageing population of senior’s increases towards their retirement and a decrease in the younger age group is projected, there will have to be a shift towards more seniors’ care to accommodate this changing balance towards many more seniors surviving longer. There are many existing senior homes that need to be upgraded or replaced due to some of them being obsolete and monotonous to our aging population. There is a need of more resources and planning by governments in restructuring these ageing facilities. As tax payers and being the upcoming seniors, government should start developing strategies to deal with this aging situation.

We have low-income senior homes charging a reasonable rent to people that are on a limited and fixed income. More needs to be done to deal with the aging population in respect to comfort and creativity. There are many volunteer groups who are participating in areas of food distribution and while others cook for our seniors at least one good meal a day. While most of these apartments still have a kitchenette to make breakfast and snacks, the help is out there as seniors helping seniors and sometimes the young are also involved. There is also help needed in developing nation for senior and children alike. What is needed is more government assistance in structuring and expanding better facilities for the upcoming future baby boomers from the 1940s and 50s? People even born in the 60’s and 70’s should contemplate a desirable future, before their time would arrive to retire. It seems the young from the 80’s and 90’s already know what kind of future they would like to see, peace, friendship and love for all.

The 2By2 senior dome would be a big start in correcting the ageing problem that should be considered and analyzed.

Chapter 11d: Intentional Villages Communities
11d: Do’s and Don'ts

One doesn't like to lay any laws down when we have a democratic structure, but there are common sense do’s & don'ts in a glass dome structural habitat for the elderly that should be acknowledged. These would be suggestion on personal growth and wellness for all people and the planet. Controlling habits and enjoying moderation are key areas of elevating one's wellness. Right away people flair up and get upset, and rightly so, but only because out of habit of one's addictive fear of change. Most people still struggle with many habits and desires, but enjoy many continuing moderate changes in their lives.

Smoking could be allowed in designated areas. This could be done with proper ventilation in some enclosed areas within the dome, which could be exhausted outside. There would be a few that would still have the habit of indulging in a smoke, and who are we to deny them that choice, especially at their age.

Firearms would be questionable, as to being allowed in the surrounding area, let alone in the dome. One would think that not too many seniors would have weapons of any sort in their late years in life. Toys and needs for the physical seem to gradually get less important as we grow old.

Raising animals in the surrounding area that consume grass and are fed their natural food would be desirable, and in turn give people their highest nutrition value. Consumption of animal food could be limited to a few times a week and at festive times. Most people still enjoy a good steak occasionally, but the thought of these mass killings and senseless slaughters and appalling living conditions for these life-giving animals, sometimes seems unforgiving. It's odd sometimes when we have to negotiate and meet a situation half way when we oppose the extremes, one way or another.

Canning and proper storage of food for the doom habitat would benefit in caring for the inhabitants in having a healthy supply of food year round and of the restocking of a new harvest every fall. The senior and senior helpers themselves as part of their daily activities could do all this food preparation and storage. Part of appreciating life itself is about participating in its function, thereby knowing what goes into its creation.

There are many people, whom over the years, have acquired habits either from work or by choice, of staying up at all hours of the night and accustomed to resting at different times of the day. There are extreme cases where some people only require 15 minutes of sleep a day. This is to say that the dome could be active 24 hours, 7 day a week and not completely shut down for the night.

There would be no need for gas-powered vehicles or fuel equipment operating of any kind in the dome itself, once the dome is functioning. One could use hydrogen-powered machinery to tend to crops and animals in the area surrounding the dome. There are many battery-operated tools and equipment now available for anything one can think of to use to repair or create within the dome by the seniors themselves. This would eliminate any potential toxic fumes from getting into the air so as not to exaserpate anyone living in the dome habitat. There is also chemicals and pesticides that would not be used for plant growth or pest control, but there are always natural ways of doing things. There would also be the limited use of toxic oils, thinners and paints when necessary, especially the painting of structures where one can use water based paint application. There is also art painting and the likes that will be unavoidable. The subsurface of the dome habitat would also have to be checked for poisonous and toxic fumes that could enter the interior of the dome, which would have approximately a 63,000 square meter surface area.

It would be enjoyable to have campfire type gatherings, if there was a way to vent the smoke outdoors through large ventilation hood over the fire. There is always a way of solving any problem, even the 2by2 solution has a natural correction. There may also be a few swimming pools, one at each side of the living area promenade, and maybe one in the center of the dome’s green area. There could also be a large gathering area to accommodate a few thousand people, like an indoor picnic area and another outside the dome when weather is ideal to enjoy the seasons. There could be weather updates indoor and outdoor in the morning flier along with other daily activities.

It is being said lately that the road to a healthy lifestyle is by adopting moderate food consumption and a balance diet. The cost to human health and the environment and the mass abuses towards animals is putting us all on the road to a self-destructive evolution. To coin a phrase, some people say that they don’t eat anything with eyes or that poops. They also say that it takes a 10 to 1 ratio parcel of land to raise animals compared to growing crops, respectively to feed the same amount of people. Meeting challenges halfway is giving people time to understand a better way of living in our unbalanced lifestyle is sometimes the only way towards a dialogue of understanding for a better future.

Chapter 12a: Dome for the Elderly
12a: 2,000 Person Habitats

There were times in the past of the planet’s evolution where humanity had made drastic changes to better the people’s lives with new ideas and innovations. Some of these profound simple ideas are the wheel, light bulb, motors, penicillin and computers to name a few. It is now time to go beyond the material aspect of our lives and concentrate on our future social structure for us as adults and seniors and especially our children.

Seniors themselves would be in charge when it comes to voting on different social and physical changes to their 2,000-person habitat. If our seniors had the opportunity to take care of themselves in a larger enclosed area, one would think life for their spirit and souls would be a lot livelier and happier. The 2By2 living habitat could be created to whatever needs and wants the residents preferred.

There would be two main areas inside the dome village, first the promenade, where all the maintenance areas and leisurely facilities and living areas would be situated. This is inside and around the dome’s perimeter, taking up about thirty meters of the one hundred and fifty meter radius. Second is the inside center of the dome where the larger open area is situated? This is where the grounds can be designed to one's village culture or scenery and function of choice. There could be pools and streams, gardens of food and flowers, animal areas, lawn bowling and many different programs.

Today if one were to visit retirement homes and elderly apartment buildings and observe senior’s daily activities at their residents; life would vary differently from one facility to another. This is due to the cost of operating each facility from ordinary apartment blocks for the elderly with limited activity and care, to more costly daylong services and amenities. Some places serve one meal per day, usually at lunchtime.

Most seniors wait all day long by the phone for friends and family to call and visit, with many disappointing days. Highlights of the week may be playing bingo or celebrating someone's birthday and many are limited to their immediate surroundings and to one or two rooms to venture within their building. One dislikes comparing, but there are lockup facilities for people and animals who are better fed and who have larger living areas to ventilate them. This is not to demean the rest of society, but only to illustrate that we will all eventually end up as senior citizens. Should we not prepare ourselves for our future livelihood by building an environment where we can all benefit in comfort in our late years?

This may be a dream for one and all, but do we really have anything better to do besides looking after our health and welfare and our environment. Life in a dome village setting could be interesting to the different activities that could go on to inspire the minds of our seniors.

Some may say, why put 2,000 people under a dome to live in. Viruses of flu bugs and the like could at times contaminate one’s health by breathing the same air. For one thing it would be easier to control the inside environment from the outside pollution that we are creating. You also have weather extremes, hot and cold excessive climate changes that are now getting more severe. We would use the glass surface area of the dome to generate electrical power use and surpluses with voltaic solar cell technology, thereby reducing cost of the operation of the dome habitat. There are many controlling environment health regulators that can be adjusted like humidity, pollen count, temperature, oxygen levels, UV radiation, etc. There would also be a wide-open area in which seniors could exercise and move about and enjoy the grounds. What most seniors like is walking around getting their exercise. Many seniors today use the larger malls in the early mornings to do their power walking.

A few kilometers around the dome structure could be used for local mixed farming, like grains and vegetables and fruits and farm animals. Some dome villages could also have farmland that is part of the habitat maintenance structure with recreational areas with horses and fish farm or whatever creative ideas seniors themselves can come up with.

Chapter 12b: Dome for the Elderly
12b: 50 50, Taking Care of Each Other

Seniors taking care of seniors! Half of the above 50 years of age seniors would be caretaker resident helpers and would take care of the other half of the oldest senior residents in the dome habitat. To be fair to all elders, the oldest seniors in the local area that the dome would be built for would have the first choice in living in the 2By2 dome. Accommodations may very for individuals, and would depend on what type of hospital and medical care that is available at the time. Trying to imagine a future where we take care of each other could be a haven for all of us on the planet earth, our home. The dome would be a retreat, with many amenities and hobbies to get involved in.

The total average number of residents that would be living at a 2By2-village dome habitat would be around 2,000. 1,000 of these people would be the youngest retired senior citizen helpers, performing various duties. This would be towards the personal care of the oldest seniors and maintenance of the facility itself. These volunteer helpers would have experience as nurses, doctors, psychiatrist, and chiropractors and much more in the medical field area of body and mental care. Then you would have food preparation to dietary care and food growing and foodstuff preservation. There would also be housekeeping and maintenance of all areas of the building structure. Even the oldest seniors could participate in the function of the dome as a whole, if one wished to partake. There would be plenty of senior knowledge as how to grow food and preserve the summer and winter harvests that could be grown indoors and outdoors.

If we were to start on this road of volunteer help to secure our future lifestyle, we would begin where our most knowledgeable and most experienced workers are becoming the most numerous and in need. This area of need is our senior’s themselves who have the expertise in all fields of work and where the most need is required at this time in our history. The industrialized countries may have the financial advantage over less developed countries, but the 2By2 would correct this monetary issue toward one's basic needs on the onset of the 2By2 Shelter Project.

The residents from each village community would start contributing $2 towards the shelter project for their regional dome habitat structure and personal allowance. This way every country and village community would start accumulating their interest fund for their own 2,000-person dome habitat. The speed of progress will depend on everyone's collective participation in this shelter project, which is the third in line of the seven basic needed projects.

Today, we have so many dedicated individuals who spend years and sometimes a lifetime helping people all over the world. There are different forms of help, from donating money to charitable agencies to spending a few hours a week in one’s neighborhood. Others, while still young, commit a few years of their lives to organizations to help children anywhere in the world that they are called to go to. There are also older adults, who in their later years, decide to leave their richly paying jobs for a more rewarding calling for the needs of many.

Today, we are raised with the mindset in pursuing a career of making as much money as posible. We then get caught up in the greed and speed of always wanting more and never having enough, even with our two-door garages and modest mansions. We can’t keep demanding higher wages and thereby not raise the cost of goods and services higher than the rest of the world can afford.

We have to reeducate our children and ourselves in that the most precious quality we can possess is by helping each other and it will always eventually return to us. The whole idea of the 2By2 is in providing for all of us at every level of age for all our basic needs and necessities in life. This is where volunteer senior helpers can assist other older seniors with all their years of skilled experience in creating a self sustained habitat, that all people would enjoy living in.

Chapter 12c: Dome for the Elderly
12c: Activities

Walking around the pathways and seeing a few permitted fire pits, would resemble a summer campground outside the dome. For satisfying a few avid golfers, a nine-hole miniature golf area could be built inside the dome from the carpenter shop by a dozen of the centurions with the help of there caregivers. Pottery is another popular choice, from the numerous activities that many residents would enjoy. Having a morning flyer would be a simple introduction for the resident in organizing their daily schedule. And by having a few ex-newspaper employees volunteering a few hours before daybreak by collecting information and printing a simple one-page day program, most resident could be informed on daily activities. They say you’re never too old to learn and there are many areas of interest that can be made available as teaching programs for the seniors. There could also be a couple of large theaters to accommodate a few hundred people to view movies and local plays.

Late morning and the early afternoon would be the most active for crafts and workshops that most would attend and spend their time in keeping energetic, physically and mentally. Sometimes it will be hard to tell the difference if maintenance is being performed on the facility or the eldest seniors are engaged in their pastime of building and working on projects. Fish ponds and streams that are indoors and out of doors could also be tended to by any of the seniors. Growing food to preparing a meal and flower arranging, to painting, to items in shops being made available to all residents, would be inspiring to all. You can't buy or sell anything here; it just does not exist in this intended atmosphere.

To visualize a day and a life in the dome in our future, one may see what follows. With the fresh summer morning air, life seems natural and serene as one looks up at the tropical birds that fly around, befriending the local species. The sun doesn't seem impeded by the specially protected glass dome with its multi useful properties and protection. Morning dew has since evaporated from its regular early hour sprinkling in most of the interior habitat. The aroma from the early morning bakery shops still lingers in the air that is so inviting with the special blends of coffee that are available at the half dozen food courts. Many like to exchange information that the community has to offer to all that live in the area.

There still would be senior farmers who still enjoy growing food outside the dome, which would be part of the upkeep and food supply provisions for sustaining the dome inhabitants’ needs. A few square kilometers are kept for various requirements, from growing grains and vegetables to park and festive areas when weather permits. More plants could be grown in the dome during the winter seasons by altering the landscape and making more room available.

Building a stage or amphitheater where the residents can entertain or periodically invite outside performers, would be another ideal pastime to look forward to. Sunday afternoon is the day of the week that seniors would be encouraged to have unlimited visitors come to the dome. One could have 10,000 people attended, from children to parents and friends. With the 2,000 residents that live in the dome, this would place somewhat of a strain on the environmental control, but only for a few hours of visiting time. During the week, day or night, family or friends could visit for various reasons, which would be less distracting to the peaceful setting that it was original intended to be.

Dentists, hearing and vision care facilities and other needs would also be required with the thought that this is a necessity not a luxury. These elderly seniors all had jobs and positions that many still enjoy and would like to spend a few hours a week helping their peers and in turn being help.

The maintenance staff is as equally eager to start their morning in their various positions in keeping the dome habitat functioning. The younger senior helpers themselves also have the same advantages in their lives at the dome. The replacement helpers are also ecstatic to start their new positions as the elderly continue their transition from this world to the next. We have learned so much about an afterlife in the past few hundred years that have been researched and made in book form, yet we keep it secret to many in mainstream life.

If we are to create an ideal world, why not extend it in the next world as well? From what people are saying from their experiences, we could adjust our understandings as we go along in a positive and non-evil way. Spiritual energy permeates throughout all that is known to us and not known to most of us. It is all a matter of the spirit-mind staying awake when ones detached body is at rest. A time will come to teach our children a new natural evolutionary future upbringing, with practices and habits of a different perception in life.

Chapter 12d: Dome for the Elderly
12d: Living Within the Dome Complex

A day may start with the sound of real and man-made birdcalls that greet you as you wake just beyond your balcony in the Eden center park. The open-area lighting would be computer controlled for the time of day and the seasons that keep changing with the planets rotation relative to the sun. The promenade and shops for all its activities, from meals to entertainment to personal grooming care, can be acquired for ones basic needs at the cost of a thank you. For most, the interior horticultural area from walkways and ponds and trees and animals to the outside fields and summer gardens can be enjoyed at any age.

Your local communicator rings, and your friend from across the Eden Park is calling to meet at the Fountain Coffee Shop. As the discussion progresses, you agree on enrolling in the new meditation class, as it is said, it will help the longevity of one's physical body. The potential afterlife is also introduced into the curriculum of exercise and visualization. In the late years of one's life, there are thoughts of what happens next, is there more? Some would say I'm afraid because I don't know. In the past it was always assumed that one should not inquire, because there were no answer. Society was not dealing with these issues, it was a dead end topic, and not spoken of.

Having security observers, 24 hours a day and 7 days a week would be beneficial to all the residents in many different ways. The helpers themselves would perform this duty, as one of the positions of maintenance and service for the dome habitat. Apart from these senior residents themselves controlling the flow of visitors, there could also be a few cameras in designated areas. There would be times that many residents and resident helpers would at night and in the early mornings, venture out into the park areas and elsewhere at their leisure.

Life in the dome would be a lot more pleasant and agreeable for seniors in having an atmospheric air controlled environment, like consistent temperature, humidity, pollen, gas fumes and selective sun rays. There would also be a different arrangement of the grounds in all the dome habitats and living areas, viewed by individuals as a paradise made in heaven. The favorite pastime for many will be bingo, chess and playing cards and many will want to meet and talk in many cozy places that would exist throughout the complex.

There could be daily transportation to areas outside the habitat into surrounding areas and towns and cities for a few hours excursion. These outings could be for sightseeing or outdoor activities to enhance and expand ones interest and happiness. Holiday times would be the most active in the dome in having visitors spend the day in festive activities with their resident love ones. There could also be tours of the complex to teach the workings and upkeep of the habitat, with courses in maintenance that could take place on a regular basis. This would be educational for all progressing dome habitats around the world and children locally towards a different way of life. Discussion groups could be held daily on improving life in the dome habitat, particular in inspiring seniors in being more active for health reasons.

A library of old and new books could accumulate and managed to keep the seniors informed. In the dome we could get retired writers to write books on the dome activities and funtions, for instance, gardens in the domes, world affairs, and life before and after a new birth. This would be a way of inspiring senior’s creativity after retiring. Books could be printed and made freely available.

Chapter 12e: Dome for the Elderly
12e: Holiday Exchange

Everyone needs a break and a holiday away from the day-to-day life, maybe a regional exchange from one dome to another, would be appropriate. A certain number of personal dwellings could be kept for holiday travelers who work and are visiting from other habitat structures. A percentage calculated by two weeks divided by one year, and then divided by 1,000 would equal approximately 40 people taking holidays every two weeks. Some of these cultural exchanges would be beneficial in many respects, besides enjoying a holiday in a different part of the world. Seeing the operation of the dome habitat in different ways and aspects of its function would be brought back home as alternative methods to what one is accustomed to. There would also be teaching groups that would travel and show alternatives to living in different 2By2 habitat domes. Volunteer helpers on holiday would not be expected to do anything except enjoy themselves visiting other domes and seeing the sites of other countries and neighboring senior habitats.

For many, traveling may be a large part of the exchange of ideas and promotion of starting and attending new dome projects. There would also be some volunteers that would always want to stay at their original work dome and not want to travel to other countries. Individuals could take advantage of staying and working at a village dome in a different country after their holidays had expired, or request for a transfer. There would always be expertise needed in all areas of maintenance and senior care in the 2By2 dome village habitat project. There could be diverse cultural foods introduced to different village domes of the world. This could also introduce various food crops to be grown outside the dome area and to incorporate and test food from different cultures.

Another area of exchange could be in communications, setting up group conferencing between 2By2 dome villages. Translators would also be needed to communicate with people of different cultures and languages. It is to be hoped in our near future, we would have settled our wars and hatred to a more shared society for everyone, especially our children. The 2By2 projects may be a way of bringing the world together in a peaceful and friendly atmosphere.

Chapter 13a: Building the Dome
13a: R&D

The research and development part of the project would be implemented further when adequate funds have accumulated from the genealogy part of the project. In reality, research has always been worked on from inception of the 2By2. Actual diagrams and to-scale representations would help show individuals a visual idea and appreciation of what is being proposed. All this coceptualizing is being created in many different ways, in causing about its existence to all that can see its value. Some areas of R&D may be obvious, while some are not. A summery follows for some specifics components.

There are many exiting technologies and research being done in the private and public area that would be applicable to the 2by2 habitat project. To name a few areas of research being done in many countries around the world are photovoltaic solar cells for window glass, lightweight composite materials for the structural frame and self-sustained semi-closed indoor recyclable environment. Research is always advantageous in looking for innovation and verification; it is only a matter of doing one’s homework. What is left from all this information is the fabrication of putting all the pieces together? There are a few similar existing building, but there would always be new building codes needed in any new structure. These building codes and health and safety would range from fire safety, structural strength, air quality, building access and exits, sound regulation, to food and water quality.

Some companies would be willing to contribute their technology and information towards a not-for-profit organization as a demonstration of their research. There are also many publicly paid innovations that can be used with permission, while in return they would see their efforts and results put towards public good. Governments also pay universities to conduct research towards city construction and maintenance innovations, and make this information public knowledge.

Sand, sand, and more sand, is the main ingredient material that would be used in the construction of the 2,000-person dome village. The dome structure would be made up of 95% silica sand being used for the glass covering and 5% for the skeletal carbon fiber reinforced polymer frame. Keeping a constant inside air presser would be a simple task by having filtered air blowing in keeping unwanted outside air out. Interior dwellings would be made of sand and aggregate concrete and wood furnishings to keep a minimum fueling of any possible fires. These would be single and double living accommodations for seniors and their modest living lifestyle. These would be situated inside the perimeter and consisting of second, third, and fourth level living areas. There are many examples of residential building designs towards living accommodations for approximately a thousand people. These dwellings are built in a square fashion with long hallways. The 2by2 dome idea shouldn’t be too much of a challenge in making people comfortable with a wide-open living area.

A Center Eden can be designed by the inhabitants, which would depend on the senior’s cultural background and preferences. There may be as many various Elysium arrangements as there would be 2By2 dome habitat.

Ground level facilities and food courts for social gathering areas and places of peace and solitude could be created in any fashion with the large areas that would be available. The promenade itself would be a 1,000m/3,000ft around the inside perimeter of the dome with various facilities, from dancing floors and exercise areas to laundry rooms. Bowling accommodations could also be installed for 5 and 10 pin lanes to lawn bowling as part of the Eden indoor grounds. A center fountain could be constructed with dancing waterspouts and light shows.

The feasibility study would also be looked at towards storage space, one level under the promenade and housing facility circulating inside the perimeter of the dome. There could be a few large service elevators to accommodate forklifts and machinery to access the ground level inside and outside the doom.

Chapter 13b: Building the Dome
13b: PV Solar glass Windows

There are many areas of experimental research being done on solar cell collectors that would benefit the 2By2 dome research project in the area of thin film photovoltaic (PV) solar cells. They seem to be experimenting on imbedding and/or depositing a very thin silicon layer on common windowpane glass in the manufacturing process. Apparently the norm a few years ago was to grow large single crystal cells, for making photovoltaic solar cell. Today, instead of growing, slicing, and treating a crystalline ingot (required for single-crystal silicon), they sequentially deposit thin layers of the required materials.

The question as to the use of solar collectors on window glass for ordinary house use was queried to a few companies. The response received after E-mailing a letter to a European research firm on the question of using photovoltaic solar cell on ordinary window glass was, will one still be able to see through the windows in its use in homes? There answer was that it depends how much solar collecting material is put on the glass windows.

The original and still the most common semiconducting material used in PV cells are single crystal silicon. Single crystal silicon cells are generally the most efficient types of PV cells, converting up to 23% of incoming solar energy into electricity.

Alternatives to single crystal silicon cells include polycrystalline silicon cells, a variety of "thin film" PV cells, and concentrating collectors. Polycrystalline silicon cells are less expensive to manufacture because they do not require the growth of large crystals. Unfortunately they are less efficient than single crystal cells (15-17%). They have now increased the efficiency in specialized research to about 33%.

Thin film PV cells made from other materials have also been developed in an attempt to overcome the inefficiency and degradation of amorphous silicon thin films, while retaining low production costs. Gallium arsenide (GaAs), copper indium diselenide (CuInSe2), cadmium telluride (CdTe) and titanium dioxide (TiO2) have all been used as thin film PV cells, with various efficiencies and production costs. Titanium dioxide thin films, just recently developed, are very interesting because they are transparent and can be used as windows.

It may be time to live in glass houses, made mostly from sand, which is abundant anywhere in the world. Quality of silica differs in purity from region to region.

An automated computer and motorized track system incorporated onto the outside and inside of the dome frame would do the insertion and maintenance of the glass sheets to cover the dome. There could be two layers of about four by four meters average size glass sheets, inside and outside for future adverse weather changes and experimental potential space exploration instead of just one layer of window glass covering the dome. Tempered glass sheets are almost impossible to break, hitting it anywhere as hard as one can on the larger flat surface with a carpenters hammer has no effect, but tapping the edge will make it explode and shatter. So for analogous purposes to living in glass houses, throwing rock and hockey pucks at these windows would be A-OK.

Generated electricity could accommodate the needs of all the 2,000 inhabitance of the 2By2 Solar Dome. Any excess electrical power could be used for the separation of water for hydrogen fuel cells batteries or routed onto the regional or local power grid, or just using hydrogen fuel to replace gas that would run on existing engines with little modification. The hydrogen could power small and large vehicles for transportation, power plants and local farm equipment for food production.

By calculating the surface area of the dome, using a rough estimate by its base circumference and depending on the center height, one would arrive at the following calculations. One would also subtract 5% of the skeletal frame, from the surface area.

Dome surface = 100,000 m2 or 1,000,000 square feet (m2 = 1 square meter or approximately 10 square feet)

Voltage x Amps = Watts, (10v x 10a = 100w) or (12v x 8.3a = 100w)

1 m2 = 100 watt, one solar panel, this will power a 60 and a 40 watt bulb or 5, 20 watt high efficient bulbs.

10 m2 = 1,000 watt or 1k W, 10 solar panels, this would power the electrical appliances in a modest house.

100,000 m2 = 10,000,000 MW or 10M W, (1M W = 1 million watts) this should be sufficient to power a 2,000 person dome habitat.

There are other controlling properties that one can incorporate into these glass windows, like regulating UV and other harmful and beneficial qualities for people and plants. The industry is always dramatically and rapidly improving with new technology. By the time the first 2By2 dome is built, there could be a tenfold improvement in photovoltaic technology. There are a few ways to store excess energy from generating electricity during the day as battery power and clean hydrogen fuel cell technology.

During the summer months the excess electricity could be sold to the local electrical power companies in a form of credit. Then one could buy electrical power back from the electrical power companies in the winter season when the sun is not shining as long or as intense as in the summer season.

There is now a plastic type material that will replace ice hockey glass that has a durable surface and would be just as strong as glass but less in weight. This polyurethane substance could be ideal for the 2By2 dome covering in the cost and reduction of weight on the skeletal frame by possibly a factor of half. We could run out of oil first which is needed to make Plexiglas for the covering of the dome. This would only be true if oil comes from decayed fossils and not renewable and limited, and thereby instead from the dynamics of the earth’s core as large surfacing pockets of oil bubbles.

Chapter 13c: Building the Dome
13c: The frame

The dome skeletal structure would be fashioned after the famous Buckminster Fuller and his geodesic design ideas, which form interlocking polygons. Harold Kroto and David Walton at the University of Sussex, England, discovered a new, unusually stable elemental form of solid carbon made up of closed cages of 60 carbon atoms shaped liked soccer balls; they call them buckminsterfullerene or "buckyballs." Geodesic spheres and domes come in various frequencies.

One way to give the 2By2 dome habitat a perspective size is by comparing it to the largest Pyramid at Giza near Cairo, which would have about the same volume and base area. Another similar structure in form, but inverted, is the mammoth 305 m Arecibo observatory dish, in Puerto Rico. The 2By2 dome would have four entrances-exits for controlling the sealed interior environment and maintaining an inside pressure, and assist the air circulation and filtering system. There could also be a double or triple door exit and entrance or revolving door system.

There are many composite materials around the world for this structural dome frame. To quote a magazine article, “He hands it to a visitor, who braces to grab hold of the heavy object, only to find to her astonishment that the pretzel-like structure is light as plastic. A professor in the department of civil engineering at the University of Manitoba explains the steel look-alike is in fact made of fiber reinforced polymer (FRP), a generic term describing a type of plastic that is reinforced with carbon fibers to give it strength. It looks to everyone like ordinary steel but with only 20 percent of the weight of steel, and boasting six to eight times the strength of ordinary steel. One group of pioneering work is the Intelligent Sensing for Innovative Structures, ISIS-Canada.

The bulk of the weight of the entire dome structure would be from the PV, glass solar cell windows. The glass sheets themselves could be part of the structural weight baring support. By having this interlocking geodesic design as a structural frame, it would be stronger than conventional concrete and steel buildings by a factor of about ten. The only structures in many areas that were left standing in 92, in the storm of the century called Hurricane Andrew, were single-family housings, dome habitat. These are made of wood in the same design as the geodesic structure. The wind had no place to grab onto these round domes, which has no flat surfaces or roof overhangs.

The maintenance of the dome structures can be totally automated by having a track system to maneuver around on the outside and inside surfaces attached to skeletal frame. From replacing to repairing the glass covering to cleaning and checking the electrical functioning could be done totally by robotic technology. One could also replace whole sections of the frame structure in a large area without affecting the rest of the dome. This would have to be done when weather is ideal for a few days in the summer months.

The skeletal frame could consist of about 100 main support legs, which could sit on replaceable base rubber pads for the resistance to vibration from whatever sources that it may come from. These support legs would be about 10 m apart, so taking pressure off a support legs to replace or repair the footing would not affect the other two support legs on either side of the pad being repaired.

Chapter 13d: Building the Dome
13d: Waste Not

Recycling: There are a few newly developed businesses that have introduced a controlled waste and management system. These companies that have introduce the Living Machines within their building structures range in the number of workers from a few hundred to a few thousand. Other areas of water purification are (UV) ultraviolet disinfections and membrane technologies. While others have developed portable water filtering systems in size ranging from large vehicle to a kitchen refrigerator that would supply water for many people.

Water is an essential part of any functioning organism, so is a complex man-made structure, like a living habitat for people to dwell in. To reuse the water in a closed or semi-closed building one has to add a second water circulating system. The first is your drinking and food and body washing water, and is the cleaner of the two filtered circulating systems, called white water. The other is for clothes washing and toilet flushing, called gray water. This it still clear water but coming in a different pipe and going out in separate drain than the white water. Both white and gray water would drain into their own filtering system. The gray water would travel to its own tank and pond filtering system and end up for garden and plant feeding. The white water would also have its own tank and pond system, but continue to a more refined filtering process, fit for drinking again.

There are yet better water cleaning process other then filtering and distilling called Clustered Water. What this does is clean the water molecule back to its natural crystal state. Apparently from birth, and as we progress in age, and at a young age, we start loosing this clean clustered water structure. What happened is that our cells start dehydrating from the impure liquids and foods that we ingest all our lives. The clustered water functions in its crystal form to help convey and remove unwanted waste, one could visualize a six-pointed crystal, picking unwanted waste from the human circulating system. Continuing our visualization with the water, how well can distilled or tap water remove body waste, when they need cleaning themselves.  The water content of an "average" 45-year-old person is 63%, but by age 70, this decreases to approximately 47%. Clearly, the ability to restore optimum levels of ordered water to this system would have profound effects on the entire body. It would only stand to reason to keep this H2O as clean as one can possibley acheive.

In its free state in nature, the water molecule has two positively charged hydrogen ions and a negatively charged oxygen ion. Cellular processes in plants and animals store energy in the hydrogen ions by capturing free electrons. The point of interest of recycling water is in keeping it clean as possible, at all levels of its use, because our planet’s oceans and our own bodies are made of about 75% water.

When living in the 2By2 dome habitat, great care would be taken to recycle and reuse anything that can be accomplished in the way of conservative living. There is a long list of areas and ways to achieve this natural way of living that we have lost. The most important part of a living system is water recycling and purification. Food waste would be next on the list as composting to enrich the soil with nutrient. Gray matter waste could be used as fertilizer outside the dome in the surrounding field for the growing of summer crops.

There could be less of a red meat diet in the dome community, which is harder to recycle then a vegetable and white meat diet lifestyle, like fish and chicken. Red meat products are also more expensive in the cost of raising animal and to the environment as a pollution and health problem to control. A closed environmental system of heavy meat eaters is ten times more costly than maintaining a vegetable-based diet lifestyle. There is abundance of plant protein that could replace and has replaced a large percentage of the population diet with improved health conditions. If we were to survive and feel humane in this century in our closed planetary habitat, we could moderate the consumption of our animal friends. It is to be hoped we could accomplish this reduction of animal foods when we provide everyone with their basic needs in life.

Chapter 13e: Building the Dome
13e: Maintenance

Making the dome habitat durable and long lasting is one of the most important part of this project and eventually a way of life for most, if not for all people. Usually when something is well made like the pyramids, it could almost last forever. This is only true if all its parts are changeable and upgradeable, like an improvement to the voltaic solar cell glass windows that one sees through. Maybe a better electromagnetic generating property or sun filtering material that would still be beneficial to plants, animals and human inhabitants. The skeletal frame segments can also be improved and changed from damage or aging. The interior structures and grounds are also independent of the main dome body and can be reorganized and enhanced. Also the center Eden can be rearranged to the community’s flavor.

Food production and quality of life and participation will be some of the more interesting aspects of living within the dome structure. We have been so accustomed to eating a high protean meat diet that is so energy wasteful, that we forget that there are so many vegetable food that are just as high in nutrition and healthier for our own immune system. It would take less maintenance and be less wasteful towards sustaining the dome recycling area of its function.

Plumbing will be the most challenging in keeping the flow of clean water and gray matter in good circulating condition. By using various filtering systems in controlling waste, one may eventually avoided using a landfill. There are aquatic fish tank type filtering systems and plant ecosystems that clean the water back to a nutritional and drinkable form. Depending on the species, one plant can provide effective cleaning for every 100 square feet of living space. For example, about 15 to 20 golden pathos and spider plants can refresh the air in a 1,800 square-foot average house. Daily water samples would be taken in insuring a healthy environment for people plants and animals.

Surrounding farmland will be a large part of the maintenance of sustaining seasonal food production for all residents. Indoor farming could be used for daily fresh foods that are not attainable off-season. Composting and end stage waste filtering systems would be a large part of the recycling phase of the dome’s habitat maintenance.

Air circulation would be an important area of keeping a healthy indoor environment so people and animals can breathe optimal air quality. Any time you have soil particles and plant pollen that can get airborne; you would need air circulating units with filtering systems that are cleanable and recyclable to maintain good air quality. You would need to exchange the air in a closed environment at least a few times an hour. Controlling the humidity at approximately 35% would be accomplished by factoring the amount of plants, people and the number of ponds, small lakes, fountains and swimming pools. The circulating air vents system could control the humidity to some degree by using dehumidifiers and humidifier units, depending on the season. Another factor in the equation of regulating air moisture is the outside temperature, which would tend to draw moisture towards the cold glass inside the dome. There would have to be a balance achieved between humidity, dust particles, pollen count, lighting and temperature to reach a comfortable living environment for the inhabitants.

Having regular inspections of the dome for damage and wear or checks on the workings of machinery would aid in the preservation of the 2By2 habitat. Even respect of the habitat’s organization and neatness of the facility would be a great achievement in quality control of the proper function of the dome.

Chapter 13f: Building the Dome
13f: Ground Floor Level Promenade

The main ground level promenade area of the dome, which is directly beneath the living area dwellings, would be for the use of daily activities. This surface area would have a 300-meter/1000ft diameter to the other side of the dome. The concrete flooring would extend 30 meters around the inside perimeter, leaving 240 meters of green space down the center diameter or 120 meter radius to its center. Access to the residents’ area would be by stairs and hydraulic and/or electric elevator lifts. The headroom on the promenade or ceiling could range around twenty feet in height to give a feeling of a wide-open space.

Rubber foundation supports for the beam structure support could be used instead of traditional solid foundation or ball bearings for earthquake resistance. Natural or synthetic rubber would last almost an indefinite time. This would give it some needed movement, as the dome shell would not have any flexibility, other than at its foundation. Once the skeletal polymer beams are reinforced with carbon fibers and the solar voltaic glass sheeting is assembled, it would be a solid none swaying mass.

The ground level floor would house various entertainment areas and personal needs facilities. There would be many choices to curtail boredom and loneliness, from group gathering for physical activities to entertaining rooms like crafts, swimming, theater and many more. Grooming salons for personal care would be numerous, from massage therapy to hair and facial management.

The center Eden area would be a favorite to all who participate in its creation, from designing streams and pools, pathways to miniature forests. There would be garden areas to grow plants, from flowers to vegetable plots for individual use for everyone to benefit from its fruits.

There could be storage areas just below the main level area for the storage of various items, such as foods, toiletries, props for entertaining, and maintenance equipment and supplies. Items that are only used seasonally, inside or outside of the dome, would need to be put away especially for the winter.

The promenade area would be kept as wide open as possible to create a large free area in which to stroll around. The second level living area could be used for more extensive personal care provided by the more qualified nursing volunteers. This would leave the third, fourth and fifth levels for the seniors who would need less personal care. These are the elderly who could get around more easily by themselves as well as the volunteers helpers.

Food preparation and eating areas could be prepared in a few different areas around the habitat area of the dome on the promenade area. This would be due to the distance of about 1000m/3000ft as one walks around the circumference of the promenade. These areas would also be stationed as daylong beverage shops, among other sitting areas scattered around the dome habitat. There would be many kinds of shops and facilities on the promenade area such as craft rooms, movie houses and show-and-tell areas and the like. All these facilities would take up approximately 25% to 50% of the Ground floor Level promenade area. The advantage of not filling the ground level area with too many buildings would be in the benefit of letting in as much sunlight as possible to shine between structures, giving way to a large open area.

Chapter 13g: Building the Dome
13g: Resident Helpers List

Volunteer resident helpers and caregivers would comprise of 50% of the people who would take care of their own, so to speak. What better helpers can there be than seniors themselves to take care of the elderly? They already have job skills and experience from their many years in their professional fields. This extended care giving experience would prepare them for their turn of being the recipient and the appreciation of knowing what to expect. To make this functioning 2By2 Dome setting work and as payment for working at the dome, food and logging would be provided for all worker helpers, and with the chance to create a future place for all senior people to live in respect and dignity. Some may even want to pay a monthly monetary donation or their cost of living at the dome for their food and lodging to help advance the 2By2 project, or just live and work in an Eden-like atmosphere, like no other place in the world. A senior resident would pay around 500 credits, about half of an average wage in one's area to reside in the dome; nothing is set in stone. A thousand dollars Canadian could be the equivalent to 1,000 credits, approximately the same that the government provides monthly to our senior citizens when they retire from their employment positions.

This is a list of volunteer resident helpers and caregiver positions that presently come to mind.

After the functioning of the dome has been fully inspected and approved, the resident senior volunteer staff helpers can slowly start taking their appropriate positions to receive the oldest elderly seniors in the surrounding area who will inhabit the dome village.

Everyone has something to give in life in helping others in one’s late growing years, and especially to others in their transitional last days. The point of this entire collective project is if we help others in our growing years, especially our seniors, then we in turn will be helping and caring for ourselves in the long term. Most of the upcoming generations are growing up with the lack of brothers, sisters, aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews and especially without a second parent and sometimes neither. The descendants from our past family ancestry who had a dozen children relied on a few of those offspring to support them in their late retirement years. We have created a society unrelated to each other not only because of genetic separation, but also mostly because of social deficiencies.

Of all the times in our history, today we need to create a societal structure so that we are all cared for one way or another. The 2By2 project would solve this dilemma by providing social security for all humanity that we have for so long ignored in our evolution. Our seniors are fast increasing in percentage of the population, which is approximately 15 to 20%. Many are living in third world conditions in the developed counties and the rest are barely surviving in the third world and developing countries. We all need to interact with the rest of the world population on a level of humanity and start building a future where we all benefit equally, at least at a basic level of existence.

Do we have anything better to do? Once we achieve this situation of providing for ourselves at the basic necessities in life, maybe we will be welcome by God/ET in elevating us to the next level of conciseness in this vast inner and outer space. Let us hope that they are just waiting for us with their noninterference for humanity to start in a direction with some glimmer of hope with proper ideas and solutions.

Chapter 14a: The Plant for Food, Medicine, Clothing & Materials
14a: Industrial Hemp

Industrial Hemp is a product that has been around for centuries, and even known to go back thousands of years. In the early part of the twenty-first century, a little after the first war, companies in the agricultural and chemical sectors started using Universities for their research toward their grand plan. This was the start of the industrial control that the pharmaceutical corporations have over our foods and medicines today. Around the 1930s, North America and some World Governments decided to ban this beneficial natural plant for a few odd and profitable reasons. Some of the stories being alleged, are that to have aggressive soldiers, alcohol would be better than having semi-passive armies using smokeable hemp, as well, the cotton, chemical, forest, oil and other industries wanted their product to dominate the world markets. Chemical companies also lobbied for the use of cotton and other crops that needed insecticide and pesticide in their use, whereas Industrial Hemp is a plant that uses very little if any pesticides or insecticides in its agricultural growth. Yes, I.H. would be competitive with many goods on the market, and as of a few years ago, industrial hemp had 30,000 registered commercial products. This product would compete with the fuel oil, foods, medical industries and many other industrial materials.

Since around the mid nineties, multinational research industries have been experimenting and promoting aggressively with the genes in seeds called GMO, (Genetically Modified Organism). This can sometimes be called Genetically Modified Foods or GE, (Genetically Engineered). This didn't have to be a negative innovation, but industry again moved too fast and got too greedy. For years they have been pushing forward and making our choices without our consultation. A few undesirable effects are evolving from these reckless changes to our foods and medicines. When clearly there are natural and alternative remedies at relatively lower costs. Of all these altered genes have not been tested properly in the short term, let alone the long term against allergic reaction. There are also farmers being sued by seed companies for having traces of their GM genes in their crops that have blown across the roads from adjacent farmers who are using Genetically Modified Seeds. The seed industry should be helping farmers, not taking advantage of their innocents, but helping them in the area of promoting diversity in the seed banks.

There are for instance genes from plants and organisms that were inserted into other seeds that some people are or maybe allergic to. Other unwanted results are farmers who are forced to use terminator seeds, which do not produce a next generation crop seed that multinational corporations have purposely manipulated this situation for their control and profit. Some of these costs have been 50% of their profits to acquire and control the seed industry. This effect has devastated the family farms in North and Central America and is now spreading throughout the rest of the planet. Biodiversity of plants and their natural resistance to diseases, pest and insects, have been compromised and are progressively getting worst. Crop rotation and one in four year rest, is one of the most effective ways of revitalizing the soil of the farmland. These research giants are also introducing these natural organic insecticide and pesticide genes into their crop seeds that will be ineffective a few years after they have been introduced, thereby destroying the small organic grower’s use of their natural fighting crop solutions.

This is all about family survival in all areas of independence that industries have seized from a culture of family farming, fishing, and small business stores. The manufacturing of hemp products would be an ideal place to start up small business in a new cultural atmosphere to renew independence from the multinational industry.

The purpose of humanity and personal life is to live in a choice and self-sustained natural environment, and not to be removed from one's farm and controlled and herded to asphalt, sardine-can cities. Everyone needs a purpose in life and losing this way of life, for individuals and families and small businesses that enjoy growing foods and making products for everyone else on this planet is affecting everyone at a spiritual level. Why is it that these multinationals want to take independence away from everyone and make one feel inadequate in this supposedly free world?

Nature has a way of correcting and adjusting by an evolutionary process that takes time to change to the existing life with no side effects. On the other hand, man has manipulated that natural life cycle into a profit making industry. In one hand, industry is creating the desire and then the drug to attempt to cure the much desired addiction, like treating the effects, not the cause.

The key to good health is by keeping our own immune system and body well nourished. These corporate pesticide and insecticide products compromise our physical health and mental conditions. Because of wanting faster and larger growth products to make more money, we are now left with a world health problem out of control. We are also left with a product that is disease laden with diminished nutritional properties and the lack of proper testing and regulations from governments. Industrial hemp is actually a pharmaceutical and agricultural dream plant with only one problem; it would replace many commercial products with low profits for the multinational industry.

The lumber and forest companies could grow industrial hemp and create jobs not loose them. This would solve many of the world problems, from cleaning the air we breathe to replenishing our soil to stabilizing our weather by providing shade and long roots to hold the soil together.

The United Kingdom lifted its ban on hemp, Australia and Canada permitted test plantings and in 1996 the North American Industrial Hemp Council was formed. Commercial Hemp could be a God given gift and an all around food, medicine, clothing, housing, education and future space product and more so the forbidden fruit. One acre of hemp can produce as much fiber as 4 acre of trees and matures in 100 days, opposed to 100 years for trees. It seems it is still a concern today to these large corporations, but the 2By2 would take a 100-year for its transformation, plenty of time for corporation to adjust. Canada now has many farmers growing industrial hemp and produces and exports many byproduct.

Chapter 15a: The Community Computer Club
15a: Open Source Software & Technology

How does one justify free software and technology, and still reward the developers for their innovations and effort. There are many reasons and ways to accomplish these profitable solutions. One way to promote a product is to have the product available free for individual use as a way of advertising and testing, whereas companies would pay in return for their use. This is already in practice and is sometimes termed, for none-commercial use. In other words, pay if you profit. Other ways that companies are profiting is by having a lesser version free for individual use, and the industry uses the more added featured product. There has been a movement growing that is making operating systems and application programs freely available for personal use and for none profits organizations. These are developed not necessarily to make a profit, but just to have their software used by anybody that wants to use them, and they are quality applications and at par with others. Cost of the hardware is expensive enough, let alone paying repeatedly for software upgrades. Again we should be living in a world where we share goods and services with each other, and not take advantage of one's neighbor.

If one takes the time, one can find anything one need’s on the Internet, such as Genealogy/Ancestral programs for compiling one's family information (LDS). This genealogy program is just as good, if not better, than the programs for which one pays. There are operating systems software for computer that is developed by a dozen companies called Linux, which has many versions and flavors to choose from. There are many original commercial CD applications that one can get from friends or computer clubs that have upgraded to newer versions that would be available at a relatively low cost or even free.

A good way of sharing information is by being involved in one's community. Some of the trends are seniors getting involved in computers and communicating with their grandchildren. There are also local computer forums and workshops on hardware and software being held on a monthly basis.

We are now at a point with our personal computers and software technology where most of the people who enjoy computers and their applications are using them. The numbers of people who have to use and want to be involved in computers in the industrialized world is around 50%, and vary greatly in their uses. There will always be a large portion of the population, young and old, who will never want to use these intimidating machines.

We are on the threshold of a communications leap to miniaturization, and increase function in the area of artificial intelligent toward a personalized assistant. There will be many existing computers and software that will linger around for a few decades that will be obsolete. This means that what we now have will be sufficient for many people in their usages for many years to come. Much of this old machinery will be inexpensive or available relatively free.

The intelligence of the new computer technology will inspire innovative ideas in communication on the level of increasing IQ of the emerging thinking machines. One will be able to teach their artificially intelligent software how to organize, search and structure areas of ideas to suit an individual’s needs and adventurous project. This will all be done by active voice communication and interaction by multiple choices and decision-making, to suit its creator. This would be like in the way we teach our children on a yes or no and good or bad basis in the observable physical world of choices. Instead, the artificial intelligence will have a library of information on the net with the direction of its teacher towards good or bad intentions. If we think that we are now having difficulty resolving ethical issues on cloning humans, wait until we start discussing the moral implications of artificial intelligence. The difficulty may arise from self-thinking and total control of many areas of the planet. One could surmise a world developed and divided between good and bad, and one would only have to choose between the two societies to live in.

Chapter 15b: The Community Computer Club
15b: Teaching & Learning

One way to be educated in a learning environment from young to old, is first to be skilled on how to be attentive and what to pay attention to. A course on how to grasp key points and one's visualization should be part of an educational process from the start of being taught at any learning institution. Reading materials on any topic should be available for reference at the moment of teaching, and for later reinforcement. Normally it takes repetitiveness in one way or another to have an imprint on one's memory. Concentrating instead of just listening and not absorbing the moment may be difficult with one’s busy mind on other concerns and is another lesson in itself.

As an example, when someone says the topic is on animals, many categories pop up, domestic, wild, and pets, to name a few. It is also how the instructors are conveying the information, which makes and drives the point across to the heart of the subject. Life is always a two-way marriage, teaching and learning.

It is the young that we have to educate by showing a different way in life. As we grow older we tend to be involved in our own needs and wants, thereby ignoring responsibilities outside one’s made up world. Being concerned on issues that don't directly affect us is not a priority in the overall picture of one’s reality. It is very different for many in making choices on the cost of living against affordability and what's good for oneself and the planet earth. Children today are being taught on the results of our mismanagement of our ecology, and shown no real choices. We should teach our offspring how to live better, like what one could do to stay healthy, such as eating fruits and vegetables as compared to consuming fast foods that is processed and far less nutritional for one’s body and mind. Courses on nutrition should be implemented in our schools and the attention brought to the repeated advertisements of junk food that is poisoning our children and without the fear of retaliation from industry. We still have many corporations that are still abusing their power in directing goods and services and profiting from neglect towards human, animal and plant life. The greater part of the entire planet as a living organism needs to be respected because of its limitation of recuperation, and most importantly for human survival.

A comparison example to a closed representation of the planets environment would be a 2,000 person, self-sufficient dome habitat. The 2By2 model is a 330 m diameter or approximately 1,000 m circumference domed habitat construction that is self-supporting. If you had people in this closed habitat that started using gas operated machinery and neglected sanitary habits inside the structure, over time life would begin to get uninhabitable. If there were not enough plant life to filter and clean the air and the water was not being filtered efficiently, and if there wasn't sufficient protection from the sun, then everything would start deteriorating. Today, we know that if we keep polluting all areas of life on this planet, that recovery will be impossible for our children at present and in the future to correct.

Before man started aggressively populating the planet, around 2,000 years ago, nature had regulated the natural balance of life in all respects from organisms to animals and the weather. As man progressed in the last few thousand years, the thought of negative consequences towards the environment did not register as being a problem. This is what is exponentially happening now on our planet with many turning a blind eye. Is it now time for all of us to learn and teach from our unbiased solutions for our evolutionary survival.

Chapter 16a: Science & Spirituality
16a: Being the Same in the End – Knowledge

If physical human life stems from procreation of two physical beings, a man and a woman, then have they transferred the extended self, or is oneself a fragmented spirit from the collective conscious of God/Spirit/Nature?

Dualistic self may be a gradual awareness from a physical fight or flight of primitive man to the dualistic conscious spiritual self, Matter and Mind. The human race is arriving at a point in evolution to yet another step in awareness to a higher dimensional self, and of being all three, a triadic self, and adding the third, the Spirit awareness.

How do we explain permanent existence of our self-creating evolution and discourage suicide and abuse of one's unfortunate life. By at least having a basic lifestyle provided for all people on this planet, may alleviate the pain and guilt to a better life. Wealth is not what should make life living for, but goals, participation and happiness in a sharing atmosphere. Maybe the essence of a common goal to strive for would at least content us with a simple life that we have lost in our complicated lifestyles.

Coming across unique information is always interesting in our advancement and direction for our near and far away future. One particular project that was being aired on a talk show on the Internet and radio stations is where any knowledge on any topic can be acquired. It was about the physical time change of a 10 to 12 centimeter spherical field area which created a balanced field using three key components to this apparatus, a revolving magnet field, a gaseous substance and lasers. Results of their experiments were acquired by placing mechanical and electronic clocks inside and outside the field area. What they demonstrated was a range of a 13% retardation of time to 300% time rate acceleration. They also demonstrated the effect on a living organism, successfully accelerating and retarding the germination and growth of plant seedlings. Now the implication of this work is towards the possibility of preserving organs for transplant, accelerating organisms for research, growing foods and possibly past and future time travel. Some of the funds for this particular research project are coming from government and the private sectors. The possibilities are boundless if one takes the time to ponder. There is now so much science that is evolving and overlapping into the spiritual world that we are now learning or experiencing in our evolutionary society as a whole. The spiritual world may end up just being a higher form of science that we are just experiencing from our research.

Life is all about letting go and learning by returning the reins to ones higher self and following our natural path. We seem to be struggling in our forward movement towards our personal desires and if we just ask instead of demand, life would be more generous to us as individuals and humanity as we evolve into the future. Once we start communicating at a higher and appropriate level, our existence would be more obliging to our survival. The knowledge to be gained by cooperating with oneself within reason would enrich us without asking anything in return.

Many people forever torture themselves by pushing everything and others around them, just to gain an edge with no lasting substance. When nature works in harmony for oneself, all life gets attached throughout the universe, ready to answer and submit to any request at a moments thought.

Bringing the spirit out of science into everyday life is what Nature and God is now co-creating with humanity. Humanity will continue from the agricultural, industrial and technological age to a higher being of spiritual life to changing creation itself. Whichever life is good or bad, humanity will evolve to profoundly change us. Whether as individuals or as the collective world around us, we have to think of life as a continuing spiritual process. By having an experience in this physical world gives us a way that we might appreciate life more than we now do for our continued growth.

There is a great difference between organized religion and the universal nature of spirituality that we needs to acknowledged for all of us to awaken to a different reality.

Chapter 16b: Science & Spirituality
16b: Communications

Many people in their lifetime have a difficult time judging the reality we live in, from fiction to the lies and the paranormal. Even science is a constant change and exhibits a fantastic possible future. Many wonder about the truthfulness of what we are being told, and the scope of the true information being kept from us as human beings. Who would be the keepers of those secrets or protectors of the truth from our ignorance? Is it for their exclusive benefit that we are being kept in the dark, is it the Governments, Religions or the god's/ET's themselves that are insecure. Yes, this seems like a farfetched statement that only time and our future will tell.

While doing research on the Internet, one web site had quite an appeal and has been quite informative to say the least, has audio files from their talk show that also airs live every night, called Coast-to-Coast A.M. This program might be controversial to about 80% of the population, but has matured greatly from their early development. Their topics range from government secret projects, science innovation, genetic manipulation of foods and people, to alien abductions and religion. The guests that appear on this show are scientists that report innovations and police that have observed UFO’s, to government workers telling it all. The callers that call in asking questions and making their own statements and observations have an interesting disclosure of information with the host of the show and the guests for the night on their specific topic. Some of the specifics are high atmospheric experimental chemical spraying, crop circles, secret societies, the paranormal and everyday life.

One cannot dispute that there are pranksters that do call in, but even these are interesting and entertaining. To name a few, a headless chicken that was kept alive for four years by feeding it through the open neck passage, and the bottomless pit, which was ten feet across and the homeowner kept throwing garbage into it, like fridge's and tires, and then let a rope down for thousands of feet. On a serious note, there are many informative conversations on a wide range of topics; one only has to judge the difference of truthful knowledge from fiction.

Television has been an entertainment and an educational tool that has been in existence in the industrialized world for the masses since the early 1950s. The TV is the most influential object that we have to convey good or bad information. There was a survey done on 70 well-know cartoon movies to see how often violence showed up in the length of the film. All 70 films exhibited at least three violent scenes. Our children have been viewing these animated cartoons for all these past years, with not much notice to their gruesome exhibitions. There is a larger problem plaguing society today, mainstream TV, viewed from our armchairs and couches, the violence on the tube that is a hundred times more severe. Just looking at the list of programs in the television guide will show repeatedly two words being used, murder and killing. For some reason this attracts people’s attention to watch these gross programs. After a while, one gets tired of the repeated plots and different ways of killing people. We have created an addictive style type society that is varied and difficult for many to step away from.

There are a few programs on the television that do educate the senses and spirit, nature shows, which exhibits parks and animal life in their natural habitat. This is excellent to have on while doing something else around the home. Soon to come are walled picture TVs and weather channels, which are a form of continuous television. There are very good history movies that do have violent areas, but this is part of our heritage. We should be promoting and showing more science and innovation and documentaries how thing were discovered and manufactured. Even going into more administration service and manufacturing areas of business of potential jobs for the young, would be beneficial. There are a few excellent channels, but more are needed, for instance, Discovery Channel, How They Do That, etc. Even many none-fiction story lines are informative to a plausible future. These educational shows do not make as much money as aggressive, fast-action entertainment. Yes, they say we are giving our young people exactly what they want, just like cigarettes, gambling and drugs. It's the advertising, more so, that makes the difference in what they do or do not do. It is to be hoped soon, selective TV information will be available by searching the libraries for film documentaries just like our searchable dictionaries and encyclopedias. This would be for better selective choices, and not forced television. This selective Internet information might be the avenue for this new future digital television.

We need to communicate to each other on all levels of consideration, even if it sounds bazaar, weird or different from our belief from our own limited knowledge.

Chapter 16c: Science & Spirituality
16c: The Secret Controlling Societies

Ever since the dawn of human civilization, people tend to have certain visible groups in charge of the larger population. There is also a rooted behavior of having a more secretive subgroup working in the background, with somewhat of a more senior controlling authority. These organized establishments have different motivating factors, whether that is for money or power for the controlled groups, or it may be for organized religious purposes or corporate control.

But never has this controlling of recourses and withholding of knowledge for the potential advancement existed for the betterment of humanity, been needed more so now in our history. Whether their agendas are for the short or the long-term purpose, it has not worked for obvious reasons that are inherently visible to all, with the imbalance in the world today, especially with the necessities needed for human survival and the planet's biosphere. If there was ever a willing way to direct society in a positive direction so that all would benefit, it has never been said or even attempted to inform the people, but only by a few brave individual souls and groups who have tried in vain which have been ignored. We have a limited social belief system coming from the mainstream news and academic information that people listen to and read and do not search any deeper for true global knowledge and universal truth. People would like to live in a world where they rely on the integrity of their governments, corporations and especially religions, but there past track records depict deceitfulness at their higher level of control.

Most of these secret societies are rooted from the ancient past and monarchies of the present and powerful wealthy people. These influential individuals and groups control many segments of society regarding money, resources and people. There is also the area of secret technology that is only shared among the few in control to hold back a free and less labor intense type social lifestyle. Some think that they are performing a service to humanity, and others are just in for their benefits and close associates of friends and family, yet many others are just protecting the status quo. If we all profess to be doing good for all people in the world, why are so many still pleading for help, like they have been for centuries and centuries more to come if we continue in our present agenda?

To be specific about corporate-governments, which is just a front to a deeper agenda of having the populace obedient to conforming to the needs of the few and not necessary for the good of all the population.  Even commercialized religion has their ideals of looking good on the outside, when abuse of monies and control of people are visible, especially of many promises of a better life to come. These religions and governments go back to roman times with dominance and control with more secrecy of taking over the reins. Many individual enter these establishments with good intentions, only to find an old boys club, and come up against a top-heavy bureaucracy that is set in their old ways.

There are yet many that have a good agenda for humanity as a collective equal and are working to aid towards a better futuristic outcome. Some of this direction may be coming from other physical and spiritual levels. Not all secretive associations are self-centered within their groups, but do have a pure motive that we cannot comprehend to what is looming and to be reveled by a higher spiritual understanding. Physical life may be painful, but everlasting spiritual evolution is rewarding to all who stay aware.

If ever there was a time to make restitution and make everything and everyone a path in the right direction, study these words and you will find the answers.

Chapter 17a: Our Natural World
17a: Physiology

Life itself, apart from human beings, which is everything else that sustains and challenges our very existence, is alive at many different levels of survival? That is the earth we walk on that feeds us, the water we drink that we are 75% made of, the air that we breathe is the spirit of life, and the space in between that we haven't explored yet. How can we ignore and abuse what we are attached to, and made of? How can we keep ignoring our destruction, and neglect the beauty of nature that is a living organism itself, which is a symbioses relationship that we have with earth. Earth and humanity cannot survive without each other at this time in its history, but is now capable of creating a paradise, benefiting both and reflecting a goodness and greatness for all to see at all level of truth.

We have been conditioned by religion and schooling for a better life, whether that is the life after bodily death or the one we now live. Religion seems to preach of a just and everlasting paradise, yet nothing is thought of respecting nature, the God part of this life. Governments and their education also teach a destructive lifestyle, which is to make as much money as one can and to keep up with the neighbors and not worry about the destructive path that awaits us. This devastating lifestyle is now starting to be noticed by proponents who, in the past, denied any physiological changes in human behavior and any regard toward their living planet.

It is obvious that the reasons that our planet and ecology is in such a mess is that those in control are the ones that are responsible, or should we say irresponsible. This would include Governments, Multinational Corporations, Organized Religion, and let us not forget present day Unions. Yes, we are all responsible for protecting our own turf and in not letting anybody get ahead edge wise and in ignoring the wrongs towards increasingly selfishness and never being satisfied with what we now have. Can we not be content with a common lifestyle, if so, by theoretically calculating all the resources in the world, it would average everyone a million dollar windfall, more or less? The 2By2 project could be a safeguard between a balance functioning formulas towards a just society for everyone’s basic needs.

We have a cancer that is festering and we are telling ourselves we are going to have a good time while we are still able and alive. We don't seem to care if part of our bodily earth is diseased and the disease is spreading. We all say, someone else will fix it and clean it up. We use so many excuses in our denials, that we can't feel the pain or even see the wounds.

The answer again is so simple, and that we can't even visualize it through our boredom. The main solution is like; let's do something to change our direction to our present futuristic outlook. Let us study and implement the OneWorld Solution 2By2 project or use someone else’s solution that is better.

How does one change the whole industry and mindset of a culture of excessive use and wants instead of needs? One area of concern is that about half of the commercials at primetime are all about different kinds of drugs one can take to make one well. This should be telling us that we live in a sick world and in more than one way. Do we reeducate ourselves or do we slowly change with minimal notice just like the industries and governments have done? They have conditioned and controlled society through the mainstream media, which does not report on anything unless it conforms to government and industry standards of discloser. This is done to get us to want and buy the products and services that were created to feed the market economy to enrich the few, not the many. This enrichment for the few is in a form of monetary gain at the cost of natural resources that are more than 50% depleted and contaminated.

We now have to inform people of the true status of our physiology regarding our behavior towards each other and our environment. We need to explain that everything is in a continual living process and that we are all part of the whole aspect if life, affecting its parts and eventually its totality, could be good or dire to our existence. Ecologically we are traveling on the wrong path and need to change our ways with the least economic impact and social disruption. The 2By2 would solve all these problems with little discomfort, if any, and improve the social structure to benefit everyone in the short and long term, especially our living planet and all its symbiotic counterparts.

Chapter 17b: Our Natural World
17b: Social Planning

Advertising for profit for all our goods and services, whether for bad or good intentions, are mostly done by businesses. Governments should spend some of our monies aggressively, in promoting social correctness like corporations do for their products and profits. The advertisement that is being done by governments that was demanded by the people is not very perceptible. For instance, advertisement should start with our young children towards their physical and social development of the negatives and addiction of smoking tobaccos; alcohol and gambling, illegal concocted drugs and even legal pharmaceuticals drugs which are all difficult to give up in one’s later years. The importance of attending school, peer awareness and family planning for their latter years is also part of a long successful life. The problem is that our children and young adults are getting mixed messages that are being put forward by government, businesses and adults about the world they live in and the difficult decisions they have to make. One area is when one starts switching channels on the television, one can’t avoid violent scenes and aggressive advertisement.  The older people are having a difficult time keeping up with these flashing irritating ads that most times, don’t make sense.

Our governments seem to be catering to and more for profit-lobbyists, corporations and multinationals, and less for the taxpaying voters. But voters still seem to vote for the same old governments; so not to change the status quo, but most times the choices is no different from one to the other. It seems that the upper half of the well to do social scale is keeping the lower half of society from progressing to a better lifestyle or even having the basic necessities in life. We can call this mid scale, the average wage around one's living area. In Winnipeg, MB, this is around 34,000 per year, per person, one could calculate, for an average area wage, the percentage of people below or above this mid scale. To estimate at those numbers, it would be sixty fourty, below and above the mid-scale, respectfully.

How do we teach to moderate our life style, that to evolve and mature is not all materialistic wealth and religion, but as well naturalistic to all living life? When is possession and control enough of a satisfaction? Would it not be better to share through community involvement? Let’s take an example; tilling the garden or cutting the grass, this could be a shared tool in ones community, less cost to equipment and having local repairpersons interacting in one's immediate area.

We could build a better societal structure, but there seems to be a resistance from industries and governments to keep the status quo. One area of independence from outside ones locality would be to be in control of one’s utility works. This would involve water, sewer system, electricity, gas, and air quality and the roadway system. There would have to be national standards kept up. One strong area of possible revenue could be from generating one’s own electricity with wind turbines and photovoltaic solar cell for one’s community. This would be harnessing relatively clean power from the wind and sun. Helping and cooperating in ones community in a social and economic manner would benefit all residents, regardless of their income. Any excess energy could be redirected back onto the electrical grid to balance out high and low demands. Water quality could be monitored closely to assure safe drinking standards and possible contamination from rural areas. Air quality is another critical area where many issues are being debated on health related problems.

All this uncertainty on health, affects the social environment of individual and the entire community’s well being, just like if one individual in a home is not venting their concerns and wellness would affect the rest of the household. The same would be true in a community on issues of social and physical imbalances. We have to work together to achieve a fairer living standard for everyone’s needs, locally and globally.

Chapter 17c: Our Natural World
17c: Balance

Life itself is made up of two opposite opponents, and the degree of dominance is what rules the controlling energy, which may be called silly putty. One side or the other cannot totally win and abolish his better half. In other words, the negative and positive need each other to survive. We can also include the idea of bad and good and arrive at a balance away from their extremes. If we were to compromise our way in life and mediate our differences and equalize a peaceful settlement, then and only then would we evolve to our future oneness, just as long as we are not hurting anybody in life, or taking advantage of any person or creating a deceptive situation towards a negative outcome?

To visualize an understanding of the duality we are playing with, we can use the letter (V). This would represent the separating lines that some of us move away from, in our normal survival, starting at the bottom of the V and continuing up the arms to represent the extremes that we seem to favor over the other. The one arm would signify the good and positive things in society and its extremes. The other arm would signify the bad and the negative and as well it's extremes in the opposition of the positive. One is given many choices to what and how one directs one’s life. We do have laws of choice that we call democracy, and in addition, common sense.

Nutrition in what we eat, drink, breath and feel in life are what sustains us, whether we live indoors or outdoors. Too much of a good thing can destroy our lives and everything that we cherish and cling to. Like the sun, it can keep us warm or overwhelm us, which can be an example to everything that surrounds our lives. Controlling our cravings from desires, pleasures and needs is something we have to learn to control out of habit. Once we have learned to adjust our choices as we age, then we may be ready for a better selections of a more thoughtful reality and actuality.

Nature itself has arrived at a balance for us to enjoy her beauty and all her abundant life-giving food and safety. It is up to us to harvest and control, without misuse, what has been offered to us by whatever name you call your God. How do we educate ourselves that there is a limit to what and to how much is enough in our abuse of our recourses and environment? We now live in a global village where everything we do affects us all equally and we need to care for each other to neutralize these negative consequences from our abusive actions.

A few generations from now we will look back and see the depletion of resources and realize how barbaric we have been and know who to blame, and who to praise for speaking out against the giants of industry, government, religion and unions. Are we like a child that needs discipline, or do we try to negotiate our plundering? We have been a fragmented world of countries and cultures, and have now arrived as one collective people on a dying planet. It is time to settle our differences and move on in our evolution in being good stewards and humanitarians to each other.

Is the United Nation and NATO the answer to keeping our balance in directing our future as of this present time? Only if we keep being supportive to the United Nations as a collective body and not support a few countries that want to be in charge, for want of power.

Chapter 17d: Our Natural World
17d: Science

Constant change, this is the art of scientific study, discovering new ways of seeing and improving an ever changing world structure, as opposed to religion that stagnates and defends its territory that it has made steadfast. What we can learn from this statement is that getting there is all the fun, contrary to being there, which seems dry and repetitive.

Everything we do has some kind of science-based adventure to it, whether that is a child discovering itself and its surroundings or Albert Einstein himself trying to figure out the universe. They are not so different in their pursuit of life and knowledge. If you take the adventure out of life, and are just given an Eden paradise to live in, you take life itself out of living without a struggle. We need to build our Elysium paradise together and being self-creative in our future destiny. There are many ways of getting to Camelot, and we all have a path of our own that could take us there, but if we help each other, we can show everyone a way and especially for those who get mislead along the way.

There is so much out there waiting for us, even more so in this physical world and lifetime of ours. The depth of clarity that we need to adjust in our reasoning is just a matter of knowing. There is not just a physical world out there, but also a mental comprehension of seeing with our hearts and a collective molding of our future. Once we secure everyone's future, we do not have to worry about carrying such a burden that we now have in taking care of the needy and the less fortunate.

All the science that is needed to implement the 2By2 project now exists, as well as the workforce that is willing to partake in their future. All that is required is a direction and leadership from all of us. This is not about having any one person in charge, which is preposterous to think about. Having an individual in control of a planet in need shouldn’t even be considered, but should be a collective of many people and a chosen effort by all of humanity. Nature itself does not have any specific area dominating and in control of evolution, but an accumulated choice, from which a new and improved selection is better than the old one.

There are a few recent innovations that are being discovered and experimented with in respect to their nonpolluting free energy potential. One area of research is cold fusion where they are getting out more energy than they put in, out of a heavy water solution. Another is hydrogen, a clean fuel product for running vehicles, homes and business. This is extracted from water by separating hydrogen and oxygen ending up with gaseous hydrogen. Others are compressed air motors for use in lightweight city vehicles, roof shingles made of photovoltaic solar cells and windmill turbines that are 230 feet tall. The science and technology is all out there waiting for us to implement into our creative needs. It has all been discovered and basically developed, but sadly being held back by the industry until we use all none-renewable resources. This has been a destructive practice for some time and bad for our health and the environment, but good for business and their profits. The problem in society is that the old way of doing business has outlived itself to a destructive means and hopefully not to an end to us all. Too few individuals and the wrong people are in charge, thereby destroying our very lives, where it should be all the people in the world equally in control to a progressive end.

Chapter 18a: Volunteering For All
18a: Not Living A Repetitive, TV Life

Our existence itself is somewhat of a habit, and controlled moderation is what sets us apart from our addictive withdrawals. Saying enough and no is always difficult when one still has money in one's pockets, and being tempted and having desires sometimes leads to regret one's action and restitution. The daily cycle starts from the moment one wakes up in the morning, from toiletry to eating, attending school, working or being retired. For someone to break that cycle, whether one is being productive in life or not, would be a struggle. Laziness and taking advantage of the system is no excuse to burden the rest of society. We all have our own appetites to control, good and bad.

We need to create shows of our diverse cultures to view the differences in our lives regarding our struggles, creativity and riches and especially how we can physically share these diversities. Also changing and improving our old way of producing programs to entertain ourselves should make us want to venture out and experiment instead of being glued to our televisions and games.

Most of us do not get the opportunities or early guidance in self-motivation towards a career in our lives. We either have to find that spark within us, or be guided towards choices that we may have in life. Habits are mostly a lack of choices to some degree. Some people are content in living a simplistic lifestyle that has many daily repetitive tasks. Yet others resort to aggressive behavior out of boredom or lack of better things to do and enjoy, but the best motivator may be the struggle in surviving life itself.

Today, life in the industrialized world is made relatively easy to anyone who takes advantage of its social system, in times of need. There are many people all over the world who envy the support system that the richer countries have to provide for their less fortunate. Yet, many take advantage of these government programs that provides basic needs to anyone that requests the help, whereas many have paid all their lives to the system and should not feel guilty for their hard times. Some individuals get attached to the routine and stagnate for years in a simplistic lifestyle that does not demand too much of an effort on their part and regrettably towards their spiritual evolution.

Some may say that the 2By2 project would replace, accelerate, and provide everyone with this free basic need and misuse it, but it would be better to provide everyone with their basic necessities than letting people suffer and starve to death. Again, it’s the lack of creative things to do in our lives, not the lack of boring things to do in life, that’s missing. People themselves will make that choice if the opportunities are there. There will always be a segment of the population that will live their lives in a way that some would not agree with. Whether you spend your time lavishly or simplistically and meaningful, it is all a matter of preference to oneself. Given choices, most people will venture out and experience life to their own desires, once the struggle for one’s basic needs are acquired. Freeing people from a long life of hardship for one’s necessities in life should be part of our future evolution, globally and individually.

Chapter 18b: Volunteering For All
18b: Building Our Future

Building for tomorrow should be done by helping and funding more money towards non-profit groups and their projects for all life toward the support of our evolutionary future. If we are to support the 2By2 project, then it should be above the support that we now give to other support groups. We do not want to transform help from one group to another and leave a void. Life normally adjusts itself in any process and in good thinking as it progresses along its way.

We first have to have the realization that there is something wrong in the way we are directing our future, not as individuals, but as a global society as a whole. Most of us can't see past our own neighborhood that seems so organized and pretty. The repetitive suffering we see in the news and documentaries in faraway places has desensitized and turned us all off from their pains.

We all breathe the same air, drink the same water and relatively eat the same food that is getting contaminated from our nearsighted neglect. The choices that we have today are getting far and few between for our physical and mental health. We are being squeezed into a standard mould, fabricated by industry's view of their future of profit and greed. Nature itself has been more generous in the past with its diversity of choices. It is hoped that it’s not too late for us to change our ways.

At this moment or at the time you are reading this book, the 2By2 project may have started at its own right time, but if not, we all have to make an effort to help its beginning. There are so many areas and ways to help that the very start could be in one's own community by talking to people, showing them the 2By2 book, and printing out the introduction paper. This would give all the information that is needed for now in being inspired and by its implication for a better world.

There are community clubs that could be directly involved in this project; there would also be businesses that may contribute towards its start in one's own community, without advertisements, tax credits or fanfare. Government officials may also be interested and provide suggestions in cooperative ways. Religion and unions may also be prepared to participate in various ways, but most of all we need to form unbiased starter groups, to expand into larger village communities, and eventually a 2By2 planetary solution for all humanity and beyond. Again the 2By2 is about what we have in common, food, medicine, shelter, education, local transportation, organization and space.

While reading these pages I hope I have inspired you. Nothing is ever easy in life, but our difficulties now and the more to come is nothing in comparison to how we can help each other and to what we can all accomplish together. If we could all visualize this promised paradise and create its reality now by everyone and whoever in the past has mention it since the beginning of time in our rituals and religion. It is out of nature that this paradise is to be built in its physical form and a sense of goodness from our spiritual self that life will evolve to an everlasting future.

Chapter 18c: Volunteering For All
18c: Evolving Into A. Higher Being

How can there be a limit to our consciousness perceiving self, if there is no limit to the universe or the infinite smallness of atomic life? We are evolving to the next stage in our humanity, and in need of a thoughtful direction. If evolution would start again, it would take the same course and end up where we are today. The course is from primitive to agricultural, then industrial, informational, humanitarian and hopefully not the end, spirituality. We don't have to be like angles that have a pure heart to do good for others and never considering oneself. Life should not necessarily be about absolute obedience and never experience the joys of self-satisfaction but should be more so in helping all life in its struggles.

Evolving into a higher being is more than we can imagine at this present stage in our lives. By limiting our knowledge by those who only want society to see within their books of science and religion, shields and stagnates society from new ideas and advancement. Life itself is always evolving and being formed by our very own spirit of dreams and wishes for all to see. These are only limitations within one's world, like innocent children that have to shed their new spirit for their parents and teachers and clergy’s representation of a less vibrant world. If we cease to move in our progression towards new realms, we will not develop a higher self, which is all part of our spiritual God.

Most of us have a difficult time understanding spirituality and the evolution to a higher self, let alone meditation and turning in to our inner God. It seems that all we need to do is relax and appreciate and respect life itself. This is an acknowledgment that everything is alive, and every living thing can aid in our evolution by our feeding on its life-giving positive energy, instead of struggling toward negative flows which will vibrate against us in small and large ways. If we think of everything as being just as alive as we are and deserving of its own existence, then all that we respect will work for you and with you.

It may sound like an atom has life giving consciousness like us, but also it's collective particles have much more universal awareness than we can imagine with our current understanding.

Chapter 19a: What Problems the 2By2 May Solve
19a: Possible Solutions

If we can visualize the OneWorld Solution 2By2 working, what would be its possible solutions that we could perceive today in bettering society for the future? What would it accomplish and alleviate from our painful world that so many are crying out in search of answers. Only if we all know the questions, can we understand the answers and solution to our potential evolution, only then can we move ahead and out of our childish and irresponsible behaviors.

The start and final elimination of starving and malnutrition people all over the planet that we so desperately need to correct in our evolution to a higher humanity.

Creating a universal medicine foundation for all people on the planet, starting with specific drugs that would help most people in need.

Shelter allowance for everyone on the planet, whether one is rich or poor, because every one contribute, so everyone benefits.

Supplying education material for all individuals in the world, from the young to the elderly for the knowledge in communication and employment in society.

Local transportation that is freely available to everyone on the planet for work and personal use, for whatever reason one may need the service, as well to reduce pollution and congestion.

Giving society a future to build with the 2By2 solution by alleviating the boredom and stagnation that we now live with by creating self-sustained dome habitat structures for the elderly all over the planet. Thereby creating innovation for the young here on planet earth and beyond the stars in space.

Creating a world where people live and enjoy life, which their first goal should be in helping people and the planet and not necessarily for the market economy, where competition and taking advantage of each other, is law.

Transferring from a gas and diesel fuel market economy for our cars and homes and building to a hydrogen fuel economy to reverse the process of the polluted air that we now breathe.

Start teaching proper nutrition, especially to the young to correct the disease and ailments that now affect a large percentage of the world population.

Reverse the abuse of the oceans that are being over fished and polluted by what is flowing out of the estuaries and dumping of garbage.

The mass replanting of trees all over the planet to correct our quality of air and the means for the planet to naturally control the weather concerning temperature control for shade cooling and oxygen production and filtering.

An eventual transformation of our society to a noncompetitive market social structure, which may take approximately 100 years or so.

The exploration of inner and outer space where all people on our planet earth would be involved.

Chapter 20a: The Start
20a: Making it Happen

Winnipeg has always been a good testing ground for innovations and ideas. We have our extreme weather, from a hot 40c above 0, to a cold 40c below 0. There are three main starting areas in beginning this process.

The Ancestral/Genealogy is a $2.00 memorial site on the Web to people who have lived and those who are presently living. A volunteer group would start and manage a web site putting together a server database.  Administrators from each family would input family information that would be kept updated by their future generations. $2 would be donated for each family member that would be submitted for the preservation of the database. Half of the interest from the $2 would be spent on the maintenance of the genealogy database. The other half of that interest would go towards continuing the project for R&D and building a dome prototype, a 2,000-person senior’s home.

The organization of community involvement, and 2,000-person intentional village communities in existing neighborhoods and their $2 project, could be implemented. While the ancestral and R&D part of the 2By2 project is progressing, there would be organizing groups starting to promote the idea of having 2,000 Person Villages Communities around local schools and seniors homes. Presentations and strategies would have to be produced to introduce the concept to the public and the interest of a larger population would have to be developed before any implementation is started.

Living domes, for senior citizen retirement homes that are self-sustainable enclosed habitats and managed by younger seniors. As the research and development is underway, a small concept model could be assembled to show its workings. A computer simulation of the 2By2 dome could also be viewed on the Internet and show its function. An open forum for a better evolutionary future could be talked about and debated with the World Wide Web and computer technology. There would be many volunteers wanting to help once everyone understands the OneWorld Solution 2By2 Project as a possible universal remedy.

This is an outline of key areas and solutions, for the OneWorld Solution 2By2 project.

Flooding the markets with numerous $2s in a structured and fair manner so everyone benefits equally towards ones basic needs, and for survival of all life on our planet.

The world population would stabilize by providing everyone social and economic security, like the developed western nations achieved in their population decline and their success in economic social structure and personal security.

Creating 2,000 person village communities around existing schools and senior homes in cities and towns.

Starting a seven-step basic necessity project starting with food, medicine, education, shelter allowance, free local transportation, meeting structure and space exploration.

Genealogy on the web as a memorial to all of us.

Creating 2,000 person dome villages for the elderly that are self-sustaining in new technology with solar cells covering the dome and a recycling system habitat.

Now I wait for the few and the many to care and help, not only for one, but also for everyone and everything on this planet of ours.

PS. I may have made many errors, but my solutions and reasoning overshadow your uncertainties and doubts.

Quotes

A Quote From the Warning World's Scientific Community

We the undersigned, senior members of the world's scientific community, hereby warn all humanity of what lies ahead. A great change in our stewardship of the earth and the life on it, is required, if vast human misery is to be avoided and our global home on this planet is not to be irretrievably mutilated.

What We Must Do

Five inextricably linked areas must be addressed simultaneously:

We must bring environmentally damaging activities under control to restore and protect the integrity of the earth's systems we depend on. We must, for example, move away from fossil fuels to more benign, inexhaustible energy sources to cut greenhouse gas emissions and the pollution of our air and water. Priority must be given to the development of energy sources matched to third world needs -- small scale and relatively easy to implement. We must halt deforestation, injury to and loss of agricultural land, and the loss of terrestrial and marine plant and animal species.

We must manage resources crucial to human welfare more effectively. We must give high priority to efficient use of energy, water, and other materials, including expansion of conservation and recycling.

We must stabilize population. This will be possible only if all nations recognize that it requires improved social and economic conditions, and the adoption of effective, voluntary family planning.

We must reduce and eventually eliminate poverty.

We must ensure sexual equality, and guarantee women control over their own reproductive decisions.

The developed nations are the largest polluters in the world today. They must greatly reduce their over-consumption, if we are to reduce pressures on resources and the global environment. The developed nations have the obligation to provide aid and support to developing nations, because only the developed nations have the financial resources and the technical skills for these tasks.

Acting on this recognition is not altruism, but enlightened self-interest: whether industrialized or not, we all have but one lifeboat. No nation can escape from injury when global biological systems are damaged. No nation can escape from conflicts over increasingly scarce resources. In addition, environmental and economic instabilities will cause mass migrations with incalculable consequences for developed and undeveloped nations alike.

Developing nations must realize that environmental damage is one of the gravest threats they face, and that attempts to blunt it will be overwhelmed if their populations go unchecked. The greatest peril is to become trapped in spirals of environmental decline, poverty, and unrest, leading to social, economic and environmental collapse.

Success in this global endeavor will require a great reduction in violence and war. Resources now devoted to the preparation and conduct of war amounting to over $1 trillion annually -- will be badly needed in the new tasks and should be diverted to the new challenges.

A new ethic is required -- a new attitude towards discharging our responsibility for caring for ourselves and for the earth. We must recognize the earth's limited capacity to provide for us. We must recognize its fragility. We must no longer allow it to be ravaged. This ethic must motivate a great movement; convince reluctant leaders and reluctant governments and reluctant peoples themselves to effect the needed changes.

The scientists issuing this warning hope that our message will reach and affect people everywhere. We need the help of many.

We require the help of the world community of scientists -- natural, social, economic, political;
We require the help of the world's business and industrial leaders;
We require the help of the worlds religious leaders; and
We require the help of the world's peoples.
We call on all to join us in this task.

A Compassion Prayer

May I be a protector to those without protection
A leader for those who journey
And a lifeboat, a bridge, a passage
For those desiring the further shore

May the pain of every living creature
Be completely cleared away
May I be the doctor and the medicine
And may I be the nurse
For the sick beings in the world
Until everyone is healed

Just like space
And the great elements such as earth
May I always support the life
Of all the boundless creatures

And until they pass away from pain
May I also be the source of life
For all the realms of varied beings
That reach unto the end of space 8

About the author:

I was born on May 8, 1948, in Winnipeg Manitoba Canada, the second of six siblings. I would like to thank my parents Gordon and Alma for having me. This OneWorld Solution 2By2 project started around 1984; early on, I started collecting $2 each from 4 people and stopped, not thinking there had to be more to this world solution in need of change. By 2006 I printed a few books which were available at local book stores, and giving some away to family and friends. Then at the turn of the twenty-first century the ebook world started to come alive and here we are. The world is still in need of help in the worse way if one cares to research. I’m here to help with my book, the OneWorld Solution 2By2 project idea, which will be around longer than I will. Enjoy Life
A picture book version of the OneWorld Solution 2By2 book can be found in an iBooks Author edition.
