I had taken a emergency ride to the hospital by ambulance. I was so incoherent of the medical questions the EMT was asking. My niece handed him my journal and he was amazed how it answered for me, the EMT said " it would be nice if everyone had their information like this". The doctors treated me with no incident and I was sent home. Because of my journal, the doctors knew exactly what to do.
