Diet Hard? No Longer

There are many books out there about Health, Fitness, Weightloss etc. A lot of them just tell you what to do, with little explanation. Without understanding why you have to do something, there is little ‘buy in’ from your brain, and therefore little chance of success.
Other books go into such minute scientific detail that you are in danger of losing weight by virtue of your brain exploding!
