I had walked about seventy five feet, when I came upon something in the middle of the median. There in the light from my flashlight was what appeared to be a human leg. The leg was from mid thigh on down to the foot. It was fully clothed with pants, sock and shoe. It looked like it had been surgically amputated. It looked fake so I had to touch it to be sure it wasn't a joke.
