Poland took delivery of its MiG-15 Fagot directly from the Soviet Union and then licenced- manufactured dual-seat UBT Midget training airplanes most of which were exported back to Russia a number of interesting Lim variants were produced for ground-attack and recce duties as were similar MiG-17PF conversions. Its most prolific variant the ubiquitous MiG-21 again with a number of local types built.
