Ma Petite Rosette
by Tom Williams
In the summer of 1941, war abruptly intrudes into an otherwise peaceful and remote part of German Occupied France. Two British airmen engaged on a top-secret mission, are shot down, landing in the treacherous mud of a bay near La Rochelle. They are rescued by a young farm-worker whose father sets out to help them escape capture accompanied by his daughter who speaks a little English.
