It tells the story of the conversion of three DH Comet Mk 2 airliners to C 2(RC) to replace the Boeing RB-29A. The new-build HS MP Nimrod MR 1 airframe to the Nimrod MR 2 upgrade the Falklands War to ISTAR and Special Forces support work with USN P-3 Orion in the war against terror.
