To become a successful sales person, you need to understand the psychology of sales; the attitudes and behaviours of both customers (buying psychology) and sales people (the psychology of selling).
In order to sell at a higher functioning level, your sales techniques and strategies need to be newer than the device you're reading this on, otherwise, you (and your sales) will be left behind.
