About Geraldine Birch

Geraldine Birch has lived for the past decade in Sedona, Arizona, where City of Refugees takes place. A national award winning columnist for the Sedona Red Rock News, Geraldine intimately knows Sedona—-her various positions have included that of newspaper reporter, public information officer for the City of Sedona, and Assistant to the City Manager for Arts and Culture. She recently moved to a rural area south of Sedona with her husband, Joseph.
