About Sandra Coelho

Popular fiction author and veteran camper, S.L. Coelho, enjoys thrilling readers and scaring them 'just a little'.
She grew up in southern Manitoba, entertaining her younger siblings with tall tales. As she matured, these tales blossomed into written works, which piled up in her school locker.
While employed at the Universities of Manitoba, and British Columbia, her written work attracted the attention of researchers, who requested her assistance in writing grant proposals.
Sometime later, she was cajoled into writing reams of documentation for several manufacturing practices and procedures manuals which were utilized to pass ISO certification. Her most recent responsibilities entailed managing, developing, and delivering a preschool literacy program for ‘at risk’ children.
Her love of books came from her grandparents' small library, where she discovered the vehicle to experience captivating worlds, cultures and experiences. S.L. Coelho resides in beautiful British Columbia with her husband and two youngest children.
She is an unapologetic chocoholic, chai tea consumer, carefree gardener, and a proud member of The Independent Author Network.
