A Letter to Parents About Sex and Your Kids

Adult
Rated 4.67/5 based on 3 reviews
I'm an author of "porn" on the internet, and I have some advice for you about your kids ... and what I write ... and how you might want to take a more active role in the sex lives of your kids.

And they have sex lives, folks. They all do.

You know I'm right ... because you did too.

It's not a long letter. Just read it. It can't hurt anything to read it.

About Robert Lubrican

I grew up in the fifties and sixties, and that is reflected in my books quite often. I spent twenty years in law enforcement, and traveled the world, which also can be seen in my books and stories. While the genre I write in is technically called erotic romance, what I actually write are stories with a plot, which include sexual behavior on the part of the characters. That is because most people's lives include sex and erotic gratification. And, since most people wonder about lifestyles that are sometimes called taboo, or forbidden, I write about them, occasionally too. I believe that two consenting adults know more about their own happiness than anyone else, and that even if they are mistaken, they have the right to make their own choices. I also believe that love is the key to making choices that will not turn out to be mistakes.

It's a great idea. No one I know would probably do it, but it's still a good idea.

Brilliant! All parents should talk this open with their children, my husband and I try to be with ours. We got either nothing or the- "because we said so" or "because of our beliefs" and we want our children to know why.

We've also been open with them because the last thing I want my children to go through, is what I went through.

Thank you for writing this.

Straight talking, sensible, practical advice. This is an excellent essay that should be read by all parents and by all teenagers. Bravo. I'm going to try out your advice with my kids. Thank you.
