Reapers Inc, Brigit's Cross stands out as a wonderful, imaginative post-urban fantasy. But beware although the writing and story-telling is superb the proofreading is beyond lacking to the point of atrocious. That said the penmanship is so superb that it is a simple must read. The idea of the book is wonderful: urban fantasy expands our "real" reality into the world of fae, werewolves, vampires etc., this post-urban fantasy lets us look at the other side of "our" world (hence the post in post-urban, as in post mortem ), i.e. the side the dead are existing on: meet the grim reaper and his helpers, the bailey, etc. and experience a love story on both sides. When I finished I was glad to have at hand the sequels!

I really enjoyed this book and can't wait for the next in what hope willw be a series. I thought the scene between Brigit and Maggie after Mama Dee's service was so sweet and touching. I am now a fan of your writing.

Just wanted to say I enjoyed this book and cannot wait for the next in the series. There are a few editing issues with it but not so bad that it detracts from the the story.
