Extended description

Sadie Townsend is known by all as The Ice Princess and she’s worked hard to earn her reputation. Her father, a now-incarcerated Drug Lord, has kept her under his thumb her whole life and she’s learned enough from living in his world to give everyone the cold shoulder. But one inebriated night, she shows the Real Sadie to the undercover agent she knows is investigating her father, the handsome Hector Chavez, and he knows he’ll stop at nothing to have her.

Hector makes one (huge) mistake; he waits for Sadie to come to him. Tragedy strikes and Sadie’s got a choice, she can retreat behind her Ice Fortress or she can embrace the Rock Chick/Hot Bunch World. Guided by Hector, the Rock Chicks, the Hot Bunch and her new gay roommates, Buddy and Ralphie, Sadie negotiates a life out from under her father’s thumb, a life that includes poison, arson and learning how to make s’mores.

I started the series a bit backwards by reading this book first so it took a bit of while to figure out who everyone is. Now, I absolutely love it! I'm going back to read Indy and Lee's story asap! Plus cannot wait to read Ally's story.

Love all of the Rock Chick Books... story line is consistent with others and its funs to catch up with characters from the previous books. Of course, a strong alpha male.

This Rock Chick is my favourite! Sadie made me cry and laugh. KA develops her beautifully from 'no-one to care if she lives or dies' begining through to her 'Will of F'king Steel' moments. Double H has my heart. These two are brought together wonderfully. The Body Art an excellent touch KA! Utterly Brilliant characters KA! Read it under 24hrs... didn't sleep, hubby thinks I am nuts (probably right!). Have read it again a couple of times..... just love the story. Hope Ally can top Sadie but big shoes fill!

Loved Sadie too..with all of her 'Sadies" LOL This story felt real as in Hector giving her time (after her being violated) before immediately going into intimacy. He was very understanding and patient with her. All of the stories in this series are great...similar, but different. I can't wait for Alie!

Sadie been through so much that the difference in her between start and finish that you really learn to love her. Hector such a tough guys like the rest of the hot bunch, but he is a sweetie underneath. Her blooming under his love and her freedom is awesome to see.

I absolutely loved this book. One of my favorites out of the Rock Girl series. Sadie and Hector were perfect together and the entire supporting story was intriguing. The whole series is worth the investment. You'll want to read them over and over.
