She’s young, hot, and queen of the social scene, but Melanie never thought she’d become an entirely different kind of queen on her nineteenth birthday.

Queen Tianna is what the taxi-driving gnome called her as he drove her home from an epic party, and it’s a title she’d gladly give away if she could. Until she turned nineteen, her life revolved around parties and shopping in her home town Bar Harbour, but now, as Queen Tianna, she is expected to give up her exuberant social life to become ruler and protector of a hidden mystical world. 

Having birth parents that aren’t even human, much less normal (although honestly, whose parents are normal??), doesn’t exactly help her situation.
She quickly finds out that having a fairy mother and a vampire father means that she gets some seriously whacked out genes, intriguing new powers, and a twin brother who wants her dead.

Queen Of The Freaks is a fast paced, exciting read, that will keep you on your toes wanting more! The writing is light and humorous, and the characters are very well done.

If only there was another one finished for me to dive in to. :)

This was an enjoyable modern day fairy tale with all the components of all the traditional fairy tales mixed in as well as some vampires! For such a mix it works very well!! I'm just waiting for the sequel as this was a cliffhanger. You are far enough into the story that you're thinking; "Wow! Now what?" when you find yourself at the end!! Hope Ms. Anderson is busy writing either the continuing story or the seqeul as I write this!!!

I LOVED this book!! Exciting, funny, one of those books that you hate to put down...and the ending was totally awesome! I can't wait for this relatively new author to release a sequel if there's one in the works...I sure hope so! You won't be disappointed should you choose this eBook.
