A sweet magical chapter book. Though there are no pictures, the prose is engaging. Enjoyable for the young reader, or to read to your children

A beautifully crafted story giving great visuals and bringing you right next to Chloe and Scruffy. This is perfect for young children and just the right length for a bedtime story.
Excellent timing for the season with a great story.

This fantastic book has come out at a great time. I found the characters are beautifully crafted, the Christmas message is nice, subtle and the book is just perfectly aimed at young children.
The perfect bedtime story, I can't wait to read about future adventures involving Scruffy (fingers crossed!)

A beautifully engaging story perfect for the younger readers or for a young audience. A rich, writing style which allows the reader to visualize the words on the page creating a rich and full story telling experience.
The story of Scruffy is a beautiful one with a great message for the festive season.

This enchanting story book hit at just the right time for my 2 and 5 year with whom I've read it to every night since I purchased it. Scruffy is an engaging Christmas story with warm and subtle message about the wonderment of this time year. The visual style of King's writing makes it easy to imagine Scruffy's story and with a few of our own teddies, we happily recreated the situations contained therein.
My only wish is that I would love to see this book in a print edition.
I think it is a delightful discovery this holiday season.
