Very enjoyable read. The resiliency of the human spirit along with that of a child makes a great back drop for a great horse adventure in the desert.

Echo is a very good book and I enjoyed both the horse and human aspects of the book. The author does a good job describing both the horses and the humans in the book and gets the reader involved and caring about the outcome for all the characters. It was especially nice to read a book the features endurance also.
