Short description
PASSING FOR HOT is the ongoing adventure of an older woman pretending to be a hottie while pursuing her dream of becoming a movie star, while her grown son pretends he can run the family restaurant without her.
In this episode, Ruby spends a fortune on a photo shoot which lands her on Coach Ike's "Dumb Idiot List," and she starts doubting herself all over again. Winston and Kenny discover that Tina, the beautiful new cook, has a rare and wonderful singing voice. Winston decides to team up with Tina on Opening Night and brings the house down with a great performance, which signals be the end of his long-time friendship with Kenny. Both Winston and Kenny fall head over heels Tina, putting her in an awkward position. Ruby has more on her mind now than an acting career when sparks begin to fly between Kenny, Winston and Tina.
