It would be best if you did The Fabulous Five exercises before you began Session 1. They are found just after the six sessions. Moving strongly into your body is essential for the deepest closeness and caring, and the most intense sexual pleasure and fulfillment. For the rest of the sessions you may or may not want to do The Fabulous Five before you begin. Try both ways and find which works better for you.
