Needs an ending. Writing is good and kept me engaged.

Good writing but it's let down by an inconclusive ending. That's bad in what is supposed to be a short story. Maybe the writer is planning a series or a novel, but I felt short changed, one of my pet hates. To be fair the lead in was pretty good and it is free after all.
