About Chip Averwater

Chip Averwater is chairman of Amro Music Stores in Memphis, TN, one of the largest musical instrument retailers in the U.S. He is a third-generation retailer and has spent 40 years building his own stores and assisting other retailers. Chip has written for national retailing magazines, and has been a featured speaker on retailing at meetings and conventions in the U.S., Australia, Germany, and China.

For anybody in the retail sector this book just outlines things which are maybe obvious but never actioned on. If you are the music industry (as I am ) then the writer this book has clearly encountered many of the problems we face every day. The book will have you nodding in agreement and smiling as you think "been there", "done that" - never thought of doing it that way. Presented in a very easy to read "bite size chunks" format. A very easy pick up, put down read. You will learn something from it and it's only $ 3.99.
