[8:53:23 PM] Art Williams: Hi Thom: Man! I gotta tell you I really liked that book, Personality, Personality, Personality. I've been in sales almost all my life. I've sold just about anything that could legally be sold. And I've been to hundreds of sales seminars too. I can see that your ideas of getting the mind set correctly and how to handle 'roles' and how to project confidence and enthusiasm that makes sales....it's exactly what the other gurus take all afternoon to say in their seminars. I'm halfway through the book so far but it's really hard to put it down to write this review. I hope lots of other people buy the book because it's worth 5 times more than it costs. Great Job, Thom.

Oops. I see I forgot to 'rank' my review. I'd rank this book 5 stars for sure. I read all the sales technique stuff I can and this book was a refreshing perspective on the mental side of the sales art. It was very easy reading too and the price is certainly reasonable.

Hi Thom:

I finished reading your book and I must say it got more interesting the further I read. I've always been interested in sales psychology but your analogy with the profession of acting was very refreshing and I find myself seeing the parallels more clearly every day. I'm actually starting to use some of your training in the telemarketing part of my work too.

Can't wait to read some more of your works.
