We are told to do good things like read our Bibles, pray and go to church because they are good for us — and they are. However, God wants to win the lost, and it is often not easy to get others to come and eat with us if we offer only vegetables. God wants us to partake of His spiritual fruit and power and then serve it to others.

The jungle, with all of its dangers, provides a lot more adventure than a village that grows nothing but vegetables. People would rather live dangerously than be bored, and take their chances with the world than live what can seem like the weird existence of a small minority.
