Aroneese thought his life on Earth would be peaceful and mundane. He knew he had to renounce his rank of Archangel to become a Guardian the day he met Rachael’s spirit in the chamber of souls. Years later, in one brief moment both of their worlds would be turned upside down by a prayer.
Rachael would have to leave Earth for the planet Junus to begin her training on her fifteenth birthday. Before Aroneese could truly ponder his conversation with God the arrival of Barius, one of the most powerful fallen angels, attacks Aroneese. This attack is an attempt to gain access to Rachael.
The demon Azrekie creates mischief in the McCloud home while desperately trying to keep well within the good graces of his master Barius.
Thousands of miles away Ray dreams of Barius and Aroneese in the heat of battle. Paula and Lucy are plagued with terrifyingly real dreams of a man, jet black wings with silver tips, and piercing blue eyes.
