Upon finding a strange stone hidden in her house one day, Emma unknowingly steps into a destiny she doesn’t want to have. When an unusual creature named Mystic appears at her house, she has no choice but to follow him into the secret world of dragons, where adventure, mystery, and dark secrets await her. Emma has to somehow overcome her own fears to save the dying world before everything she loves is destroyed.

Good read, seemed a bit young adult genre, but I still enjoyed it. Pace picked up nicely near the end, and was slightly disappointed that I have to wait for the next one to see what happens, ended very much in limbo!

I dont want to seem ungrateful, but it's absolutely annoying when u are reading a very good book and then it ends just as u get to another good bit AND u have absolutely no idea of when the next book will be out.
