8 Games

After doing 2 years in a dingy southern jail for a swamp scam, Cal Landon comes up with an idea to repay the Georgia town. Chesterfield is a wealthy, prep school in Orange County, California, that shuns sports. Their football team had only 3 wins in 10 years. Cal proposes to take their team through an undefeated, untied, and un-scored on season; for a huge price, of course. It’s a rollicking read.
