I quite enjoyed Lost Gods, so when I found out Drew was on Smashwords, I sought him out. This is an excellent little story, gritty yet charming.

Drew Beatty has a unique perspective and compelling voice as an author. Double Deal is a fascinating story with very real characters that kept my interest from sentence one, on through the end.

Double Deal is a very good story with a protagonist you're pulling for, right from the beginning. With excellent description and crisp language, the reader is right there, right in the story. I look forward to more titles from Mr. Beatty.
