Another great JD Nixon book. This isn't my 'normal' kind of reading, yet I'm on my 6th book of hers in a ROW. There's something very captivating about her dysfunctional, but loveable characters. I think both Tilly and Tessie (from the Little Town Books) are great survivors. Possibly we see part of ourselves...or elements of how we would like to be, in her characters. Heller I could bitch-slap a bit...after drooling over him first. But ya gotta love him too.
One of the things I love about this book and others (Tilly's boobs, aside, no pun intended,) is the character development and how you can't help be care about these people. Frankly, when I'm done with my current one, I don't know how I'll manage til the next one comes out. I do hope Tilly and Tessie get to meet someday. I think they are soul sisters and maybe together they could keep from killing themselves. ;-)

Another good read for this series. So imaginative it captures my attention all the way through. Continuous action combined with emotional confusion, prevent any possibility of getting bored or being able to put the book down until you finish. Poor Tilly, why do bad things have to happen to good people? I have bonded with the characters and feel like a part of the Heller's family.I'm so intent on reading this series, I'm forgetting I should be working on my own writing.

The stories of Tilly and her assignments are always so entertaining. The characters have a lot of personality to them. After reading the first free book in the series I had to get them all and am anxiously awaiting the next book. A fantastic read that's hard to put down once you start!

JD continues her Heller series with another fast-paced novel. Evil predators and Tilly caught in the middle trying to do her job. Who are the good guys and who are the bad guys? Your never quite sure from minute to minute. You will love this book and the others in the series.

Hellers Girlfriend deals with lust, sensitive people, love, violence (in moderation) fear and rib clutching humour. Not good when you're reading at 2am and your husband wants the lamp out. Heller, Hellers Revenge, Hellers Punishment and the Blood Series are all addictive. I could not choose between either series or any of the JD Nixon books for favourite. JD Has made my reading life happy again - No, JD - I'm not a stalker - but get writing immediately!!!!

I love this series. Heller's Girlfriend was really good. As were the first two. JD Nixon is an excellent writer. I found myself laughing often and feeling frustrated by the characters' choices while reading this book. Great Job JD! I can't wait for the next one to come out.
