Extended description

When the unnamed protagonist awakens to find himself in an overturned truck at the bottom of a ravine with severe injuries he realizes that he has no choice but to walk back out to the road. But along the way he finds his head filled with memories not his own. Is it all the product of his injured brain or is he encountering the spirits of those who have died on this same stretch of road?
