Short description
The layout of this manual is simple. We list the mental illness along with a definition. We then list some of the behaviors that the illness causes. Finally we list treatment(s) that may help the typical African person become healthy.
I have studied the mental illnesses of African people in the United States for over 30 years. I have studied various works of mythology, history, literature, political science, etc. I have conventional diplomas from Kingsborough Community College as well as the University of South Carolina – Columbia. I have also studied psychology at Touro College’s Masters Program. This manual is my attempt to bring all of these studies together in order to help people attain mental health.
