Georgiana is an interesting romantic heroine - she's no some winsome miss. She's gone through life's shredder and came out stronger for it. Therefore, when she meets the recalcitrant Alex, the sexual tension was there from the get go. I enjoyed the novel thoroughly, and the interaction between the two characters. I just felt that the author missed a few chances to raise the tension to a new level, and that the romance is a little too rushed in the end. Still, I really enjoyed this read.

A quick, fun read. I enjoyed Georgiana's character. She's not some winsome, innocent miss. She's tough, has gone through life's shredder and came out strong. Alex is also intriguing, though I wished we had more of a background of his exploits. I thought the author missed a few chances to raise the tension of the novel to another level, however. The romance could have been stretched out a bit. Still, I enjoyed the novel immensely.
