This book is concerning the misunderstanding of some of the Western writers who make study of the laws originated from the Quran without making a through study of the whole Quran. As in the case of the jizyah the problem with them is that only one verse of the Quran at Chapter 9:29 is being scrutinized and interpreted. They then in addition used some inaccurate hadith which is the second source of Islamic law to support their findings and their conclusion. The intention of this book is to expose the inaccuracies and erroneous illation from those writers by providing evidences from the Quran.
