Linda Culbreth's book, How to Talk to Your Teen About Abuse has many thought provoking questions that promote an interesting dialogue with your teen about abuse. This is a valuable tool for a difficult subject.

How to Talk To Your Teen About Abuse b/4 Friday Night is an incredibly valuable resource for youth pastors, parents, educators, social workers, counselors, etc. As a pastor that interfaces with many teenagers, I found the question and answer format very helpful to evaluate teens current situations and exposure to these unfortunate experiences. What a relevant tool for our current life situations!

How to Talk to our Teen About Date Abuse b/4 Friday Night is an easy to use conversation opener between parents and teens regarding a very wide spread problem. As a parent and an educator, I would say this is a must read for every parent of a teen or "soon-to-be" teen.

An excellent, well researched primer on the topic. The Q&A format makes for an easy read and the calm approach by the author comes across as informative and not "preachy."
I've got a 15 year old stepdaughter and I'm going to have her read this. Invaluable information.
