Personal Development Strategists Richard and Tanya Curren are the founders of Boundless Limits International, Live Guilt Free, and Best Life Strategies. Through their seminars, books, CD’s and other resources their mission is to strengthen individuals and families with positive and practical techniques for success. They have been featured on such noted television shows as Niteline, Atlanta Live and Babbie’s House. Their work takes them around the world speaking in many different venues. They are among the most in-demand speakers in the field of marriage and family preservation today.


Richard R. Curren III is the co-founder of Boundless Limits International, Live Guilt Free and Best Life Strategies. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in International Relations from Kennesaw State University and is a former United States Army Officer. Rick serves on the Board of Directors for the So Help Me God Project as an Advisor and is a founding Board Member. Rick's passion is speaking and motivating others to live to their maximum potential physically, mentally and spiritually. Through his writings and speaking events, Rick is able to inspire others and show that each one has boundless potential to change our world.

Rick is the creator, designer and producer of all Boundless Limits International and Live Guilt Free products, and produces inspirational videos as a way to connect with our fast-paced world. In addition to co-writing this book, he writes practical, faith strengthening articles online to inspire others to have a focused plan as they live their life with purpose.

Along with being in full time ministry, he founded and is the Creative Director of Summit Image And Design, a brand management and media production firm. With a passion for health and fitness, he is a Black Belt in Korean Olympic Tae Kwon Do and serves as an Associate Instructor for Palmetto Martial Arts School.


Tanya Curren is the co-founder of Boundless Limits International, Live Guilt Free and Best Life Strategies. She and her husband, Rick, teach others to live a positive life in a negative world and to live the life that God intended. Their focus is motivating others as they incorporate spiritual concepts with practical living. In addition to co-writing this book, Tanya writes monthly articles online that empower others to live their lives with no regrets. Tanya has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Early Childhood Education from Kennesaw State University. She has taught in both public and private educational settings, and along with being in full time ministry with her husband, she enjoys homeschooling their son.

In 2004 Tanya was in a life threatening coma for 8 days as a deadly infection ravaged her body. Given no more than two hours to live, she survived only to face the ordeal of a painful three year recovery. She is the author of Broken Places, The Proverbs Devotion Guide, Embracing Change & Conflict, and many other audio CD’s.

In her writings, conferences and seminars, Tanya shares with others the life-lessons she learned through her journey to restoration. Tanya travels and speaks at local, regional and international venues, and is passionate about guiding others to have a personal, real relationship with Jesus Christ.
