Tarkentower

Rated 4.00/5 based on 1 reviews
He's a doctor with a plan to make the world a better place. Over-population of the planet is the problem. And so he puts the whole world into a time loop, repeating the same day over and over again. Each day a few people go forward in time, escaping the loop, allowed to live on a future planet that is not overcrowded. It sounds like the perfect solution, but his machine is driving everyone insane.

Great ride into the unknown!

I really enjoyed this book, Tarkentower. It was a great ride all the way to the end. It had elements of fantasy and science-fiction thrown in to make things interesting. The first few chapters are a bit slow but the action picked up very quickly. I found myself reading chapter after chapter on the bus then almost missing my bus stop.

The only negative point i would say is that the ending felt a bit abrupt to me. It could just be I just didn't want the book to end? There are some unanswered questions in the book which I won't tell you because that would spoil the magic of the book.

I'd love to read the sequel or even prequel to this book. Thanks to the author for such an entertaining read!
