I liked the story and the characters and finished the book but almost quit several times. It is well written but just never pulled me in completely. I felt the story was confusing toward the end.

Fast-paced novel, attractive characters, easy read, hard to put down. Clever story. I recommend it. I read this one first, and didn't realize it was part of a trilogy. At least the first two can be read in either order. I'm looking forward to reading the third.
