I really enjoyed this book. It is a compilation of Bob's 60+ years of life on this Earth. Bob shares a famous quote, alphabetically from Accountability to Work, and then offers his view on each topic. The book really gets you thinking. Definitely a fun book to read, I would highly recommend it to anyone.

This is my first Health Colonel book & I guarantee it won't be my last! Great 'reality check' of the lessons we learn through living - many the hard way. Refreshing look at the core values I would like to think most of us share, yet all too often are either forgotten or neglected in the fast-paced, competitive world we live in.

Bob shares his thoughts and the views he has developed over his 60 years, alphabetically, from Accountability to Work, with Fun, Music and Laughter and another 55 wisdoms in between. As well as Bob's thoughts there is a famous quote on each topic that is a really nice set up for each of Bob's reflections on the chosen topic. You may not agree with his position on every topic but they do make you think. The stories that have shaped Bob's 'Wisdoms' are threaded throughout the book and make an entertaining read - that I know I'll go back to

This is a witty and fun quick read. I especially liked Bob's wisdom on computers and smart phones! There are appropriate times to be texting or talking which don't include while talking with someone else or at the check out line in Starbucks, and I have also at least once in my life felt like kick boxing with my computer.
