Extended description

The final book in the Heku Series brings some peace within the factions and within the palace. Chevalier and Emily have reconciled and come to a silent agreement that will benefit not only their own family, but the Equites. Things are looking calmer until someone begins attacking women in the nearby mortal city.

Fighting over land in Europe, the Equites and Encala find themselves again at odds. The Encala Council steps into the friendship between Emily and Andrew and cause another rift between her and their faction.

Allen, Megara, and Alexis take it upon themselves to solve a problem in their family, hoping to keep Chevalier and Emily’s peaceful agreement intact. Will their initiative cause irreparable damage to an already precarious relationship with their mother?

I have read 8 of the books in the series already and it is an excellent series. I am looking forward to nr 9 but will be so disappointed once it is finished. I thoroughly enjoyed the series and will recommend it. I concur.... great characters and great story line.

Great story! Couldn't stop once I've started, sometimes really want to jump into the book and hammer some sense into Emily, she's too stubborn! Thanks!

WOW What a turn in events...who would have thought. Yet Emily had seen it comming since before she even had Dain. Now I am curios to know what Dain is going to do when he gets back. Is he going for revenge or will he actually come back a man? How is Emily going to cope having to know where her baby is for 800 years...will the Vale rethink their decision. I know you said final book...but come on you cannot leave us hanging! Loved the story once again. Still the absoulte best ever!!
