Nice & easy to read the recipes, & easy to follow. I do always notice typographical errors & I wish the proofreading would have been better. But you can't go wrong for $1.99!

This is a great simple cookbook with lots of scope to change ingredients according to what's in your kitchen or to tweak to your personal taste. Within an hour of downloading this I had the Great Wall Chinese Chicken Salad on the table for lunch. There are very few ingredients not available (even though I am in Australia) but no matter- anything can be swapped with an Antipodean sub! Highly recommend.

What a fun cookbook. Just tried the Polynesian Whitefish last night for dinner and it was terrific. Had the Tropical Smoothie [minus the rum] for breakfast and it was very tasty.
Can't wait to try some more of the recipes. The enlightenments really add a lot to the recipes. Loved it all.
