I found this to be a very interesting and pertinent book, full of a ton of research and ideas you might not find anywhere else. With a family member who has cancer, I found that there are many things included here I could share with my loved one, real practical things like what to eat and WHY and also- I have a better understanding of some aspects of cancer and cancer therapies and the related research, which I appreciated.
I like the attitude and character of the writer, Joseph Birch- who is an interesting fellow with a ton of passion for the subject. He has done a lot of connecting the dots here, and confirmed things I've seen in a few places- but it’s all spelled out a bit more here. I'd recommend this book to people with cancer, or people who have loved ones with cancer in their family. Its guaranteed to get you thinking more on the subject, and the way the body works, and has quite a few practical ideas (backed up by research) that you can talk to your family and doctors about to get on the path to healing.
