Description

“Old age and treachery overcomes youth and skill every time.” When a long-retired couple of black-bag assassins are pulled back into the game, it's only a matter of hours before there's a body in their quiet back yard. Much against their desires, Hull and Khadra find themselves facing Milos, an old nemesis from decades past whose plans could mean the deaths of millions.

Add to what Edward said, can't wait for the next installment. I've been a fan of Mr. Perry's since The Man Who Never Missed (yep, the same Steve Perry) and this book ranks right up there with them, set in a time line that seems closer to now. The action is tight, the story telling keeps you reading. Coulda bought a 6 pack, but you can't drink it more than once. Bristlecone I'll read over and again.

Move over Mr. and Mrs. Smith and any Fox wannabe Spy couples - In Bristlecone there is a more dangerous pair! This was another fun read by Steve Perry. Plenty of action and a nice twist on the..." Just when I thought I was out...they pull me/"us" back in!" scenario. I would like to read more books with this assassins duo.
