I have found Dr. Shaye's "Double EE Diet" very helpful in regaining my total health and energy. For me, weight naturally drops when I follow these wellness guidelines consistently. I now eat more veggies and use the super easy food combining method. Highly recommended reading if you feel stuck in more ways than one!
