This is a wonderful ending to on of my favorite series. I have read this series since it came out, eagerly devouring each. It i not one of you average, cheesy time-travel books. It has great battle scenes, wonderful romance, and enough of everything to make it a completely awesome book. I hope to see more of Lia's point of view!

I highly recommend the River to Time Series. And this novella "Bourne" leaves you wanting so much more. It is in the Young Adult category, but i'm in my early forties and am recommending this series to everyone. From the beginning you are hooked on this time travel series, so once you get started be prepared to loose yourself!

Some novellas aren't quite as good as their full-sized brothers and sisters, but not this one--it's FANTASTIC!
The pacing was great, the characters read just like they do in the River of Time series. I can't wait to read more from Lisa Bergren!!!

I had no idea what the River of Time Series was when I downloaded Waterfall to my Kindle. I'm a serious reader and reviewer of Christian Fiction, but I did not expect to be captured by the characters from the beginning in the archaeological setting to the fantasy element. When I finished it, I ordered Cascade and at the conclusion I was desperate to read Torrent but it wasn't available for download at that time. If you never thought time travel was possible, you will want to believe it after reading this series. When I read Bourne I sensed "completion" knowing all the characters were happy in their new lives, in their new place in time. Of course a sequel would certainly be welcome as I miss my new friends!

This is a fantastic series which starts with Waterfall, then continues with Cascade and Torrent. Bourne is a Novella that continues the story where Torrent left off. It's about time traveling sisters who go through things they never dreamed possible. It's in the young adult category but i think it's a book for anyone from teenagers up. I'm 49 and I couldn't put any of these books down. They were excellently written, lots of action, romance and humor. You'll fall in love with many of the characters. After reading these books I can honestly say its one of the best stories I've read in a very long time and I don't want it to end. I want more. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Once in a blue moon there is a series of books when, as soon as another is released, you must immediately purchase and read. The River of Time Books are such a series. One must stop whatever they are currently reading and continue the saga of the She-Wolves! This novella was captivating from page one...enjoy! —
