During the 1970s, women discovered, "the pill," and "the vibrator," men became sex objects and marriage became a prison. Women got jobs, drove little 240-Zs and hung out every weeknight at a nightclub, dance club, or were on a date. But don't try opening the door for them.

This world of female independence and freedom from monogamy made old-fashioned romance very difficult. Having a baby became a sin. Marriage became a cuss word. And "let it all hang out," became a mode of life.

"If you've got it -- flaunt it." Sex clubs were everywhere. Braless blouses and skin tight pants became the norm. This book, Winter Flowers - Book #2 of the Poetry Book Series Season of Fours, is about the various relationships (which were only brief affairs), that Richard Del Connr had during those lots of sex with no commitment years. Our romantic puppy can be seen trying to adapt but found to be wanting more than the affluence of sexual influence. But hey, it was a lot of fun.
