It was OK. Steps that help to prepare you when you are a bit low on self esteem and get all caught up by the anxiety on interviews, so this is actually a way to make this a little more easier for you finding your job you want. It makes it easier also for fresh employers who started a business so they know what the market is looking for and can take defined questionnaires for suitables. I would go for sure in that model and not in the way it is mostly done here, via contacts. No one sees another one's potential.
