After reading Twisted Fate by this author I found that a certain element of his writing style stuck with me so I decided to come back for another. I wasn't disappointed. This was a quick little read with another unexpected ending that leaves you thinking afterwards. I'll be popping more stories from him onto my to read list. Wonderful stuff and highly recommend.

A game of hide and seek gone wrong - what a brilliant short story!!! While I would love to hear what happened to the boy during his absence, it is also nice how it is left to the imagination. Now I am off to check out some of this author`s other words of literary art.

This short story rocks! Characters are well drawn and the plot takes readers to the world of boys and summer vacation across generations.

The ending is perfect.

Keep them coming!

An entertaining story with a surprising ending! (And a pretty funny one too, in a macabre sort of way.) I enjoyed reading it.
