About Ameer Rosic

Ameer Rosic is a physical culture practitioner with a background deeply rooted in Japanese Karate Shotokan. He holds a black belt in karate, earned in 2001.
In 2009, Rosic was introduced to the art of kettlebell conditioning. After practicing kettlebell training for 3 months, he realized that it is the most effective method of conditioning because it builds physical and mental discipline all in one movement. Since his important discovery, Ameer has devoted his energy in to developing a unique kettlebell training program that combines the mental fitness and physical precision of martial arts with muscle building finesse of bodyweight conditioning.
Rosic trained with the Agatsu, the worldwide kettlebell organization, and achieved a globally recognized kettlebell certification. Rosic is now a highly sought after strength and conditioning coach in Toronto, Canada.
He endorses and teaches the martial arts philosophy of life-balance. He is deeply involved in holistic nutrition, and believes in the ancient teachings of Hippocrates: “Let Food be Thy Medicine.” His philosophy is that in order to achieve your goals you must respect your body, for our body is our temple.
Rosic is currently studying at the highly acclaimed Canadian School of Natural Nutrition.
