About Mark Oden

Mark Oden was a paratrooper with the US Army 82nd Airborne Division. His exploits include the hostage/rescue mission of American medical students on the island of Grenada in 1983. This work of fiction is based on events that involved many other brave Special Operation soldiers from Vietnam to present day Afghanistan. Loved it. Great story well told, interesting characters. I like the way the author spends time allowing us to see how the characters developed. really looking forward to more of the same.
